The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the major sites of Athens, rooms are generously sized with good bathrooms and the roof top restaurant has a superb view of the acropolis but…… Breakfast is poor - a seemingly extensive buffet but the hot food was all tepid with no cooked to order options, juice is from a carton not fresh, limited healthy options (e.g. no prepared fresh fruit just a basket of apples and oranges) Lack of power points in bedroom - only one free and none near the bed No power socket near a mirror (for hair styling etc). Provided hairdryer is one of those dated, weak, attached to the wall offerings No shaving mirror 2 pushed together single beds made up separately with sheets and blanket (some may prefer this) This may all seem nit picking but the hotel felt dated and not up to 5* standards

Ich habe 2 Nächte gesetzt, weil das Flugticket etwas Problem hatte, ich habe eine Nacht geblieben, weil es eine Tourismussaison ist, der Preis ist sehr teuer, das Hotel hat keine Angabe, die Lage des Aufenthalts, nichts gesehen, die Tänderbecher sind ganz scharf, die Zahnfleischbecher sind sofort fertig, dass ich festgestellt habe, dass ich für eine lange Zeit krank war, der Windschutzscheibe ist auch ziemlich schwer, Ich persönlich denke, ob es im Herbst oder im Herbst ist, dass zumindest die Hygiene besser ist. Die Gäste werden sich auch wieder entscheiden, zu bleiben. Ich werde nicht mehr solche Hotels wählen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, Propaganda und Bewertung von Wasser zu viele

Bitte nicht von dem Divani in Vouliagmeni auf das Divani Palace Akropolis schkiessen, das sind 2 Welten : Eigentlich ist es eine Zumutung, dass das Divani Palace Akropolis 5 Sterne reklamiert ! Das Haus ist ziemlich alt und die unmittelbare Umgebung schäbig. Ja, leicht den Berg hinauf geht es in 5-10 Minuten zu Museen, Plaka und in 15 Minuten zur Skropolis selbst. Unser Zimmer hatte Akropolis View, aber nur vom Balkon aus, wenn man links die Strasse hochschaute. Nicht hinsitzen und den Blick geniessen. Der Speisesaal in -1 ist eine überfüllte Kantine. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mässig. Kein frisch gepresster Orangensaft, kein Fisch/Lachs etc. Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse mit Akropolisblick war im April noch zu (( Der Service war freundlich und der Concierge parkte unser Auto um, klasse !

Booked two rooms for a three day stay and both rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my daughters but for me it was fine. Small bath but I managed to use it. The staff are great and breakfast was a good start to the day ahead. Nice coffee. Our flight back to the uk was cancelled due to air traffic control going on strike and the hotel let us stay another night without any fuss even letting us stay in the same rooms. All in all I have no regrets booking this hotel and for the price it’s a great choice. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and it was a fixed price of 40 euros.

Die Firma, die wir beherbergten, half uns bei der Buchung für ein paar Tage und wollte dann nicht umziehen und erneuerte sich weiter bei ihm zu Hause. Der allgemeine Service war gut, die Rezeption war sehr einladend und es gab jeden Tag verschiedene Snacks an der Rezeption kostenlos; die Gäste servierten ein Buffet Es ist nicht schlecht, es ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt vom Hotel zum Constitution Square, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Zimmerausstattung entspricht dem Drei-Sterne-Hausstandard, alles ist in Ordnung

Amazing. The location of the hotel is ideal and I would say everything is within a good walking distance. A lot of good food places nearby (recommend trying the pizza place). Hotel staff were amazing , check-in time may differ as we had to wait a little extra for our room to be ready but this was not an issue and hotel staff were able to accommodate us and we were told the minibar fridge was free :) The hotel is very safe and secure. The technology used to access the buildings and rooms are state of the art. This blew my mind away! Every single staff member smiled at us and the cleaners were very helpful and our room would be spotless after going out and coming back.

In January, my husband and I booked a room for September 2023 for two nights. We made the reservation online using our American Express, the account we have used in the past for European travel. One week prior to our reservation, we received an email informing us our reservation was canceled. No further explanation. First, we contacted AMEX; they did not place a hold on our card or intervened in any way with this reservation. We called the hotel twice and were told to reserve again. The dates are no longer available so that wasn't even an option for them. They claim they did not initiate the cancelation. Three emails later and we have no answers and no reservation. Traveling from the US, this is beyond frustrating. It looks like a nice hotel and the location looks appealing as well. Be careful, though, and have a back up somewhere else.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, das Bett ist toll/bequem, das Badezimmer ist zwar sehr klein aber hat eine Dusche und alle Annehmlichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt sehr sehr zentral, die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind etwas hellhörig aber nicht wirklich störend. Das Frühstücksrestaurant im 8. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick war toll, das Frühstück selbst sehr gut und umfangreich. Der Service sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant und bei den Mitarbeitern für zb Kofferservice ist herausragend. Ich bin viel in tollen Hotels unterwegs, aber dieses Service war besonders gut, alle sehr freundliche und sehr zuvorkommend. Empfehlenswert, das nächste Mal werde ich auch an einem Businesstrip dort buchen.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but the staff at 12 Keys Athens Apartments have been so extraordinary that I felt compelled to do so. Manos, Yannis and the lovely young lady that works with them went above and beyond for us from the minute we arrived until now as we are (regrettably) leaving. Their genuine kindness, helpfulness and professional courtesy are truly amazing. Perfect hosts! The building itself is modern, stylish and perfectly cared for. We had the fourth (top) floor apartment and loved our rooms and outdoor spaces (three really great balconies PLUS the beautiful rooftop). We can see the magnificent Parthenon (stunning when lit up at night) and the vibrant neighborhood has a lot within walking distance, making it ideal for us. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Athens!
