Am 12. März kam ich nachdem ich aus Europa überfliege. Ich verbrachte den Tag mit Geldwechseln, hatte eine Tour rund um Asuncion, hatte Abendessen, und danach wollte ich nur schlafen. Aber das Schlafen ist ein Nein in diesem Hotel, denn es gibt diese Bar Acuarela oben, wo der Schwimmbad ist. Und sie spielen Musik so ladend, dass die Wände schütteln. Ich ging dort hinauf, um zu beschweren, aber die Musik dort ist so belastet, dass Sie den Finger in Ihre Ohren halten müssen, und niemand versteht Sie oder will Sie trotzdem verstehen. Ich war wirklich, wirklich müde, aber die Bassen waren zu laut. Ich versuchte, zu entspannen, aber wie kann man sich mit Bassen entspannen, die schnelle Herzschlage nachgebildet. Ich hoffte, die Musik würde bei 12.00 o Uhr stoppen, aber es war nicht. Dann hoffte ich, es würde bei 1.00 o Uhr stoppen, aber es war nicht. Um 5 Uhr habe ich endlich Hoffnung aufgegeben und aufgestanden, als ich das Hotel um 8 Uhr trotzdem verlassen musste. Schließlich ging ich nach unten zum Frühstück, wo die nächste Enttäuschung wartete auf mich: Kein Frühstücksbuffet überhaupt, aber nur ein Warteschrank, Sie müssen warten. Schließlich findet er die Zeit, Sie zu fragen, welche Art Kaffee Sie wollen. Und dann müssen Sie noch einmal warten, und alles, was Sie erhalten, ist ein sehr kleines Frühstück ( 1 kleines Kreuzer, 1 Stück Käse, 1 Stück Hanf, Jam und Ihren Kaffee). Schlussfolgerung: Gehen Sie irgendwo anders, wenn Sie einen guten Nachtslafen genießen wollen. Vermeiden Sie dieses Hotel, da es kein Hotel ist, sondern eine Diskothek.

Cuando hablo de atención al cliente en mis clases o mis consultorías, me refiero a estas cosas Comienzo por decirte que me hospedé en Asunción desde el 4 al 6 de abril El dia 5 fui a desayunar y dentro de las opciones disponible había un plato que me llamó la atención: unas albondigas. Las probé y realmente estaban exquisitas (se parecían a las que me hacía mi madre cuando era pequeño, hoy tengo 66 años ya). Cuando se acabaron una señorita se encargó de reemplazarlas por otra fuente y cuando pasé junto a ella cuando lo hacía, la felicité por el sabor y la calidad de las albóndigas. Lo cual agradeció. Al día siguiente me volví a dirigir a desayunar deseoso de seguir degustando las albóndigas pero para mi sorpresa no había (el hotel cambia el menú periódicamente). De todos modos todo el desayuno estuvo exquisito, claro. Cuando me retiré, al pasar por el lobby, estaba la señorita del dia anterior junto con la recepcionista y le comenté que no había podido repetir las albóndigas porque no estaban disponibles. Ella se excusó y me explicó lo de la rotación del menú y me dijo, con una sonrisa, que seguramente en mi próxima estadía podría volver a comerlas. Salí a hacer mis cosas y volví para almorzar en el hotel previo a mi check out. Elegí un plato para hacerlo. Estaba almorzando cuando se me acerca el mesero con un plato y con una sonrisa me dice ”Señor, esto es cortesía del hotel y de la chef”. Agradecí y miré de qué se trataba no sin cierta sorpresa, dado que tampoco soy cliente habitual como para merecer esa atención. ¿Qué había en el plato?: Sí, mis albondigas!!! La señorita que he mencionado en varias oportunidades, era la chef de nombre GUADALUPE AGUILAR, quien con una sonrisa me miraba detrás de la barra y luego volvió a sus quehaceres. ¡Me quedé con la boca abierta!!! Felicito a Guadalupe por su gesto, felicito al Hotel por confiar en personas como ella. No tengas dudas que esa experiencia la comentaré en todos los ámbitos en los que tenga oportunidad, ya sea en mi círculo de conocidos, en mis clases de la universidad, en mis conferencias, en charlas con mis clientes y seguramente también en mi blog como un gran ejemplo de lo que significa la atención al cliente. Si en el mundo hubiera muchas más personas como Guadalupe Aguilar, no tengo dudas que sería un mejor lugar para vivir. Me parece que es una historia que merece llegar a tus oídos. Porque no es casual que la gente tenga esa actitud. Alguien le seleccionó, alguien quizás le habló sobre cómo lograr sacarle una sonrisa al corazón del cliente y todos merecen mi reconocimiento y felicitaciones. es el correo que le envié al Gerente General del Hotel Aloft de Asunción del Paraguay por una experiencia que tuve en el hotel fue una experiencia increíble, y eso que uno se llena la boca hablando de esto.. pero vivirlo (y recibirlo) es distinto

Vor 6 Jahren gehen wir zum Dazzler Asuncion als Eigentümer von EUROCABLE und wir haben immer sehr aufmerksam auf das gesamte Personal und auch das Restaurant Takuare behandelt uns wie die Familie und wir bemerken, dass diese Qualität steigt jedes Mal, wenn wir viele Danke, dass Sie uns sehr gut in unseren Aufenthalten gefühlt haben.

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage hier nach einer Woche im Land. Wir wurden als Spire Elite anerkannt und auf #601 aufgebaut, wie ich gebeten habe, weil es einen Blick auf den Fluss hat. Das Zimmer war spotless, komfortable bed, großer Tube mit einem Spaziergang in der Dusche. Große Auswahl an Kanälen im Fernsehen. Großes Schwimmbad auf fünf. Das Wasser war kalt, aber sauber. Die Club-Lounge ist geschlossen, sodass das Frühstück im Straßensaal Lounge sowie eine glückliche Stunde war. Einige Gäste wegen der Quarantäne. Aureliano hat uns angemeldet und die anderen Damen an der Rezeption waren immer hilfreich, ich empfehle dieses Hotel an jeden und wir bleiben hier, wenn wir zurückkommen. Sie nehmen Coveid Vorsichtsmaßnahmen ernst.

The Palmaroga Hotel is my favorite hotel in downtown Asuncion. The historic building has been beautifully restored, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, the rooftop terrace with its poo and view is wonderful, and most importantly the staff are exceptional. The people who work at reception and at the door are always ready to greet guests warmly and to provide friendly and authentic service. The hotel has a good restaurant on site, a steakhouse next door, and is walking distance from many other excellent dining options. Within walking distance to all major points of interest in the downtown area. 10 puntos!

Die Lage ist im Stadtzentrum und das Reisen ist sehr praktisch. Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist auch abwechslungsreich, der Preis ist gut, es ist die erste Wahl für Reisen. Es gibt viele Einkaufszentren und Restaurants in der Nähe, die das Essen erleichtern.

Ich habe zwei Nächte für meine Frau und ich und ihr Bruder mit seiner Frau und zwei Jugendkinder gebucht. Das war das ”Hotel” in den 60er Jahren und nichts scheint sich viel verändert zu haben. Das Zimmerkühlschrank war kaum kühl und keine Preise auf dem Kühlschrank geschrieben. Die Zimmer sind seltsam gestaltet und die Aussicht war durch große Außenschalter, die für die intensive benötigt werden Sonnenlicht. Klimaanlage war gut, wenn Haushalter es für mich gesetzt! Fernseher ausreichend. Bad mit schönen Toiletten. Zimmer war spotless, aber datiert. Bett war komfortabel. Der Pool im dritten Stock ist sehr groß, unheilig, aber gefährlich. Alles pre ADA nicht vorhanden. Wasser war sauber. Jeder hatte eine tolle Zeit. Es gab auch eine sehr große Menge von Deckstühlen und eine große Aussicht auf den Park. Dieses Hotel ist c die beste Lage in der Innenstadt von Asuncion. Essservice verfügbar Poolside zu vertretbaren Preisen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut mit viel frisches Obst. Ich bestellte frische Eier und wurde jeweils etwa 50 Cent geladen! Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Unser 13-jähriger Neffe war im Himmel, weil Fußballteams auch hier bleiben. Untergrundparkplatz war eine Erfahrung. Wir werden hier auf unserer Rückreise nach Paraguay andjoy die Pool Wetter erlaubt.
