Wir wurden auf eine Suite, die sauber und sehr groß war, upgradiert. Unser Paket umfasste tägliches Frühstücksbuffet und VIP-Lounge-Zugang für ein leichtes Essen am Abend. Wir wurden Auswahl aus 4 Sets erhalten. Das Satzungsmahl im Lounge war durchschnittlich, es war jedoch sehr gemütlich und ruhig mit allen Arten von Getränken verfügbar. Der beste Teil des Hotels war das Badezimmer mit Blick! Das Frühstücksbuffet war OK. Tee und Kaffee waren sehr durchschnittlich. Sie erhalten eine bessere Qualität aus Ihrem Zimmer. Es gibt eine Vielzahl internationaler Kabel-TV-Kanäle. Zu meiner Enttäuschung kommen die jüngsten internationalen Filmsammlungen mit einem täglichen Pauschalsatz. Die Größe des Fernsehers ist etwas klein im Vergleich zur Größe der Suite. Die Soundbar war jedoch fantastisch. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir nicht rauchen Zigaretten im Hotel, außer in der Nähe des Rauchplatzes. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach durch den Untergrundzug zu erreichen. Sie können über den Bahnhof über die Straße den gigantischen Mall mit Wetterschutz zugreifen. Hard Rock Hotel ist in der Lage, die lokalen Einrichtungen für einen Familienurlaub zu nutzen. Es ist sehr beliebt mit Familien aus HK.

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Nach neun Uhr muss man sich nicht anstellen. Ich habe ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer ist groß und neu. Auch die Toilette ist groß. Es gibt kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank, kostenlose Snacks in der Schublade und der Pool ist sehr groß. Der Schwimmring ist kostenlos, und es gibt viele, was hervorragend ist. Ich habe in anderen Hotels für 100 Yuan übernachtet, um sie für einen Nachmittag zu mieten. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr Eltern-Kind. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, insbesondere das Eltern-Kind-Zimmer. Meine Freunde haben ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Es ist sehr herzlich arrangiert, anstatt nur ein Cartoon-Bettlaken aufzuziehen und zu sagen, dass es ein Eltern-Kind-Zimmer ist.

Die Umgebung und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers sind gut, der Preis ist hoch Aber die Anlagen sind etwas beschädigt, die Windschutzscheibe ist schlecht, die Telefone sind schlecht. Die Toilettentüren sind auch schlecht, die Waschmaschine ist auch halb schlecht. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schlauch, und es gibt einen großen Lastwagen, der durch das Fenster durchgeht, wird ein wenig Lärm. Aber der Preis ist 297 Dollar, also ist er annehmbar. Es gibt keinen Spiel- und Geschäft in der Nähe, ich möchte kürzlich einen Auto an die MH Mall rufen, die Fahrt ist bald da. Die allgemeine Erfahrung ist gut.

原本訂的高級房給我升級了豪華房，出差遊玩一直選擇維也納，這家酒店環境不錯，周邊也有很多可以去打卡的地方，房間衞生很乾凈，有免費茶包，而且還是落地窗，一級棒👍🏻，床很舒服，很喜歡這裏的枕頭，還買了兩個回去家裡用，最驚喜的是酒店服務很好，大姐很有禮貌，還免費上門幫收洗衣服，入住的時候還有咖啡免費喝，本來不含早餐，前台小妹妹還給贈送了一份早餐😁，早餐環境也不錯，東西很好吃，服務員也很熱情的詢問夠不夠吃，整體性價比很高，非常不錯，下次還來

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber von außen sehr imposant. Wegen der Pandemie ist das Hotel gut vorbereitet. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig alt. Was ich vermisst habe, ist eine Infoblatt, wo sich was innerhalb des Hotels befindet. Also über Telefon alles über die Rezeption zu erfragen. Fitness Raum stark veraltet und sehr wenige Geräte. Swimmingpool völlig akzeptabel, aber es fehlen Handtücher usw. Am übelsten war das Frühstück! Verständlich daß die Hygiene großgeschrieben ist, also man wird einzeln nach Wünschen aus der Auslage bedient. Aber nur eine Person macht das ganze, dementsprechend habe ich 10 Minuten warten müssen um meine wünsche zu äußern. Keine Brotauswahl und auf Kaffee müsste ich auch nach 3maligem auffordern ca. 15 Minuten warten. Das ist kein Service nach Hilton Standard!

We had a wonderful stay at Maridin Hotel on our mum-daughter trip to Mardin which was to celebrate my daughter's graduation and my birthday. The reason I wanted to stay here was it's location on the less crowded side of the street 1 and beautiful pictures/videos on instagram (pictures don't do justice to it's actual beauty and feel) Thanks to everyone who work here, their welcome and hospitality made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness deserve a payrise! We reached there just before midnight our airport transfer was arranged by the hotel, check in was swift and bags were taken to our room straight away, we stayed in a standard twin room, (Mum-daughter) the room is spacious, everything was impeccably clean, spacious shower room, hot showers anytime, the bed was comfortable so, (slept like a baby- or more like their sleep deprived mum!) AC worked well, good soundproofing, no noise from outside or any other disturbance, blackout curtains, the room was cleaned daily everything was perfect (everything was impeccably clean, ignore all the old reviews) Breakfast was served in a courtyard, fresh and delicious regional food presented beautifully by Husayn and Merve. I would like to thank everyone, some of the names I saved are Ahmed, Gokhan, Mehmet, Seda, Merve, Husayn, Bahar, Savaş, two similar looking brothers, the guy who came up to help with window and most of all Firat, who replied to any questions I had regarding booking and had our transfer arraged at a reasonable price which was my main concern as the ones I found online quoted ridiculous amount. The First (and lasting) impressions of the building. This hotel is not just an average renovation of any old building it's a masterpiece of restoration (everyone involved- ellinize sağlik) the doors, the keys, (impressive keys) antique furniture, interesting artwork display and the ceilings, stairs, courtyard, terrace, all adds to it's palatial grandeur. Views from the terrace are so captivating I didn't want to go anywhere else! if there was a swing on the terrace I would have spent most of my time there! (Maybe next time) No faults found, everything was excellent.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber von außen sehr imposant. Wegen der Pandemie ist das Hotel gut vorbereitet. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig alt. Was ich vermisst habe, ist eine Infoblatt, wo sich was innerhalb des Hotels befindet. Also über Telefon alles über die Rezeption zu erfragen. Fitness Raum stark veraltet und sehr wenige Geräte. Swimmingpool völlig akzeptabel, aber es fehlen Handtücher usw. Am übelsten war das Frühstück! Verständlich daß die Hygiene großgeschrieben ist, also man wird einzeln nach Wünschen aus der Auslage bedient. Aber nur eine Person macht das ganze, dementsprechend habe ich 10 Minuten warten müssen um meine wünsche zu äußern. Keine Brotauswahl und auf Kaffee müsste ich auch nach 3maligem auffordern ca. 15 Minuten warten. Das ist kein Service nach Hilton Standard!

We had a wonderful stay at Maridin Hotel on our mum-daughter trip to Mardin which was to celebrate my daughter's graduation and my birthday. The reason I wanted to stay here was it's location on the less crowded side of the street 1 and beautiful pictures/videos on instagram (pictures don't do justice to it's actual beauty and feel) Thanks to everyone who work here, their welcome and hospitality made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness deserve a payrise! We reached there just before midnight our airport transfer was arranged by the hotel, check in was swift and bags were taken to our room straight away, we stayed in a standard twin room, (Mum-daughter) the room is spacious, everything was impeccably clean, spacious shower room, hot showers anytime, the bed was comfortable so, (slept like a baby- or more like their sleep deprived mum!) AC worked well, good soundproofing, no noise from outside or any other disturbance, blackout curtains, the room was cleaned daily everything was perfect (everything was impeccably clean, ignore all the old reviews) Breakfast was served in a courtyard, fresh and delicious regional food presented beautifully by Husayn and Merve. I would like to thank everyone, some of the names I saved are Ahmed, Gokhan, Mehmet, Seda, Merve, Husayn, Bahar, Savaş, two similar looking brothers, the guy who came up to help with window and most of all Firat, who replied to any questions I had regarding booking and had our transfer arraged at a reasonable price which was my main concern as the ones I found online quoted ridiculous amount. The First (and lasting) impressions of the building. This hotel is not just an average renovation of any old building it's a masterpiece of restoration (everyone involved- ellinize sağlik) the doors, the keys, (impressive keys) antique furniture, interesting artwork display and the ceilings, stairs, courtyard, terrace, all adds to it's palatial grandeur. Views from the terrace are so captivating I didn't want to go anywhere else! if there was a swing on the terrace I would have spent most of my time there! (Maybe next time) No faults found, everything was excellent.
