Quality Inn Arnprior

I liked the location. I didn't like the room. It was beside the service room. The noise and the sound of conversation beside the door around 4 AM was disturbing. The only window in the room was facing the wall outside, with limited sunlight coming in. The floors in the room were not clean, especially the bathroom, there were nail clips on the floor and small garbage were not picked up. Not a warm welcoming at the reception. With no elevator, using the stairs to get to the second floor while carrying suitcases, was very inconvenient. Overall, not good and will not recommend this place to anyone at all.

The desk clerk was very helpful his name was Chris and he helped us with any issue we had with a smile, so we really appreciated that

Staff and service was great. The suites themselves are older and they are starting to show their age. New paint, carpets etc to help make it feel cleaner and brighter would be a good improvement.

I generally do not leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I have to make an exception. The toilet did not flush. As a facilities manager, I figured okay, I'm tired, but I'll deal with this myself. So I jiggled the lever, and the flapper came down, and the tank filled. The next flush malfunctioned when the fill valve wouldn't fill the tank. So I figured okay, it's late, I'm beat, I'll just fill the plastic ice bucket with water from the sink, and pour it down the toilet. But when I brushed my teeth, the sink drain backed up. SAME thing with the tub/shower drain! At that point, I made them give me another room. TV in the new room went on when I pushed the button on the remote, but all I got was a screen full of "snow" (static), and there wasn't a second remote in the room. There was NO glass carafe in the coffeemaker. To add insult to injury, there was a black fly in my room. I had to trap it in the bathroom in order to sleep peacefully. This was the final night in a 2-week cross-countries road trip (Vegas to Montreal), and the first negative lodging experience I had! I always leave the chambermaids a cash tip when I leave, but was so disappointed I skipped it this time.

The room was okay, but the services and amenities in the hotel were not on par with the rate being charged. Disappointed by the lack of food service (full breakfast)

Hotel going through some renovation but did not affect our stay. Rooms are getting a face lift and it's great! I noticed that the restaurant on site (Riverside Grill) seems closed? Great place to stay the grounds are incredibly nice just grab your lawn chair and listen to the falls! 3rd visit, will stay again!

Hotel needs work. Especially outside. No elevators. No breakfast other than regular coffee and some fruit.

Fairly basic but very clean. Great showers. Short hop to good food/dining.

Our initial room was on the second floor and unfortunately only had stairs. My husband has some mobility issues as a result of surgery and it was immediately noticed by a young lady at the hotel. With her help, we were able to get a room of the same quality on the first floor for our two remaining nights. She is part of the housekeeping staff and was so wonderful. She assisted us with our luggage to the second floor and the desk manager, also extremely accommodating, helped us with our luggage to the first floor. Highly recommend the Arnprior Quality Inn!
