The staff were fantastic - happy, friendly, made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was great, just inside the old city walls so it was easy to get parking only a short distance away. Easy walk to the major sites of the old city and close to a variety of dining options. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hôtel très très propre bien situé et le personnel super sympa.... Excellent vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés..il y a aussi un parking payant et c est fort pratique....j ai été frappé par la propreté Bravo

Séjour d’une nuit en semaine. Chambre avec terrasse, propre et de belle taille. L’extérieur était d’ailleurs très spacieux. Literie confortable. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Points négatifs : la salle de bain très petite et pas très fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner a « la carte » car le buffet à été supprimé en raison de la crise sanitaire. Le choix est extrêmement limité (laitages, salade de fruits, petits pains, mini viennoiseries et assiettes de 3 bouts de charcuterie/fromage) et les portions petites. Même si nous comprenons tout à fait le contexte, pour un 3etoiles, ce fut notre plus grande déception. Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris car il ne nous a été demandé aucun pass sanitaire à notre arrivée a l’hôtel.

Hôtel très bien situé â l'intérieur des remparts de Arles , pas de parking sur place mais possibilité de voiturier par l'hôtel, ou stationnement très facile à proximité et à un prix raisonnable Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux

The hotel is in a very convenient position couple of minutes from the train station and just within the old walls of the old city. At check in, one of the staff had decent english so explained what was where in the old town and some recommendations. Outside of the hotel there are road works going on but room double glazed which made the soundproofing excellent. The only issue was the room was very hot/stuffy. Helpful to have a mini- fridge in room but it heats up the cupboard and the room. Everything within the old town is easily accessible as mostly pedestrianised and impossible to get lost. If you have got to the river, the road or the walls turn around! The hotel was good value and comfortable. I would not stay here for more than 3 or 4 days, but you only need a couple of days to see Arles so ideal for a brief visit. There are loads of places to eat nearby plus variety of small shops and a Monoprix on the roundabout. There was also a large outdoor market on the Wednesday we were there with loads of stalls selling everything from mattresses to bananas!

Excellent location. Very clean. Lovely reception staff, so helpful. A close hardworking team make this a safe and enjoyable base. Express breakfast was delicious dreaming of the coffee and cantaloupe now. Will return.
