Ankunft Anfang April für eine späte Skifahrt durch kleinere Betreiber. Nachtmarsch beginnt, als Arinsal geschlossene Räume am Tag, an dem wir angekommen sind! Das Hotel war groß, prüfen Sie in einfach, schöner ersten Stockzimmer alle sauber, moderne komfortable große Betten, wenig Balkon und alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Restaurant war großartig, wir waren halbtisch, Frühstücksangebote bedeckten die meisten Optionen einschließlich Krebs, die zum Bestellen gekocht wurden. Abendessen war reichhaltig, schöne Wahlen, Salate, grilliertes Fleisch, Steaks und schöne Käse und Mrar-Platten. Nur Grippe wäre keine Getränke enthalten zum Abendessen, so alles bezahlbar einschließlich Wasser. Downstairs Ladungen von Pool-Tische, Spiele und eine Bar. Gib den b Kindern ein paar Euro und genießen 4 Euro Pints von Estrella während sie spielen! Unsere Abreise war früh am Morgen und sie bestanden darauf, ein packtes Frühstück für uns mitzunehmen. Der größte Bonus war, dass wir Busse nach Ordino Arcalis zu skiieren. Erstes Halt war dieses Hotel und immer auf dem Weg zurück gestoppt. Schön, freundlich, Hotel. Ramon im Restaurant war brillant und machte einen echten Schlamm unseres Sohnes. Das Rezeptionsteam entspannt und untergebracht. Gutes Hotel, und würde brillant gelegen, wenn wir in Arinsal skiieren konnten.

I stayed here with two friends on a last minute ski break and cannot fault it. We each had our own room. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was good, with a bath and shower - always plenty of hot water. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was pleasant, with breakfast consisting of a buffet of eggs, pancakes, fruit, pastries and cereal etc. The evening meals were very nice, consisting of a salad/soup buffet starter followed by a main course and dessert picked from a menu. There were three main meal choices on the menu, and in addition there was a vegetarian option. Two of us in my group are vegetarians and enjoyed what was on offer. The hotel is in a great location in the resort, only a few minutes walk (uphill on the way back) from the gondola and the bars etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend this very well priced hotel, and Arinsal in general.

Wir haben für unsere Wanderfahrt im Hotel für 8 Nächte geblieben. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es perfekt, als Basis zu benutzen und die verschiedenen Gebiete von Andorra zu erkunden. Wo immer Sie gehen wollen, werden Sie in nicht mehr als 15-20 Minuten fahren. Wir kamen am Montag Abend um 8 Uhr an und wurden von der Rezeption und dem Hoteldirektor empfangen. Als wir sagten, wir wollten fahren, bot der Direktor uns seine eigenen Karten, so dass wir keine kaufen brauchten. Er gab uns viele Empfehlungen und wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Jedes Mal, wenn wir ihn oder einen der Mitarbeiter sahen, begrüßten sie uns mit einem Lächeln und kurzen Gespräch. Das Frühstück war gut, mehrere heiße und coole Optionen zu wählen, ein bisschen jeden Morgen wechseln. Das Zimmer war wirklich groß und geräumig gegenüber der Stadt, so dass Sie keine Lärm von der Straße hören. Auch wenn das Badezimmer ein bisschen alt wird und einige Updates benötigen. Alles andere war perfekt und wir werden sicher bald wiederkommen.

Modern hotel with rushing river and mountains around it. Lovely room, comfortable bed with good mattress, pillows and soft linens. Bathroom is open plan wet room with great double shower and nice quality products provided. The room was cold when we arrived and we had to speak to staff 5 times over many hours before anything was done. Restaurant is boring, underground, low roof and noisy. Plenty of food choices but food quite bland, often luke warm and everything has pork in it - poor for a vegetarian, almost impossible for vegan. The restaurant staff were all really friendly and helpful, though restaurant manager was a bit surly at times. The main entrance/reception staff were not good, except for the mature lady who was very helpful. The open plan reception/bar area is less appealing than a dentist waiting room. The bar was often unmanned. I said we would not stay again because during our week , 4xcoach loads of teenagers were there - the noise levels, unruly and bad mannered Portuguese and Spanish kids was disgraceful. Banging doors, shouting and running around until 2-3am, meals times was like St Trinians 😠 Complaints ++ were made by many but nothing changed. School trips a regular feature of this hotel - beware.

Dieses Hotel bietet kurze Wege zu Fuß zum älteren Stadtteil Engardany, zur Einkaufsstraße und zum kleinen Stadtzentrum, mit dem Auto ist es manchmal etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Besonders gut ist der kurze Weg zum Thermalbad und auch zu den diversen Bushaltestellen. Die Fassade ist ein wenig mit dem landesüblichen Naturstein dekoriert. Das Hotel bietet sehr gut renovierte Flure, große Zimmer, wenn auch die Aussicht nicht besonders ist. Das WLan funktioniert überall gut und stark genug. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, besonders hat mir die Möglichkeit gefallen, frische Orangensäfte mit einem Knopfdruck zuzubereiten. Auch frisches Obst und warme Speisen werden geboten.

This is a great hotel! The staff are super helpful, friendly & all multi-lingual. Special thanks to Alex on reception & Judith in the spa for an excellent massage. The food is fresh and varied & staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and efficient. The Irish bar has a good vibe with soft-play area for little kids plus there’s darts, pool table & other activities for adults & kids to enjoy together. The spa has everything you need after a day on the slopes, we also used the gym which has all the basic equipment (however it was a little too warm to stay in there for long). We enjoyed the great views over Canillo from the room, which was super clean & with comfortable beds. The shuttle runs on demand so we were at the ski lift in a mater of minutes. Will definitely stay at this little gem of a hotel again!
