Das Hotel wurde aus einem alten Kloster umgebaut und hat tolle stylische Zimmer, sehr guten Service und ein super gutes Restaurant. Auf der Dachterrasse wir ab 16 Uhr Tee oder Aperitif serviert. Preis Leistung passt ist aber nicht günstig.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Cirqa. Die Location ist sicherlich sehr ungewöhnlich und auch chic. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr dunkel (unseres auf jeden Fall). Wenn das Licht angeschaltet ist, kann man von außerhalb ins Zimmer schauen. Die Teatime war leider eher peinlich. Jetzt wissen wir auch, warum dort niemand war. Am Abend wurde im Innenhof Feuer angezündet. Das war sehr schön. Das Restaurant war in Bezug auf den Service vorbildlich, das Essen allerdings eher Durchschnitt. Insgesamt mehr Schein als Sein. Die Lage ist aber sehr gut und wenn einem Design wichtig ist, kann es passen.

Wunderschöne Architektur, was selbst schon ein Erlebnis ist. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. So haben wir uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Im kleinen Innenhof hat es sogar einen kleinen warmen Pool, der die perfekte Temperatur für am späteren Nachmittag hat. Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen, was man aber vom Lärm der Strassen nicht mitbekommt. Das Essen war auch jederzeit eine Köstlichkeit.

We had a brilliant experience at CIRQA and it is undeniably the best hotel we stayed in Peru. It is the perfect place to unwind, relax and pamper yourself (especially after a tour or trek!). The attention to detail, from the architecture to the luxury amenities have been well thought of and makes this a truly unique hotel stay. I was also so impressed with the service as the staff are extremely attentive and friendly and really makes you feel well-looked after. They also gave us some great recommendations on places to go in the area and on excursions. We will definitely be coming back to stay here one day and also can’t wait to try out its sister hotel in Lake Titikaka.

This hotel is truley amazing. Beauty, elegance, historical, incredible food, luxurious rooms, great location, and a staff that is truly special. David in the restaurant was so kind and gracious as was all the restaurant staff. Staying in a structure that is 500+ years old that has been modernized to luxurious standards is truly special. The spa service was also outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing massage. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We would recommend this high end hotel to all seeking a memorable experience. This hotel was highly recommended by our agent, Wimeya as boutique and a little different and for us, it worked beautifully for a number of reasons. The location is outstanding and there is no other luxury option that is such an easy short walk to the many attractions of the beautifully preserved and a**ospheric colonial centre. Arequipa itself was something of a revelation at the end of a 3 week Peru trip- enchanting old town, magical volcano and mountain surroundings and no altitude issues! The room was a bit quirky to get used to at first, but after half an hour we settled in easily and our air con also started struggling on our second night- so that is clearly something management need to stay on top of. Some food options were not as good, but we did have a seafood tagliatelle that was probably our most enjoyable meal of the whole Peru trip. The a**osphere around the fire pits in the open air bar restaurant and the truly fantastic sunset pisco sours on the highest terrace bar in the Plaza de Armas drew down a very fitting curtain to a memorable trip

This spot is amazing. We stayed there for three nights. The room was so cozy and well designed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was delicious. If you have a half board plan, you can either choose lunch or dinner. The dinner we had were outstanding. Complimentary snacks and drinks hamper. To stay there was an incredible experience. We can highly recommend it.

The staff and service were 5 star. The design and accommodations were 5 star. The food was 5 star. Checkin was rough because the hotel was not aware that we were staying more than one night. The hotel was also not aware we had bought a package online that included meals, transfers, and activities. We had to prove these items from an email confirmation. Also one of our room’s air conditioning systems malfunctioned and spilled water all over the room the first night. We received only a $10 credit for this massive inconvenience.

A very fortunate combination of modern, elegant and relaxed at same time. Every detail of this high end hotel is carefully picked from the aroma of the rooms to the material of the new architecture and design. The cocktails by the fire are not to be missed. A very special place not to be missed.
