Ich blieb im Hyatt Regency in Amritsar für 2 Nächte 30 /31 Mai als Teil einer Mercury Holidays Tour Group. Alle verwendeten Hotels waren ausgezeichnet, aber das Hyatt stand aufgrund der aufmerksamen Natur und der Bescheidenheit aller Mitarbeiter. Sie konnten nicht genug für uns tun. Das Grüßen war außergewöhnlich warm und freundlich und wir wurden gehalten, uns von dem Moment, als wir aus dem Bus ausführten, besonders zu fühlen. Alles war gut organisiert und die gesamte Erfahrung war wunderbar, stressfrei und entspannend. Alle waren so hilfsbereit und der Service so schnell und persönlich. Zu ***y Personal zu komplimentieren von Türbetreuern, Grüßen, Rezeptoren, Gepäckhändlern, Restaurantpersonal und Zimmerreiniger verdienen alle mehr als 10 von 10. Ich habe wahrscheinlich einige Rollen verpasst, für die ich mich entschuldigen muss. Wenn ich zwei Namen wählen müsste, wäre es Sonali auf Begrüßung. Sie hat ein Lächeln zu sterben (siehe Foto beigefügt) und so hilfreich und informativ. Sie hat uns alle über den Goldenen Tempel erzählt, was zu suchen, um die vollen Erfahrungen zu erhalten, und zeigte uns einen Geschmack von, was man dort nachts und während des Tages und am Schluss der Grenzceremonie über das Hotelinformationsvideo erwarten kann. Sie hat uns auch über die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen an den Standorten und was nicht zu nehmen (z.B. Zigarettenleuchter) und erwartete Kleidungskodizes. Nichts war zu viel Problem für diese Dame und ihre Kollegen. Die andere Person wäre Bandano, der im Gewürzgeschäft arbeitete. Ich suchte nach einer unserer Tourparty und eine andere Tourgruppe war gerade angekommen, so dass die Grüße sehr begeistert waren in der Wohnung und sie kam gerade und fragte, ob sie helfen könnte und zeigte, wo unser Volk war. Dies zeigt die Teamarbeit zwischen allen Abteilungen und warum der Service in diesem Hotel außergewöhnlich ist. Ich habe viel im Geschäftsverkehr reisen und in einigen Top-Class-Welt-Hotels geblieben, und das ist eines der besten, hauptsächlich auf die wahre Aufmerksamkeit des Personals und ihre Bereitschaft, zu helfen. Nichts war zu viel Problem.

Location - 10/10 Rooms - 8/10 (Premium Rooms) Food - 4/10 Parking - Not Available Staff - 8/10 Tariff - 8/10 We booked this hotel through Agoda at a much discounted price but our booking was cancelled despite providing Credit Card. Later when I checked, the prices had gone up and the rooms were shown as unavailable. When I contacted the property, the rooms were available and the tarriff was higher. Bottomline is - book online and pay upfront on the website to confirm booking. The location is the best part about this hotel. Its bang opposite jallianwala bagh and approx 400-500 mtrs from golden temple. Despite being in such a crowded area, the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet. The bathrooms are clean and decently spaced. The hotel has no parking but there are plenty of parking spots nearby where you can park your vehicle safely. Its better to park your vehicle and use local e-rickshaws for roaming around as the lanes are very narrow and the frequent jams can give you a headache if you're driving. Use local transport. Its cheap and gets you everywhere. Our booking had breakfast included which was a mistake. The breakfast was very limited with very lazy staff who were in no mood to refill once the food ran out. I had to literally speak to the ***ager to get served. This became an everyday practice during our stay. You can totally skip having breakfast here and go out instead, the nearby restaurants open up pretty early and serve much better options at a lesser price. Non-veg food is not served here because the hotel is extremely close to har***dir sahib and you'll not get non veg options at other nearby options as well. There is a huge market surrounding this area which you can roam around and explore. The stay was comfortable and this hotel is a decent option for whenever you're planning to visit amritsar.

We arrived at Amritsar the day before the Parkash Parab, which led to difficulty in reaching the hotel. Staff helped us at every step, starting with dealing with a recalcitrant taxi-cab driver, to helping us with our luggage and even the less mobile among us across jam-packed streets. The rooms are well furnished and clean, the washrooms are, too. Rooms are centrally air-conditioned and hot water is available round the clock. The greatest advantage of the property is its location just outside the Golden Temple complex and takes you all of three minutes to reach the inner courtyard. Positives: Location, cleanliness, very helpful staff. On the downside: Small rooms, all rooms don't have view, no kitchen or dining room — food is brought to you from outside, so it takes a long time to reach.
