Leider war die Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel nicht so gut. In der Nacht war es sehr laut, und *** konnte die Menschen draussen in den Gängen oder den andern Zimmern hören. Der Restaurant Service war eher langsam und wenn *** per Telefon auf‘s Zimmer bestellte wurde *** kaum verstanden. Ob es nun an der englischen Sprache oder der Telefonverbindung lag ist unklar. *** kann zu diesem Hotel keinen Uber bestellen und die E-Rickshaw fahren einem nicht überall hin. Das gute am hotel ist, das es nahe am golden Tempel ist. Sie haben nicht alles verfügbar, was auf der Speisekarte steht. Der housekeeping service war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das war positiv. Internet Verbindung war sehr schlecht und langsam was heutzutage gewährleistet werden sollte. Die interdisziplinäre Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption, Restaurant und Reinigung war nicht gewährleistet.

Karan ragindar tour and travel , Vicky riksha are too good .. They helped us so much in all sightseeing , shopping.. they r very helpful and trustworthy..Palash also made all best hotel arrangements.. Thank u all for making our stay memorable 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Rather pleasant and not overly terrible. The hotel is nicely planned out and the room is spacious. The checkin staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv didn’t have any useful channels and you are forced to use YouTube to watch. The towels were a bit smelly and could have done with a better wash. The staff were patient with us due to an issue with a bank card slowing down payment. There hotel is really close to there Baba Atal Tower entrance point to the Har***dir sahib complex. What let it down was the travel and tour staff that arranged the Wagga border trip for us as they more of less left us at one of the gates to fend for ourselves and get back to the hotel with an e scooter that we then had to pay extra for ruining the whole day which has been going ok until then.

Clean and nice hotel. Staff is very supportive. Food is good. Few steps away from Golden temple helps me visit the temple multiple times. Hotel has Travel desk at reception which is really helpful to book commute at ease. Roads in the vicinity is but narrow but ***ageable for small vehicles. The market is very very close. Good place to stay.

Non-co operative staff. Were not cordial providing navigation help. Kept calling the reception, nobody picked up. Upon reaching the ***ager was impolite & refused to connect.overall the whole experience was ruined because of him

During our five-night stay, my girlfriend and I noticed the room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped after spending 30k for 5 nights stay. There were hairs and blood stains on the bedsheets, and the wardrobe was too dirty to use. To fix this, we bought new linens, cleaning products, and other items worth 7k INR from a nearby store. We also decided to skip housekeeping for our stay. Sadly, ***ager Plash and the staff weren't as helpful as we'd have liked. The only good thing is the hotel is conveniently close to the Golden Temple.

The hotel is very close to Golden Temple, almost just across. Rooms are reasonable but the one which we got had no window or provision for natural light. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is excellent and room service efficient. Travel desk is ***ned by a thoroughly professional gentle***. Overall, if you are focused on golden temple, a great place to stay. Few drawbacks. Breakfast, supposed to start at 8 am, barely starts by 830 am. Very poor quality wifi. So not a place for combining work with holiday. Airport cabs refuse to take to the hotel, saying its not permitted by police which is an utter lie. Hotel should call clients in advance and inform them about it or better still, arrange cabs without extra charge. I am sure they are losing clients due to this. As for me, despite all this, I enjoyed my stay there.

The stay with One earth was GREAT much better then expected breakfast was good Staff was helpful and behaviour too good Whenever I’ll come Amritsar surely choose one earth for stay without any doubt.
