The service are awesome 👍. The staff of palace are very good and helpful... About food provided also yummy... Hospitality of restaurant all are very neat and clean.As for me one of a staff member Miss Poonam is very attentive towards us .She helpfull and very cheery person .Love to stay again...😊

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Their service was very good. The restaurant ***ager, staffs, housekeeping all were very much cordial. The rooms were niy & clean. These were also specious. Food quality was good. Location of this hotel has added advantage.

Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Other facilities are also good. Hotel is spending on swimming pool and new pool side restaurants. Post that this property will be among top destinations in Amritsar. Super delicious food. Love this place..

I had booked 2 rooms here.It is V close to the airport. The rooms were clean.polite staff . I had issues with the washroom in one of the rooms but when called they provided good service. The breakfast buffet was also good..regular options with a mix of south and north dishes were there.I interacted with staff Savita Nupur and she was V polite and professional . Overall nice experience .I stayed here on feb 29th till march 2nd 2024.
