Ich blieb am Wochenende während eines schrecklichen Schneestorms, und das Personal war so willkommen und warm, auch wenn es so deutlich unterbesetzt war, die Arbeiter dort waren erstaunlich. Der Nachtwechselmann ging in der Mitte des Sturms und ließ mein Auto aus dem Schnee für mich raus, brachte mich sogar warmen Kaffee, als ich aus meinen Fenstern geschüttelt habe, der Manager des Front-Desk war absolut wunderbar bei der Kontrolle und durch meinen Aufenthalt, ein erstaunliches Team überall, es ist unglaublich klar, dass sie sich um die Gäste kümmern, nicht nur die Zahlen.

Ich blieb vor kurzem in diesem Quality Inn, als ich nach Big Flats reiste. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel, und extrem ruhig. Es gab keinen Verkehrslärm, oder Geräusch von anderen Gästen. Die Ein- und Auscheckung waren schmerzlos und das Personal war freundlich. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war gut, mit warmen und kalten Artikeln. Es gibt viele Ketterestaurants im Hotelbereich, und leicht zugängliche Einkaufsbereiche in der Nähe. Ich werde hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.
