Arcadia Regency Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arcadia Regency Alleppey last week. The hotel is located in a scenic spot near the backwaters, and offers a variety of amenities and services to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the buffet had a lot of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the spa facilities. The hotel also arranged for a houseboat cruise and a sightseeing tour for me, which were amazing experiences. I would highly recommend Hotel Arcadia Regency Alleppey to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Kerala. I give it a 5 star rating without any hesitation.

Returning to the lovely hotel that my husband and I visited a few times, , and a little treat for my niece, could not believe the state of the place.it looked as if they had *****ed the rooms, including the fridge, and just left it bare, with 2 beds, and ofcourse, filthy net curtains. What a let down.I thought that the pool would make up for it, but alas, what we saw , disgusted us there, with rubbish in it, and surrounding area, the same. It's time they changed their Web site, because they still have the swimming pool, etc..and lovely rooms. A real No No, and it's time all these sites, go and inspect all the hotel rooms, before recommending to people, as there is too ***y disappoin**ents, with people paying for these hotels, that don't live up to the description.
