This hotel is brand new and shiny, still smelling with fresh paint. Everything was perfect: the location at the very centre of Łódź, a beautiful and clean room, friendly staff at the bar and tasty breakfasts. What personally touched me was a framed vinyl record on the wall in my room :-) In my opinion this hotel is more than 3* and I will definitely choose for my future stays in Łódź. The only remark I have is that the way to the hotel lobby could be marked slightly better. The lobby is not on the ground level and it's not obvious that you have to take a lift and press the L button to get there.

Ausgezeichnet 4-star Hotel, perfekte Lage (neben der Manufaktura) die in einer Spazierweite zum Einkaufszentrum und viele Restaurants und auch eine kurze Entfernung zur Straße Piotrkowska liegt. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in der alten Fabrik, schön renoviert und dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut mit geräumigen Badezimmern und Badezimmern in jedem Zimmer. Das Rezeptionsteam war sehr hilfreich und begrüßte Sie mit einem Lächeln. Die Unterkunft war erstaunlich und sie geben Ihnen einen kleinen Behandlungsschatz, wenn Sie einen Reinigungstag verschieben :) Eine der besten Dinge im Hotel unter den Mitarbeitern, Zimmern und erstaunlich gelegenen Pool (Dachtop) war Frühstück. Sehr frisch und hat viele Optionen zu wählen (Fleischliebhaber, Veganer und Vegetaren). So ist es wert, Frühstück im Hotel zu erhalten. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel für alle, die Lodz besuchen möchten, ideal zwischen zwei großen Attraktionen und vielen Restaurants umgeben. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Fantastisches Schwimmbad und Spa-Zentrum. Alles, was Sie von einem 4-star Stadt-Break-Style Hotel erwarten würden.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. It is also next to a large park for walks or runs. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities ... nothing was missing from my point of view (even had an iron which is not as common in Poland). For me, it was on top of a tram stop and it was easy to get to my client every day. Breakfast starts at 7 am and this was perfect. There is a great choice of hot and cold food and great breads. Easy walk to ”Centrum” and not hard to get to and from the airport.

Das ist ein relativ neues Hotel, das nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof/Coachstation entfernt liegt, im Verkehrsfreien Geschäftsbereich. Das wunderbare Manufaktura Einkaufsviertel und andere wichtige touristische Attraktionen sind alle innerhalb von 10-15 Fußgänger entfernt. Die Hotelzimmer sind modern und effizient. Das private Badezimmer ist von anständiger Größe und dient dem Zweck. Das Bett ist grundlegende, aber moderne (jedes Bett hat seine eigene Leistung und USB-Outlets) und komfortabel. Das Hotel sollte sich nur mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkessel und/oder Flaschenwasser verbessern.

Ich war in diesem Hotel mehrere Male für die gute Lage sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum, aber insgesamt für die ausgezeichnete Einstellung des Personals. Ich möchte dem GM im Hotel Herrn Daniel Dzierba zu der großartigen Arbeit gratulieren, die bereits im Hotel geleistet wurde und die Ausbildung für sein Personal .... Alle sind gut vorbereitet, jede Situation zu lösen, um einem anspruchsvollen Gast wie ich zu erfüllen.

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, daneben gibt es eine große Einkaufsmöglichkeit, der Transport ist sehr bequem, nur 10 Autominuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, geeignet für Geschäftsreisen!

Beside the good size and modern rooms, but with very bad pillows and sheets, this hotel has little to offer, even as an holiday inn (they are a franchisee that use the brand to attract customers, but do little to recognise brand status). Location at the southern end of the city requires that you walk 1 km to the nearest restaurant and bar, the reception service is soviet style, dry and totally unfriendly. The reception area is as welcoming as a hospital reception, the staff unskilled and definitely not passionate to work there. The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)

Bin echt zufrieden gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich nicht so gut englisch konnte, sie haben versucht trotzdem Spaß zu machen. Haben immer gelächelt und keinen Anzeichen auf nazistischen Verhalten wie im hotel daneben im vienna house andel's. War dort 12 Tage und es war furchtbar, Personal war unmöglich und Zimmer schmutzig, obwohl das hotel sich der beste Polens nennen soll schrecklich. Also hotel puro du bist viel besser als dein Nachbar weiter so bravo 👌😎👏👏👏
