Top-Hotels mit Spa in Albufeira

Es war traumhaft außerhalb der Hochsaison in diese Region zu reisen. Wir konnten vom Bett aus das Meer sehen und bei Problemen wurde uns zeitnah geholfen. (Vielen Dank @Doli). Beim All-Inkluse Tarif gab es morgens ein ausgiebiges Frühstücksbüffet und Mittags und Abends wurde ein reichhaltiges Büffet mit Salat, Obst, warmen Speißen und Nachtisch geboten. Zudem wechselten die Speisen von Büffet zu Büffet. Ein weiterer Dank gilt @Fabio und @Caroline für den guten Service. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit der Personen, die wir während unseres Urlaubs getroffen haben. It was beautiful to travel in this region except the high season. We could see the ocean from the bed and get help by problems contemporary. (Thanks @Doli). Include all-inclusive we get an abundant breakfast buffet and comprehensive buffet for lunch and dinner with salad, fruits, warm dishes and dessert. Besides the dishes change from buffet to buffet. A further thanks @Fabio and @Caroline for the good service. Particularly, we are impressed by the cordiality of persons, who we met during our holiday trip.

Wir sind für 8 Tage im NAU Atlantico mit Freunden gewesen. Zuerst zu den positiven Punkten; + grosszügige Zimmer (hatten eigentlich Meeresblick gebucht, vom Meer sahen wir nur wenig. + schöne Gartenanlage + kostenlose Parkplätze + schöner Strand ( achtung gehört nicht zum Hotel) Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten: - Begrüssung an der Rezeption lieblos und es ging ca 30 Min zum zwei Paare einzuchecken. Man hat beim Personal immer das Gefühl man stört und ist nicht willkommen - Die Bettwäsche wird erst gewechselt wenn nan reklamiert und das in einem 5 Sterne Hotel - Pools sind ganz okay, aber es liegt oft Abfall um die Liegestühlen seit Tagen herum und wird nicht weggeräumt. -Aschenbecher gibt es auch keine welche an die Liegeplätze genommen werden können, die Gäste schmeissen die Zigarettenstummel ins Gebüsch. Es könnte so einfach sein. - Personal in den Restaurants sind nicht motiviert, die einzigen welche Freude an der Arbeit hatten war der Herr am Pancake Corner so wie die junge Dame welche sehr gut Englisch konnte und immer draussen an den Tischen gearbeitet hat. Bei den restlichen Leuten hatte man das Gefühl man stört. - Beim Frühstück in einem 5 Sterne Haus erwartet man schon das dem Gast der Kaffee gebracht wird, nix da musste man jeden Tag anstehen für Kapselkaffee. -Am Pool gab es auch keinen Service welcher Getränke offeriert und von platz zu Platz ging, wir mussten immer an die Bar bestellen gehen und die Getränke hohlen. Nur an einem Tag hat ein junger Mann gefragt ob wir was trinken möchten. So kann man Geld auch verlieren. Insgesamt kann ich einfach nur zwei Punkte geben, da es in keiner weise ein 5 Stern Hotel ist und an der Gastfreundschaft und Service muss das Hotel noch mehr Gas geben um sich 5 Sterne Hotel nennen zu dürfen.

Great return flight on Jet2. Flight arrived at Faro airport around 09.30 a.m. and we were directed to a coach for the hotel; with 2 other couples, we were the last passengers off the bus at our hotel at 12.20 p.m. (a journey almost 3 hours. in a taxi it takes 45 mins). When we presented ourselves at reception we were told that the rooms were not ready, and would not be available till 3.00p.m. ????This hotel has 111 rooms + 10 suites ?????? We (all three couples) were pensioners, and had been up since 04.00 that morning for our 06.45 flight from Newcastle. We were tired and I simply did not believe what the young lady on reception told us. We were not offered any refreshment. When we returned to reception at 3 p.m., I asked the same young lady if she had any rooms available. She laughed and said ”No”. I did not smile or laugh. After such callous & unkind treatment, I vowed to find as many ways I could not to put any of our money into this hotel. There are no kettles or any way of making tea/coffee in the room, which was otherwise fine. Although we made a direct request to the hotel (through the travel agent) for a disabled (walk-in) shower, the hotel was unable to accommodate our request. In the event, the shower was manageable, and the room + balcony was very pleasant. Fortunately, we had brought our own travel kettle + tea/coffee/ milk. The food (half-board) was overall good, with lots of salads & fruit; however, even a bottle of water at dinner was charged for. We paid for a taxi back to Faro airport, 40 mins cost Eu60. this enabled us to grab some breakfast (07.30 start).

Fantastische Woche auf Oura Praia feiern mich und meine Frau den 25. Hochzeitstag und als Überraschung kamen die Familie 4 Tage lang aus. Bob auf der Rezeption war brillant, um mir zu helfen, die Zimmer zu organisieren, und dann war Rosemary großartig mit meinen Neffen und Neffen. Brillantes Hotel und Personal sehr freundlich. Sie konnten wirklich nicht genug für uns tun. Werden bald wieder zurück sein.

I am a big fan with the entertainment team at the karaoke entertainment - Yoandry Mauro and Nirma are brilliant,they transmite good vibes for us and give us a good night at the Piccadilly Circus Bar! Would recommend for everyone! We look forward to coming again to see nirma and Yoandry to have a good time for karaoke!

Fantastic hotel, good location with a short walk between both old and new towns, very short walk to the road train stop and next to a large supermarket, pool was great plenty of sun beds at this time of year! Bedroom was great and comfortable, aircon was slightly noisy but not enough to worry about it or ruin our stay. Only negative I could find were the bar drinks were pricey compared to local bars but we just went to the supermarket and bought our own I would certainly stay again!

Alles in Ordnung, das Beste ist die Lage, wo Sie sich befindet sich am besten Ort von Albufeira in der ganzen Stadt um die paren Bars-Diskotheken ganz Luxus die Gegend nach dem Frühstück sehr gut Schokolade-Frucht-Süßigkeiten, gepresst Beikon, Super komfortable Bett hat Klimaanlage Flachbildschirm und Balkon mit Blick auf das ganze Fest mit unschallbaren Glass und Luxus gehe ich zurück 😃😃

had a nice break here , very good location and nice sea view on fourth floor, clean and nice staff, close to old town , pool lovely, the hotel was a little too quiet for my 12 year old son however as no day entertainment at all , no restaurant at evening either but we like eating out anyway, breakfast was good and staff are all helpful.

After a 6am flight we arrived at Hotel 11.30 am to be informed room not available until 4pm (not a good start) but did partly understand rooms have to be cleaned, at previous hotels they usual check but receptionist not helpful. Room very clean with small balcony, with sliding door which wouldn’t lock. There was a school to the left with screaming infants, 2 derelict houses & unkept yards, thankfully above that a good sea view. 2 chairs on balcony with a very small table with all the varnish peeling off!! In the room there was 2 single beds, with mostly bamboo style furnishings & mirror BUT there was a pink/orange looking bed settee, dark wood coffee table, a dining chair with bright green seat another bright green bucket chair. One wall was painted bright yellow, 2 horrid small old fashioned pictures. The curtains appeared to be new BUT were pale blue. It was a miss match of colours not what a 4 star should be and lastly only plastic coat hangers of all shapes & sizes that previous guests had left!! The pool area was good as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast lovely, staff in dining room very helpful. But would not return room NOT 4star.

Wir sind gerade von 10 Tagen in Vila Petra zurück, von der wir voll genossen haben. Reisen als junge Familie, wir fühlten das Zimmer angemessen ausgestattet, übersteigt unsere Erwartungen in das, was in der Küche enthalten war. Die Zimmer waren unschädlich und sorgfältig gereinigt jeden Tag, wenn es nötig war. Die Pools waren großartig für Erwachsene und junge Kinder sowie für den Innenpool, den wir liebten, als das Wetter ein wenig auf/aus war. Mini-Markt gut gelagert und geöffnet bis 5:30 (jeder Punkt darüber hinaus gibt es einen freundlichen Ecke Shop gerade über) Ein besonderer Schrei auf Bellux Unterhaltung (von Emily Blue & Thomas!) die mit solcher Energie kam! Wir haben den Kinderclub in einigen Fällen genutzt und geliebt, wie freundlich Hugo und Bea waren (sowie andere, von denen wir die Namen nicht kennen!). Wir erwähnten, dass es keine Mini-Disco gibt und sicher genug, dass sie einen für den nächsten Tag organisierten, gefolgt von einer musikalischen Trommelsession, die die Kinder lieben. Ehrlich gesagt, einer unserer Lieblings-Reisen, etwas für alle und ein wirklich gut geführter Ort. Danke :)
