Aparthotel Paladim & Alagoamar

We have stayed in the Apartotel on at least 10 occasions and it never lets us down. The staff are efficient and friendly. The hotel is always very clean and it is located in a great area directly between the old and new towns.

Great hotel.centrally located 4 everything. Spotlessly clean,great staff and entertainment every night,even in January.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel, tolle Lage, zentral zur Neu- und Altstadt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, in der Bar/im Restaurant und im Housekeeping ist ausgezeichnet. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso der Service. Das Hotel hat sich im Sommer Feedback zu kaputten Fliesen im Poolbereich angehört, da bei unserem Besuch dieses Weihnachten eine komplette Renovierung stattfand. Wir waren am 24. Mai zurück und freuen uns wirklich auf unseren Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Lage war großartig, man konnte die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen, das Lebensmittelgeschäft auf der anderen Straßenseite, man fühlte sich auch nachts sicher.

Schöner Ort. Einkaufszentrum mit großem Lebensmittelladen daneben. Ein weiteres Lebensmittelgeschäft, Pingo Doce, liegt nur einen Block entfernt. Dieses war zwar etwas teurer, aber nett. Historische Stadt, 1 km entfernt.

Ich mag dieses Aparthotel sehr praktisch in der Nähe von allem, zwei Supermärkten auf der anderen Straßenseite und neben dem Hotel Pingo Doce und Continente. Ich liebe die Gegend mit der großen Auswahl an Restaurants und weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und der Altstadt entfernt .😎

This hotel is rated a 4 star but it is definitely not a 4 star more like a 3 star. Breakfast is basic ( you have to pay 7 euros for an omelette for breakfast) and you have to wear a wristband even although they tick you off from a list!! You get told off if you don't wear your wristband and it is like being back at school. The rooms are very dated and we did not have hot water in our bathroom sink for 2 days - we reported it twice and they then changed the tap which resolved the problem. The shower isn't good and at one stage it came out in drips - don't know if too many people were using the water at the one time. The storage for your clothes is inadequate - 4 hangers each. They charge you 2 euros for a pool towel and every time you change it as well as the usual 10 euros deposit. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would not go back to this hotel.

I stayed here with my partner in the may school holidays and had the best time. We were really impressed with the hotel and loved every minute of our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, we couldn't get into our room until 3pm but had full use of facilities until then. We stayed in an apartment style room and couldn't beleive the size of it. Bathroom had shower over bath. Bedroom was 2 single beds together (they did keep coming apart). Large wardrobe with plenty of storage. Large dressing table with mirror. Air con. Plenty of sockets and lighting. Next room had a kitchen, this was equipped with everything we needed to eat and drink. Only thing not provided was washing up liquid, cloth. There's a cooker, kettle, Toaster, fridge with small freezer. Kitchen table and 4 chairs. The living area is in same room with a large sofa and 2 chairs and a tv. The balcony was huge with 3 chairs and an airer to dry clothes on. There's two swimming pools, one played music and the other was slightly quieter. There was plenty of sunbeds so no need to reserve them. They had new cushions added to them so were comfortable. The pool was cold but soon got used to it, had it to myself some days. Was so relaxing. Everyone shared inflatables so could float around the pool. There's a small pool bar and then a larger bar upstairs. The seating were so comfortable and lovely to sit out on at nighttime. There's a restaurant and also causal seating outside to eat. The prices of drinks were similar to English prices. Cocktails were tasty. Food was amazing! Highly recommend eating here. We had breakfast which was 8 euros. We had lunch numerous days, highly recommend the burgers! Our favourite meal was lasagne and pizza. You don't need to leave the hotel as it has everything you need! Old town and the beach were a 10min walk. We used the uber app and the taxi would arrive in 2mins and was 4euros to old town. There's a fun train that stops down the road and takes you different places. Big supermarket next door and numerous fast food such as burger king, pizza hut, mcdonalds, kfc. Recommend big shanghai Chinese which is a 5min walk away. Lovely food and reasonable price. We 100% recommend this hotel and are already planning our next trip in 2 months time.
