Kleopatra Ramira Hotel - All Inclusive

Bleiben Sie nicht hier, wenn Sie eine alleinstehende Frau sind. Von der ersten Nacht an wurde ich ständig belästigt. Am zweiten Abend packte der Kellner (Omer) meine Brüste und schüttelte sie. Danach fühlte ich mich nicht einmal mehr sicher, wenn ich in den öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels saß, sondern verbrachte die meisten Nächte in meinem Zimmer. Das hat unseren Urlaub komplett ruiniert. Der Barchef ist unhöflich. Ich näherte mich unserem Tisch (der sich direkt neben dem Pool befand, nicht einmal in der Essenshalle) und sagte meinem Schwager, er solle Respekt haben und während der Mittagspause sein T-Shirt anziehen, aber da saßen Frauen in Fahrrädern!! Rassistisch gegenüber Englisch. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Dieses saubere Hotel mit unglaublich schlechten Betten und Kissen ist ein Hotel, das wir NIE wieder besuchen werden! Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber der Balkon ist klein, die Betten hart und die Kissen voller Klumpen. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch, die Gäste sind zu 75 % Osteuropäer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer über der Bar und es war die ganze Nacht über sehr laut, selbst wenn sich Leute beschwerten, ignorierten sie es einfach! Das Hotel liegt etwa eine Stunde vom Zentrum und 30 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt in einem türkischen Vorort. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über einen Shuttlebus zum Strand, aber Sie dürfen weder Getränke noch Essen mitbringen, sondern müssen diese am Strand kaufen. Nachts verkehrt um 8 und 8.30 Uhr ein Shuttlebus ins Zentrum, hin und zurück muss man selbst zurückkommen. Das Hotel ist super sauber, das Essen ist gut, aber weil das Buffet so klein ist, gibt es jeden Abend eine große Schlange und die Zeit zum Essen beträgt nicht mehr als 2 Stunden. Von 11 bis 17 Uhr gibt es keine Snacks, nur irgendwo in einer Ecke gibt es Fladenbrot, sofern es geöffnet ist. Wir werden NICHT noch einmal hingehen!

Das Hotel ist gut, die Renovierung ist frisch, neue Sanitäranlagen, die Matratze ist hart, aber das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Der Pool ist groß, im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel sauber und schön, zum Strand sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß, aber es gibt einen Shuttle, 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Das Essen ist nicht schlecht, frisch, jeden Tag Fisch, es gab sogar Muscheln und Garnelen, das Personal ist höflich und aufmerksam. Im Allgemeinen ein ausgezeichnetes, preisgünstiges Hotel mit schnellem Internet, wir waren zu 100 % zufrieden. P.S. Um kein Geld für Taxis auszugeben, sich sicher in Bussen fortzubewegen, nutzen Sie die Moovit-App. Das Gehen mit der MAPS.ME-App funktioniert ohne Internet.

Alles war gut. Dieses Hotel bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge und frische Luft. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entspannend. Sie müssen nicht an eine Reservierung denken. Tun Sie es einfach. Danke für alles.)

We arrive after 3am. We got big room at top floor. Room are very modern, clean. Water was on fridge. Beds comfortable. Food was great, all tasty. Animation was okay, every second day. We love a pools, and slide :) Kleopatra crew was great, they collected glasses, plates etc. only minus - alcohol, gin is not drinkable, small choice of cocktail. I got a argue with guy “who selling front row of sunbeds” in hotel beach who shouted at me because I put my towel on one of sunbeds. Rest was great. Highly recommend.

The staff in this hotel made it the best holiday for me and my family, everyone is so friendly and helpful and work around the clock to make your stay as great as possible. The hotel itself is very clean, well presented and food is great too, a nice mix all the time. Entertainment 3 nights a week, although if you stay for 2 weeks you will see the same 3 each week. We didn't have no problems with our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. The only minor downside is Alanya is so built up that you only get around 5 hours sunlight per day around the poolside, but they offer a free bus to the beach several times a day and back again, so this means you can have all the sunlight you want. We have been to Turkey 4 times always staying in 4 star hotels. This is by far the best one. The reception team of Essad and Tarif lead by Hussein are very helpful and always with a smile on their face. They all speak English very well. The food caters for anybody's tastes. Desserts are spectacular. The rooms are superb. We got a clean big room with balcony and pool view. The bar staff as well are all brilliant and very friendly. Restaurant staff also absolutely brilliant. Ynsteke is a restaurant waiter and he is a real joker! Trust me. If you are looking for a great value fantastic hotel look no further. You will not be disappointed.

I paid more for this all-inclusive hotel because i was so impressed with their reviews. I doubt they were all genuine. However, I can say the food was lovely and was cooked daily. The chefs were welcoming, and the waiter Yunis was lovely, too. I did get racist stares from the dining room filled with Europeans. I met one family from the 🇬🇧 which was a relief! Some reception staff were not welcoming and were rude as well as greedy. My room was cleaned once or twice a week. The dining room can get very busy and the sunbeds near the pool were normally overbooked, Music was loud and even louder at night, Do expect drunk people, loud noises and thin bedroom walls, If you are thinking of coming to this place, try not to forget your good manners whilst dealing with these people If you have any issues, the manager (bald) can speak English, and he seems like a good guy. A lovely clean hotel, with polite and and hardworking staff. The hotel was always very clean and well looked after, there was a good selection of food, even for myself: a fussy vegetarian (always double check if there is meat in the food that looks veggie as it isn't clearly labelled). There was a wide range of salad and fruit each day to supplement the main course meals. Meals had decent variation each day, and there was always plenty of food. It could get a look little busy when the restaurant opened but we never struggled to find a seat and within half an hour the queues had died off. There is also a fantastic pitta tent open throughout the day. The rooms were clean and a decent size, the aircon was really effective and our room was lovely and quiet. The pool area isn't huge, but we could always find somewhere to sit, and while the pool did get a bit busy there was always space for a few lengths throughout the day. I was really glad to find plenty of shade around the outside of the pool, but there was also plenty of sun if you are looking to sunbathe. There is a small fitness area as well, although I only used it once as it was quite busy in the mornings. The hotel is located in a quiet side street so it isn't too noisy, but we walked into town and to the beach a few times and it didn't take long. There is also a free shuttle bus if you don't fancy the walk! We found lots of lovely shops and pubs to stop in, and there were plenty of restaurants. We booked some excursions from the guide who came to the hotel, they were brilliant. Door to door service and well priced. There is a reserved area on the beach, with sun loungers and parasols. Food and drink is extra here, so have a good breakfast before heading down. Finally, we expected our all inclusive to end at midday but the hotel were happy to store our suitcases and said we could use the facilities until our 4pm transfer. A lovely holiday, we would stay again.
