Tolle Begrüßung, sie warteten am Bahnhof auf uns und das sehr nette und freundliche Personal, sie begleiteten uns, um die Bustickets zu kaufen, und erklärten uns alles über die Stadt Machupicchu, das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten Unser kurzer Aufenthalt, das heiße Wasser hat perfekt funktioniert, das Frühstück, das sie uns zum Mitnehmen gepackt haben, hat uns sehr geholfen, den Berg zu besteigen und neue Energie zu tanken. Wenn ich hier für einen neuen Aufenthalt empfehle, danke für alles, werden wir tun bald zurück!

Das Hostel Amakonkay liegt unweit vom Bahnhof und ist daher sehr bequem zu erreichen. Der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind klein aber, ebenso wie die Badezimmer, picobello sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

The location is perfect, extremely close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and also close to the train station. The staff was very nice and helpful, they stored our bags while we went to visit the ruins and let us use the bathroom afterwards. The building is a bit messy, but that happens in most places in this town. The beds were good, it was quiet enough and their breakfast was a very happy surprise, much better than expected!

the location of this hotel is unbeatable, practical because you are one step away from the center of Machupicchu Plaza and the bus station, you have the opportunity to visit the plaza at night, the room is comfortable and very clean, compared to other places we visited, the staff will always be willing to help you, delicious breakfast and at a good price.

The location of the hotel is incredible, it is close to everything, and even to the Plaza de Armas, the staff is very dedicated and concerned, always aware of everything, and I appreciate the work done because it is a great help, breakfast is quite good, wifi to perfection , they allowed us to store our things and rest in reception a point in favor, we had an excellent guide to recommendation, in terms of quality and price I will assume that it is quite good for the great service provided, if I had another opportunity without thinking I will return

Super trained staff, from the moment we made our reservation, they gave us a fascinating welcome, they waited for us on arrival and gave us many recommendations of various places, bus, restaurant and guide service. The room is super comfortable and clean enough so it is what we expected, the breakfast is quite good, I assume that the quality and price ratio is ideal for the great service provided, we were very satisfied and pleased with the care provided. I recommend this friendly Hotel.

The attention of Alexander and Edilberto is wonderful, always aware of us and helping with what we need, they waited for us at the train station and explained everything about Machupicchu town. The room has everything you need to spend the night and you can see the great effort in cleaning, the impeccable room, the breakfast that they gave us to take away quite sustainable. We were able to leave our stuff after check-out and enjoy a break at reception.

We went to Aguas Calientes with the 5 members of my family for 3 days and this small Hotel is magnificent, it gave us a super spacious room like the one we wanted so much to spend the night together, the location is perfect right in the center, everything was close , the staff is first class, they gave us a fascinating attention that made our stay perfect, being with them gave us a lot of information and directions. In the morning they gave us a delicious breakfast, the hot water works correctly, it is recommended to visit this place. Grateful for the excellent guide they recommended to us.
