Are you staying in Crete? If the answer is yes then please look no further than the Castello infinity suites because I will assure you that you will not regret it. Fantastic place, clean, tidy, great decor and I’ll come onto the staff later. Our room had an infinity pool, arrived to a very clean room and during our 6 Day stay everyday our room was cleaned and towels replenished and was restored to perfect state. We had breakfast every morning and it was a quick service, with great Menu choice and something for everyone. We also had Dinner which again phenomenal. Drinks both alcohol and soft are high quality and great quality. NOW onto the staff… we have travelled to many countries and by far the service received at this hotel is 10/10!!! Polite, helpful, always smiling, very clear spoken English language, and they do their upmost to help. I cannot find fault in any of our 6 day stay. We do not know all the names of the staff but 4 persons we encountered a lot was George Ioannidis the Hotel’s Operation Manager who is the most professional, kind, helpful and polite person we’ve met in the customer service world. We met a female waitress who served and she again delivered outstanding service, then another male who served us a lot again also very high standards of presentation when serving. Lastly we’d like to comment on the female who works at reception whom again is very helpful, knows how to greet guests and always smiling. I had planned to propose to my now fiancée and George Ioannidis and staff helped make the dream come to life. They worked very very hard to make it a special and romantic occasion and no request I made was too big or too hard. They have left not only a great representation of Crete but also their hotel. When we come Back to Crete we will not stay Anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff who have made our stay perfect your hard work is appreciated.

I was very impressed with my stay. My bungalow was well positioned for privacy while still open to enjoy the natural surroundings. I loved having my own little piece of heaven amid beautiful flowers & foliage. I even loved the walks I took to & from meals (a whole other wonderful). Walks long enough to appreciate the property but short enough whenever I was ready to escape back to heaven. The various rooms within the buildings reminded me of art found in magazines. The creative attention given to pleasing all five senses was apparent and I commend the resort staff for a job well done. The only regret that I have is more cultural than anything. I am saddened that it seemed difficult to make a connection with the local population. I am accustomed to meeting new people who offer a demeanor that invites others to want to learn about them & their community; their culture. However, that was Greece in general, NOT the resort. If anyplace offered the beauty & comfort to make a trip more than dreamed, it is Out of The Blue Resort & Spa.

Unser Aufenthalt für sieben Tage begann leider etwas turbulent. Als wir im Hotel ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, das unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Sharingpool mit Meerblick) auf ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool mit Meerblick aufgewertet wird. Was grundsätzlich positiv anzumerken ist. Als wir das Zimmer betreten haben mussten wir leider nach kurzer Zeit festestellen, dass sich das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand befindet und garnicht gut gesäubert wurde. Als wir unseren Unmut beim Hotelpersonal geäußert haben, wurde unser Anliegen sofort sehr ernst genommen. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt und der Pool des Hotelzimmers wurde von Sand und Schmutz befreit. Die Hotelzimmer wurden anschließend täglich sehr gut gereinigt und Abends kontrollierte eine Reinigungskraft zusätzlich die Zimmer auf ihre Sauberkeit. Wir wurden als ”Entschuldigung” an zwei Abenden in zwei der drei wirklich sehr guten a la carte Restaurants eingeladen und bekamen zusätzlich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals. Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt sehr sauber und das Personal ist hilfsbereit und offen für jegliche Kritik. Man merkt, das der Gast und dessen Wohlbefinden im Vordergrund stehen. Das Essen am Buffet ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Einen Besuch ist das Firnessstudio des Hotels wert auch wenn Sport im Urlaub nicht immer leicht fällt. Die Geräte sind neu und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Ich habe vorher noch kein Hotel besucht das an so vielen Stellen der Anlage einen so schönen Meerblick bietet. Insgesamt hat das Hotel unsere Erwaartungen alle erfüllt. Dabei ist der ausgezeichnete Service hervorzuheben.

Einfach vom Flughafen zu erreichen, wir haben gerade auf dem #6 Stadtbus gesprang, und es gibt einen Bushalte direkt vor dem Grundstück. Stadtbusse sind sauber, und billig, Ich denke es war etwa 5€ oder so, und dauert etwa 35 Minuten. Einchecken war wirklich reibungslos. Der Ort ist spotless, der Kundenservice ist sehr gut, sie haben uns in einen kleinen Bungalow direkt neben dem Strand upgraded. Wir wurden von einem Golfwagen, der schön war. Die Unterkunft war sauber, und neue, schöne Bett, angemessen Badezimmer, es ist ein wenig klein, aber hat eine Dusche, keine Tube. Echt schöne Deckfläche Kaffee zu haben und zu hören auf den Ozean. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen sicheren, anständigen Kleidungsraum, einen kleinen Sofa, Queensgröße Bett, großes TV und großes WiFi. Wir haben überall auf der Website WiFi verfügbar. Wir haben für das Frühstückspaket gewählt, das eigentlich sehr nett war. Buffet-Stil, aber buchstäblich Dutzende von Optionen. Frische Früchte, Brot, Käse, Joghurt, Getreide, viele heiße Gerichte, Sie werden nicht hungrig gehen. Wir hatten auch einen formellen sitzend schönen Abendessen, das auch sehr schön war. Wir haben keine der Einrichtungen vor Ort wirklich genutzt, aber wir haben uns einen Tag für ein paar Stunden am Pool gehängt. Obwohl es scheint, es waren viele Leute noch viele Lounges verfügbar. Der Pool sah wirklich schön aus, nur wenige Leute verwendeten es. Strandbereich hat auch Lounges und Schaum für den kostenlosen Gebrauch. Sehr schöner Sand und schlanker Strand, groß für Kinder, aber es wird windig, so beachten Sie das.
