Alvanti Residences

I recently stayed at this beautiful serene town house in the heart of Accra , during the Christmas / New year period. A very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Miss charity was a great host and there when you need her. We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this townhouse for short and long stays. It is Very much worth the money 24 /7 security at all times . Lovely guests at this location Aswell.

Recently returned from a two week stay at Alvanti Residences. A big “THANK YOU” to Charity (the manager) and her entire staff. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning the next time we are in Ghana. This was my fourth trip to Ghana and the fourth place that I have stayed. My previous stays were at well known hotels in the area and Alvanti exceeded the offerings at these other locations by far. Charity was on site every day and was available at all hours of the day and night. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were very much appreciated. It was obvious that she truly cared about her guests and wanted them to have an exceptional stay at Alvanti and in Ghana. She and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and worry free. The location of Alvanti Residences is in close proximity to the airport with van shuttle service available. While we did not use the van transportation to/from the airport, we did rent the Alvanti van and driver for a day trip up to Cape Coast. We had originally reserved a van and driver from a different company. When that van and driver failed to show up in the morning, we called Charity at 5:00 AM asking her for assistance. Charity immediately got in touch with the Alvanti van driver and got the Alvanti van ready for the day. Within an hour, she had us on our way to Cape Coast. The Alvanti van driver, Vincent, was very professional and I felt safe as he navigated the narrow roads and traffic during our excursion. He was very prompt which is, often times, hard to find in service industry in Ghana. Thank you Vincent and Charity for a great outing! The Alvanti Residence units are 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom homes with kitchen, dining area, living room and an office. The space was very open and modern. Furnishings were clean and well taken care of and all of the air conditioning units cooled nicely. The full kitchen was equipped with all of the modern amenities. It truly has a “home away from home” feel. Outside, each unit has a nice patio area with ceiling fan. There was a large pool for guests to use and plenty of parking. The grounds were kept spotless. Staff was constantly cleaning the common areas. Barbeques were provided for each unit and we barbequed several evenings and enjoyed eating on the patio. The staff cleaned the barbeques each night and made sure the patio areas were clean. We only requested cleaning of our residence a few times during our stay. The cleaning staff was very prompt and thorough each time we requested service. The location is within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants (including the fabulous D Café and Pinocchio Gelato). There is a mini market down the street and a larger market within walking distance as well. We felt comfortable walking in the area to various local spots. The Alvanti Residences is a guard gated community and felt very safe. I love this place and the staff! Looking forward to my next visit!

I recently stayed at Alvanti Residences Accra with my family of 5 and had a fantastic experience. The 24 hour security was a huge plus and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff, particularly the hotel manager Charity, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The town home was very clean and spacious, with 3 large bedrooms and 5 separate beds. We were also impressed with the 3 bathrooms, 2 of which were full. Charity took personal care of us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport and in a safe area of the city of Accra. They also have a private driver, Vincent, who was very supportive and helped us when we went to purchase Art. The area around the hotel has several food places nearby, which made it easy for us to grab a meal. Overall, I highly recommend Alvanti Residences Accra for travelers, especially those traveling with family. The hotel staff, amenities and location make it a great place to stay while in Accra.

My family and I visited Ghana for the first time in December 2022. A close friend of ours recommended Alvanti Residences. Knowing that I’m very particular about my accommodations while traveling, he sent me videos of the residences ahead of time. The facilities looked amazing, so I booked my 12-day stay. Facilities: When we arrived at the residences, the place was nothing short of spectacular. The actual facilities were actually better than what I had seen in videos. The videos did not do the place justice. The facilities were exceptionally clean with all amenities you could ask for including free WI-FI around the entire properties, a pool, BBQ grills, etc. The residences comprise of eight to ten fully furnished 3-bedroom townhomes, 2.5-bathroom, balcony in master bedroom, an office, and an outside furnished patio area. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, the residences came with up to standard appliances including fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washer, dryer, and a couple of TVs, one in the living room and in the master bedroom. There wasn’t anything more my family could have asked for. Security: The location is in the airport residential area, which is one of the safest neighborhoods in Accra. It is located next to all the embassies and expatriate residences. Additionally, the facilities are fully secured with 24-hour security guards with very tight and restricted access. Neighborhood: It is not too far or walking distance to a few eateries, ChopShop (serves local cuisine), The Tunnel Lounge (serves more western options), and d Café (coffee shop), to name a few. The is also Pinocchio’s ice cream parlor around the corner. Their ice cream is to die for. 100% freshly made organic ingredients. A must visit for sure! Customer Service: Of all the many things I liked about Alvanti, I appreciated the customer service and the staff the most. Charity, the manager, along with the rest of her staff were absolutely amazing!!! Charity was on-site 24/7 and was very responsive to any and all of our requests including WhatsApp texts in the middle of the night. No request was too much for her to handle. Vincent, the driver, was a great tour guide. He drove our party around town where we visited some of the must-see attractions including Jubilee House, Independence Square, Accra Mall, Accra Art’s Center, etc. He also drove us to the Cape Coast Castle which is a 3-hour drive from Accra! The residences also offer you free pick-up and drop-off to Kotoka International Airport. I cannot say enough about Alvanti Residences. My family had a time of our life in Ghana and mostly due to our accommodation at Alvanti and the great customer service provided by Charity and all her staff. We cannot wait to go back again. I highly recommend Alvanti. You will not be disappointed!
