Die Bilder im Internet oder Homepage über das Hotel spiegelt die eigentliche Atmosphäre nicht wieder. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne nicht verdient, unsere Vermutung, die Stadt Sitia möchte das auch nicht geändert haben ,schließlich nehmen sie dadurch eine höhere Kurtaxe ein. Auf uns machte das Hotel einen unfertigen Eindruck. Es ist in Teilen abgewirtschaftet und eigentlich schade, denn man könnte hier wirklich es auf ein fünf Sternen-Niveau bringen. Vieles ist alt wie aus den 70iger Jahren, auf den Fenstersimsen in Treppenhaus ist Dreck, Fenster nicht geputzt, Balkon- Bepflanzungen schlecht gepflegt. Der Innenpool bei der Rezeption ist abstoßend, überall liegen Pumpen -Schläuche, Kescher herum und die Hobbygärtnerei am Eingang wo man mit Pflanzenstecklingen versucht was anzuzüchten, ist grausam. Generell wirken auch die Gartenanlagen um die Pools schlecht gepflegt, es gibt soviel schöne Blumen und Stauden auf Griechenland das man einen Garten Eden schaffen könnte. Es ist eben kein gut geführtes Hotel. Die Rezeption und das Essen hat die 5 Sterne verdient. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich , erwähnen möchte ich die Frau mit dem Namen Silke, sie hatte uns sehr, sehr gut unterstütz als unser Enkel Gesundheit Probleme hatte, vielen Dank, das wahr großartig. Das Essen ist sehr gut, viel regionale Speisen werden angeboten. Die Kellner sind freundlich und schnell. Die Poolbar ist das ganze Gegenteil unfreundlicher Service vor allem die junge Frau mit dem Namen Ellena , sowas missgelauntes und arrogantes Verhalten geht gar nicht, zumal ein Aperol man 9,0 Euro zahlen muss, völlig überteuert. Der Strand wird auch nicht gut gepflegt, wird nicht von zurückgelassenen Abfall gereinigt, Hotelgäste hatten nicht ausreichend Liegen vorrätig weil man die gestapelt mit Kettenschloss gesichert hat, anstatt aufzustellen. Abendveranstaltung gibt so gut wie gar nicht, komisches Ambiente und Atmosphäre laden nicht zum verweilen ein. Nicht vergessen möchte ich die Zimmerfrauen, gute und ordentliche Arbeit. Fazit: Es ist ein Drei-Sterne Plus Hotel, die meiner Meinung nach wert legen, auf französische Gäste, sieht man schon an der Hotel-Beflaggung.

Stayed there after arriving from the ferry from Rhodes. The ferry port is very close by so it was very convenient. The location of the hotel is great, we just had to circle the block a couple of times to find parking as it was Friday night. The room is exactly what we expected for that kind of price, it was clean, had good views (definitely upgrade to a front room) and the aircon worked well. We didn't try the pool area so can't comment on that. We wanted to eat in their restaurant just accross the road but the staff had a bit of an attitude so we left before ordering.

Das Hotel war gut gelegen und das Zimmer geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Alle Teile des Hotels wurden sehr sauber gehalten. Service war gut, vor allem auf der Rezeption. Das Restaurant war gut, aber nicht ausgezeichnet - das Frühstück war wahrscheinlich das beste und ich mag besonders die kristallisierten Früchte, die ein ungewöhnlicher Kontakt war. Es gab eine Menge Rosen in einem Vase in unserem Zimmer, als wir ankamen, die geschätzt wurden - aber nicht nur das, sie wurden zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts ersetzt. 2 leicht negative Kommentare: (1) Schlafzimmerschuhe wurden im Zimmer bereitgestellt, das war groß, aber die Reinigungspersonal änderte sie - und vermutlich die alten wegwerfen - etwa alle 3 Tage, die sehr verschwenderisch erschienen. (2) Die Übertragung auf unserem Ausflug war sehr langsam, dauerte 1 und eine halbe Stunde mit Abfahrten nach Sissi und Agios Nicolaos, bevor sie endlich in Elounda ankam. Dies war um 10 Uhr nicht willkommen (der Betreiber war Jet2). Wir waren nicht die einzigen, die für unseren Rückflug zum Flughafen ein Taxi bezahlt haben. Einige Bewertungen haben darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotel ein wenig müde ist, was unfair und den falschen Eindruck gibt. Es stimmt, dass einige Ausstattungsgeräte - wie Duschen - wahrscheinlich für den Ersatz nötig sind, aber der Gesamteindruck ist hell und modern.

Die Fotos werden diesem Hotel wirklich nicht gerecht. Es ist wunderschön mit seinem eigenen Privatstrand. Wir waren am Ende der Saison für eine Woche hier und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Hotel ist sauber, hell und einladend. Das Restaurantpersonal ist brillant und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Obwohl das Hotel in den Hang gebaut ist, gibt es drei Aufzüge und Golfbuggys, mit denen man sich fortbewegen kann, da es stellenweise sehr steil ist. Wir haben das Fitnessstudio oft genutzt und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und klimatisiert. Der Strand ist großartig mit einem Restaurant/Café und einer Bar. Das Personal dort (insbesondere Marianna und Chris) ist brillant. Wir haben auch ein paar Mal eines der Boote gemietet, um durch die Bucht zu segeln. Ich bin auch nach Elounda gelaufen, was zu einem Spaziergang etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten dauert. Seien Sie jedoch stellenweise vorsichtig, da es keine Wege gibt. Alles in allem werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und wahrscheinlich im Oktober wieder. Brillant!
