Wir mögen das Hotel sehr ruhig ist, sehr nahe dem Strand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Tiere kommen können es super gut sehr sauber Pool auch sehr sauber Zimmer, sicher würde ich in meinem nächsten Urlaub wieder an diesem Ort, außer mir gefällt die große Parkplätze, die sehr gut Platz hat

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

Es war schwierig, ins Hotel zu kommen, aber ich denke, sie tun das aus Sicherheitsgründen. Zum Glück gab es Gäste in der Lobby, die mich hereinließen und ihre Hotelkarte für den Aufzug benutzten, damit ich zur Rezeption gehen konnte. Der Service an der Rezeption war nett. Ich liebte ihr Fitnessstudio. Mein Zimmer war wirklich dreckig, brauchte eine gründliche Reinigung, da im ganzen Badezimmer kleine Haare waren und es wirklich nach Zigarettenrauch stank. Die Geschäfte rundherum und das Fitnessstudio machen es lohnenswert. Fazit: Ich würde wiederkommen.

Tolle Erfahrung! Der Service war manchmal in Ordnung. Ich habe am ersten oder letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts den Minibar-Service nicht bekommen. Bars waren überfüllt und schlechte Mixgetränke am Poolbereich. Die Swim-up-Bar braucht mehr Aufmerksamkeit, es gab keinen Barkeeper und war fast einen ganzen Nachmittag lang schmutzig?

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, jede Nacht um 21 Uhr eine kostenlose Show, aber ich genieße die Abwechslung nicht, weil nur lokale Aufenthalte, der Strand kein klares Wasser schmutzig und am Strand möchte ich mich entspannen, die Sonne genießen, um sich vor Ort zu bräunen? Kommen Sie vorbei, um Sachen zu verkaufen, die so nervig sind. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Tut mir leid zu sagen. Ich bleibe lieber zu Hause, gehe zu meinem Heimatstrand. enttäuscht.

Das Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage und obwohl ein bisschen alt, war sauber und gut gepflegt.Angeles am Rezeption war extrem freundlich und hilfreich, mich in mein Zimmer vorzeitig check-in und upgrading mich zu einem größeren Zimmer! Das Dachpool ist schön, aber es war schön, Pool und Strandsitze im größeren Schwester Resort über die Straße zu benutzen.

Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!

Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt hier. Drei Nächte am Wochenende und es war ruhig. Komfortables Bett und großartiges Frühstück. Personal war sehr hilfreich mit allen meinen Bedürfnissen. Sauberes Zimmer, Dusche hatte einen großen Wasserdruck. In der Nähe des Malecon mit Nachtmarkt und schöne Kathedrale auf der Straße. Die Kirchenbellen waren ziemlich charmant. Aussehen von der Dachoppe erlaubte mir, cool Feuerwerke zu sehen! Ich würde definitiv hier wieder bleiben.

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Nuestra estancia ha sido una invitacion a volver y volver, empezando por el servicio al cliente. Un servicio de primera desde la persona que te recibe en el hotel y te abre la puerta del auto en donde llegas, las personas que amablemente te atienden en recepcion con una sonrisa y un autentico sentido de servicio, los maleteros que se desviven por pedirte un taxi y ayudarte a cargar lo que traigas sin que se lo pidas, y cualquier persona que trabaja en el hotel en el area de recepcion indudablemente esta para atenderte con la mejor disposicion de servicio. Tambien en el area de alberca, y restaurantes. El lugar impecable, contando con una belleza arquitectonica. Su amplitud y distribucion tanto del hotel, como de los cuartos, te acogen. El hecho de ser un lugar abierto, nos deja sentir el clima, y el viento que corre es un sensacion muy agradable. La decoracion del lugar es calida y de buen gusto, dandonos un sentir de estar ”en casa”. La ubicacion del lugar da pie a salir a caminar a la Marina, tanto de dia como de noche, con completa seguridad, y todos los lugares a donde fuimos estan muy cerca, a 5, 10, 15 minutos en auto: Walmart, Centros Comerciales, Malecon, Centro, Restaurantes, Terminal Maritima. El acceso a la playa es una delicia, con unas vistas a la puesta de sol inigualables. Disfrutamos las actividades extras que inlcuye la estancia en el hotel, y el hecho de no ser invasivas a nuestros momentos de estar. La comida es muy buena, y aunque el precio es poco alto, vale la pena qued**** en el hotel a comer. Quiero cerrar felicitando el programa de Servicio al Cliente que tiene el hotel, ya que seguro es una administracion que se toma su tiempo en el entrenamiento en esta area a todas las personas que laboran ahi. El servicio al cliente hace la diferencia en una experiencia, y eso es lo que buscamos al ir de vacaciones, vivir experiencias gratas y memorables. Felicidades por su excelente servicio a todas las personas que laboran en Club Regina Puerto Vallarta!

Just one thing would have been nice in the room , or a communal coffee machine. Other than that , perfect. Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.

El lugar está bien considerando el precio. Sin embargo los alimentos no son buenos , ni la calidad de las bebidas, los jugos saben muy artificial y por ende coctelería es horrible, incluso una michelada on limonada es mala porqué emplean limón artificial. I always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Ich habe normalerweise keine negativen Kommentare geschrieben, aber wenn dies einem anderen Reisenden helfen wird, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen, dachte ich, ich würde Ihnen ein paar Dinge erfahren lassen. Erstens habe ich eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick reserviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Aber unsere Meerblick war eigentlich von Telefonpolen und Draht und das abgeschnittene Dach des Clubs über die Straße. Ich gebe zu, dass der Ozean über diese Hindernisse hinaus gesehen wurde. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war im vierten Stock und in der ersten Nacht war unser Dach aufgrund der Abwärtsgang draußen schnell leckten. Es wurde meist gereinigt und wir wurden gesagt, dass wir am Morgen das Front Desk wissen mussten, dass wir Zimmer bewegen müssen. Ich hätte gedacht, dass aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeit, alles wieder zu verpacken, dass sie uns einen erweiterten Raum gegeben hätten. Stattdessen, sie uns eine Junior-Ozean-View Suite auf dem 3. Stock mit einem näheren Blick auf die Draht und Dachoberfläche gegeben. Dieses Zimmer hatte auch nur einen Patio-Sitzplatz, also selbst wenn wir auf dem Patio sitzen wollten, wären wir nicht zusammen gewesen. Das Resort selbst hat schöne Einrichtungen.

Very nice hotel the top of the hills in Conchas Chinas. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is quite clean and maintained. Great view of the sea with very comfortable beds and a nice hotel restaurant.

Der Service war überdurchschnittlich. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da unser erstes Zimmer ein stinkendes Badezimmer hatte, ansonsten in Ordnung. Das Essen und die Margaritas waren großartig. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und in der Nähe eines großen Lebensmittelgeschäfts.

This is my 7th visit to this hotel, the location is excellent, across from the park and adjacent to the beach , the rooms are updated, very well maintained facilities. The pool on the top floor has great views. The staff is very attentive.

Gute Lage, wenn Sie zum Flughafen gehen, es ist nur sechs Minuten zu Fuß von Ihrem Zimmer zum Terminal für Abreisen. Sehr Grundzimmer war es klein. Das Badezimmer Toilette würde nicht aufhören zu laufen. Der Klimaanlage Fan war sehr laut und jedes Mal, wenn es aufhörte, klang es wie ein Metall auf dem Metall, so dass wenn Sie schlafen, es würde Sie wachen, Verkehrslärm von außen, die Straße gegenüber war ziemlich bemerkbar, so wenn Sie eine Straße gegenüber Raum, Get it changed to the back of the hotel ... you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you're going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you have earplugs for sure.

Die Lage ist, Uber abzunehmen, Die Einrichtungen sind nicht gut, da es ein alter Ort ist. Es riecht ein wenig stinkend. Es ist alles schluckig, aber es ist besser, draußen zu kaufen und zu essen. Wenn Sie die Atmosphäre von Mexiko fühlen wollen, wird es empfohlen. Es ist schön. ㅠㅠ
