Unsere Erfahrung bei The Franklin auf Rittenhouse war absolut erstaunlich. Wir wurden von John und einer anderen süßen Frau auf dem Vordertisch begrüßt, und sie waren so freundlich und hilfreich. Wir blieben im Zimmer „The Monarch“ im ersten Stock. Es ist ein sehr komfortabel und romantisch Zimmer. Es war auch sehr sauber und aktualisiert! Ich liebe die Regenfallsstil Dusche auch. Während der Buchung des Zimmers habe ich erwähnt, dass wir meinen Freundin Geburtstag feiern, und das Hotel, das wir so nett zu schreiben, ihr eine Karte und ließen Schokolade auf dem Bett. Es war so ein bedenkliches Geste. Ich kann nicht genug von unserer Erfahrung hier sprechen. Ich empfehle sehr, Ihren Aufenthalt hier zu buchen, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer wunderbaren Boutique-Hotelerfahrung.

Sofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

Wir haben unversehens Trip.com statt Hilton direkt gebucht, wie ich immer tue. 2 Zimmer. Als wir ankamen, war ein Zimmer bereit, aber das andere war nicht. Sie sagten uns, näher zu 2:00 Uhr zurückzukommen. Wir taten es. Nicht bereit. Kommen Sie näher zu 3:00 Uhr, und wir wurden gesagt, ”Es kann näher zu der garantierten Zeit von 4:00 Uhr sein.” Wir hatten Vorbehalte und das würde uns drängen. Wir kamen jedoch um 3 Uhr zurück und wurden gesagt, ”weil Sie Dritte sind .....” Alle um uns herum hatten einen Schlüssel, aber unser Zimmer war nicht bereit. Wir wurden geschaffen, wie Bürger der dritten Klasse zu fühlen, weil wir ”dritter Partei” waren. Ich wurde nicht die Gelegenheit gegeben, meine Hilton Honors Nummer zu zeigen, weil wir ”dritter Partei” waren. Nun, die ”gesicherte” Zeit von 4 Uhr kam und ging, und wir waren besorgt über das Versäumnis unserer Buchung. Um 4:20 ging der Vertreter zu einem Manager und erhielt eine Art Entlassung, aber erzählte, dass das Zimmer nicht das war, für das wir bezahlt haben. (zwei Königinnen) sondern stattdessen war es 1 Königin und neben dem Aufzug. Bis jetzt waren wir so spät, wir gingen gerade mit ihm. Wir verbrachten mehr als 3 Stunden in der Lobby, wurden erzeugt, sich schlechter zu fühlen, weil wir ”dritten Partei” waren und wir ein unterstandardisiertes Zimmer hatten, als wir für besser bezahlten. schlechte Erfahrung, schlechter durch schlechte Politik, Die Unempfindlichkeit des Vertreters durch fortgesetzte Erklärung, dass der Grund, warum jeder andere seinen Raum bekam, weil wir ”dritten Partei” waren, offensichtlich eine Form der niedrigen Klasse in Hilton. Nun, ich bin ein Hilton Honors Mitglied für Jahrzehnte, Und während wir einen Fehler gemacht haben, weil Sie Zimmer an Dritte verkauft und wir online ausgebeutet wurden, hat unser Fehler einen perfekt guten Besuch ruiniert.

The hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel's location is simply the best: so close to Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown, and relatively easy to walk to most of Center City. Our room was larger than most we have stayed in, and the bed sleeps very comfortably. Great value for the price! We could hear some outside noise, but I imagine that is because we stayed overnight when the Eagles won the NFC Championship at home. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and extra security measures make the hotel feel safe.

萬豪旗下的會員酒店，衞生設施都是很好的，但是服務實在不敢恭維，讓多送兩床被子服務員答應好好的就是不給服務，最後催一下讓自己下去拿。這都不算啥，最奇葩的是停車費，入住的時候也不説要提前付停車費，也沒給停車票，出來都checkout了，發現貼着停車罰單，這可是酒店內部停車場不是公共區域！台理論態度非常傲慢，典型的白人傲慢作風，話都是人話態度不是人。最讓我感動的是攜程的服務，他們瞭解情況後和酒店溝通，主動先行賠付了多收的停車費，讓我們開心旅程得以繼續。謝謝！

Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich während des Super Bowl Wochenendes gekommen hatte. Sehr schönes Wetter schöner Service erstaunlich Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Ich konnte großartiges Essen um das Hotelgebiet herum und jeder im Hotel ist so freundlich und immer erstaunlich Kundenservice zu bieten. Ich werde zurückkommen. Ich liebe den Pool und den Fitnessraum.

Der Service war erstaunlich meine Frau und ich blieb im Hotel, um ein Abendessen im Restaurant über die Straße zu machen. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and excellent. the location was great, lots of bars/restaurants in the area. It was nice having a couple bars even attached to the hotel. Parking kind of stunk and the valet is pretty expensive but they were friendly and efficient as well. The bests were really comfortable and room was a decent size. There was a couple small snags, one of my coffee cups was dirty and the tissue box was empty. But short of that it was a great stay.

The location is very convenient in the city center, 12th street. Right in front of the hotel is the local food market, which is great for travellers to experience the city's food. And 5 minutes walking distance is Chinatown! 24 hours hot water and coffee in the entrance is very sweet.

The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.
