Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief vollständig automatisiert und einfach, und die Rezeptionistin an der Bar war freundlich. Es war hilfreich, dass sie jeden Tag eine Karaffe Wasser zur Verfügung stellten. Das Hotel war neu und die Einrichtungen waren sauber. Wenn ich einige enttäuschende Punkte hervorheben müsste, wäre es erwähnenswert, dass das Zimmer etwas dunkel war, da es keinen Strom gab, um das gesamte Zimmer zu beleuchten, und als ich den kostenlosen Kaffeeservice auf dem Flur nutzte, war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt und ich konnte nur schwach trinken Kaffee. Das ist es. Wenn man jedoch die durchschnittlichen Übernachtungskosten in London bedenkt, ist der Preis meiner Meinung nach immer noch angemessen und liegt meiner Meinung nach in einem akzeptablen Bereich.

Ausstattung: Die Infrastruktur ist ziemlich gut und das Duschwasser ist sehr groß; Sie müssen jedoch Ihre eigene Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta und ein Pflegepaket mitbringen Hygiene: sauber und ordentlich Umgebung: Nachdem Sie den Flughafen-Shuttle vom Südbahnhof genommen haben, können Sie dort etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen (der Premier-Store, den Sie nach dem Verlassen des Südbahnhofs direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite erreichen können, ist eine weitere Filiale von ihnen. Die beiden sind unterschiedlich, jeder. Bezahlen Man kann sagen, dass es nur 20 % der unterstützenden Geschäfte rund um das Hotel gibt; das Zimmer ist relativ groß, was meine Erwartungen etwas übersteigt. Es ist sehr angenehm, alleine zu schlafen Service: Der Self-Service-Checkout ist sehr praktisch

I stayed at Chapter Aldgate which is a student housing. The room is very basic with no aircon or fan, so you’ll need to rely on natural ventilation. Still, it was clean and well kept. The price is reasonable for London standards and location is good with just a short walk to the tube. Overall, it’s a simple, practical option with good value for what you pay.

The apartment was spacious and clean with nice views of the London skyline. Downstairs are a few supermarkets which came in handy as we needed to buy an adapter. The kitchen is fully furnaced with stove, oven, microwave, etc. The staff at the reception were very helpfull and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is excellent as it is near the Tower Bridge (15 minutes walk) . The Bus 15 stop is closeby which is a line that crosses many famous spots.

Room is clean and comfortable. Mini pantry is good even I don’t do much cooking, good for long stay. I am fine with Aldgate even some may not like the area. I love the location because it’s close to Bricklane and Shoreditch, it is walking distance to Tower Hill and London CBD. However, sound insulation is not good as i can hear people talking outside the room. Also my room are connecting room whereby i can hear the guest next room talking if they are standing near the connecting door which is quite annoying…

這個地方是新的，但是附近的位置不算太方便行去地鐵站大約8-10分鐘的步行距離 附近是白教堂站 和algate east附近有一兩間超市可以買東西煮 巴士路線不算多，但是正門口也有巴士 房間的空間可以所有的東西都齊備 床亦舒服整潔 由於早餐是沒有熱食，因此我沒有購買 整體上這個酒店新還有整潔 但唯獨是一個問題交通 相對需要走路 員工非常友善

1. Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet und die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Bettwäsche ist neu und hat die perfekte Festigkeit und Weichheit. Die Laken dufteten herrlich und linderten die Reisemüdigkeit. 2. Ich blieb drei aufeinanderfolgende Nächte, und das Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und beheiztem Handtuchhalter ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile war komplett mit Töpfen, Pfannen und anderen Utensilien ausgestattet, und sie waren sauber und zuverlässig. Kleinere Gegenstände können direkt auf dem Handtuchhalter getrocknet werden. 3. Zur Nachbarschaft: Da es sich um ein mehrheitlich muslimisches Viertel handelt, kann das Personal etwas kompliziert sein. Wenn Sie großes Gepäck haben, können Sie an der U-Bahn-Station Whitechapel aussteigen, die über einen Aufzug verfügt. Wenn Sie wenig Gepäck haben oder regelmäßig reisen, empfehle ich die U-Bahn-Station Aldgate East, wo die Straßen sauberer und ordentlicher sind. Der Nachteil ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. 4. Die Wäscherei des Hotels befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist kostenpflichtig. Das Waschen kostet 4 Pfund pro Eimer und das Trocknen zusätzlich 3 Pfund. Die Zahlung erfolgt per Kreditkarte.

Das Hotel ist ein ganz normales Business-Hotel. Der Preis von mehr als 1.000 Yuan ist sehr uneinheitlich. Die allgemeine Richtung ist in der Nähe der Tower Bridge in London Sie wissen nicht, wie Sie die auf Ctrip gepostete stimmungsvolle Aussicht aufnehmen sollen? Ich habe im Hampton Hilton in Dubai übernachtet und es war meiner Meinung nach ziemlich gut, aber als ich ankam, wurde mir klar, dass es dem Standard eines inländischen Budget-Hotels entsprach Es gab ein Frühstück, das ausreichend war. Es gab keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer. Mir wurde gesagt, dass Budget-Hotels keine Hausschuhe zur Verfügung stellen, also musste ich Schuhe tragen oder barfuß ins Zimmer gehen. Die Rezeption sagte, dass Mineralwasser 1 Pfund kostete, aber ich sah großzügig eine andere Rezeption Ich habe einem anderen Gast 2 Flaschen gegeben. Ich fragte, ob ich bezahlen müsste. Später war es mir peinlich und ich gab mir eine Flasche Wasser und sagte, es sei kostenlos. Schikanieren Sie mich, weil ich chinesisch aussehe? Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen

Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die das Zentrum von London erkunden möchten. Direkt neben der East London Mosque gelegen, ist es unglaublich praktisch für diejenigen, die zum Gebet gehen möchten. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche Halal-Restaurants, die eine Vielzahl köstlicher Gerichte anbieten. Das macht das Essengehen sehr bequem und angenehm. Das Hotel ist auch gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sind weniger als 10 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass man sich leicht in der Stadt fortbewegen kann. Ich kam am Freitagmittag früher als zur üblichen Check-in-Zeit im Hotel an und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie verstauten mein Gepäck sicher und teilten mir mit, dass mein Zimmer nach 14 Uhr fertig sein würde. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel. Es bot alles, was ich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt brauchte. Das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend und bot einen guten Start in den Tag mit einer anständigen Auswahl an Speisen. Die Kombination aus praktischer Lage und komfortablen Unterkünften sorgte für ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Overall good value for affordable price. The room was a nice size however our room assignment was on the ground floor facing the busy road, with a lot of noise from the road and passers by, as well as incessant beeping from a street crossing directly outside the window. There is also a primary school across the street, and so a lot of noise from school children throughout the day. I think our stay would have been much more enjoyable & relaxing had we been assigned a room on the top floor or towards the back of the building, or if we did not spend any time in our room during the day. The kitchen and facilities were well equipped but could have used more supplies (tea, sugar, cream, toilet paper, shampoos etc.) since these ran out after the first day or two. There were no staff on site however customer service was responsive by phone/email and very helpful.

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

Schnellzug, nutzen Sie den Zug, um Fahrkarten zu kaufen, und wir sind nicht dort. Der Hochgeschwindigkeitszug ist jedoch bequem, um von der Kings Cross Station in die Stadt zu gelangen , Darlington und York liegen alle auf derselben Linie und das ist sehr praktisch!

Terrible hotel. Checked in, got to room only to find someone else in bed. Was told by receptionist that ‘there couldn’t be’!! Stayed two nights. On both nights first two items on menu choice were unavailable. On second night third choice was Nachos. Delivered to table without chilies, sour cream or cheese. So just the tomato sauce then. Apparently the chef couldn’t find the ingredients 🤦. Upon check out charged twice on card. Asked how stay was and told. Ignored. Never stay there again.

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und schönen Annehmlichkeiten! Alles sieht hübsch eingerichtet aus und es gab keine Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Das Essen war auch gut und es gab eine anständige Auswahl. Die einzigen Probleme waren der fehlende Tisch, wie auf den Fotos des Familienzimmers zu sehen, und dass das Hotel nur Badezimmervorhänge statt Glas verwendet, was ästhetisch seltsam war, wenn man bedenkt, wie hübsch der Rest des Zimmers eingerichtet ist. Abgesehen davon ist es ein toller Aufenthalt und ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

Bus-Stoppen direkt außerhalb des Hotels. Wir nahmen den Bus zum größten Teil anstelle des Rohres. Tube station ist gerade über die Straße. Sehr bequem. Es gibt viele fast-food-Restaurants in der Nähe. Waitrose ist nur genau umgekehrt, perfekt für einen späten Supermarkt Einkaufen. Naturhistorisches Museum, V&A sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer ist riesig für London Standard. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hotel nur 1-mal kostenlos mit Wasser behält am Tag der Eincheckung.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Bankside Hotel, wenn auch nicht ohne Schwierigkeiten. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, wurden aber direkt neben der Aufzugslobby und gegenüber dem Wasserspender untergebracht, und da die Aufzugslobby und der Eingangsbereich der Zimmer überall harte Böden hatten, war es zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit SEHR laut im Zimmer. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass die Rezeption versucht hat, eine Alternative zu finden, aber es war nicht das, was wir suchten, also haben wir uns entschieden, dort zu bleiben, wo wir waren, und das Beste daraus gemacht. Abgesehen davon war alles andere an unserem Aufenthalt großartig, ein wirklich schönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und unterhaltsamem Personal, tollem Frühstück (wenn auch nicht billig) und guter Lage am South Bank. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten (obwohl wir darum gebeten haben, nicht in dieser Zimmerlage zu sein). Besondere Erwähnung verdient das Frühstückspersonal, das dabei half, zusätzliches Obst für unser Kleinkind zu besorgen, und der Concierge, der ihm Weihnachtsgeschenke vom Baum gab ... nette Gesten.

Alles war sehr gut. Das Frühstück bietet eine Menge Auswahl - außer das warme Frühstück ist nur am Wochenende. Auf der Reise-Website ist die zeitliche Kontrolle falsch (ow voucher sagt es nach 12, aber es ist nach 14) - trotzdem kamen wir zu früh, sie gab uns das Zimmer und machten Kaffee kostenlos. Das Hotel ist über Nacht verriegelt und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Wir waren im Hotel, die heißesten Tage in der Geschichte getrocknet, aber sie bereiteten einen Ventilator - weil sie nicht AC (normalerweise) haben.

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit vier Betten für fünf von uns. Die Betten waren komfortabel, aber das Toilette und die Dusche sind sehr klein! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe von Fußgängern vom Park, Metro, Restaurants usw. Frühstück war schön, aber nicht viel Essen erwarten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in London war dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Suche. Der Besitzer ist auch ein sehr nettes Mann, mit uns chattet und gab uns Vorschläge für Orte zu besuchen.

We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again.

Nicht nur mit dem Zimmer, ich bin mit allem sehr zufrieden, vor allem auch mit dem Vergleich. Der Preis liegt hier in etwa auf dem gleichen Niveau wie im Renaissance Hotel neben dem Flughafen Heathrow, aber die Zimmer im Crowne Plaza sind viel größer und geräumiger und die Einrichtungen sind neu. Natürlich ist die Qualität der Briten sehr hoch, egal in welchem ​​Hotel sie sind, ihre Serviceeinstellung ist sehr gut und auch die Servicequalität ist hoch. Aufgrund der geografischen Lage liegt das Crowne Plaza direkt neben der U-Bahn und Sie können ohne Umsteigen in die Innenstadt gelangen. Daher lohnt es sich, es auf Reisen zu wählen.

Ich hatte zwar keine hohen Erwartungen für dieses Hotel angesichts seiner Preis- und Lage, ich erwartete grundlegende Komfort, welche. Die meisten Zimmerausstattung war veraltet, aber noch in einem für mich akzeptablen Standard. Das Klimaanlagesystem war jedoch enttäuschend unzureichend, es konnte keine Wärme erzeugen und nur kalte Luft ausstoßen. Obwohl das Personal bei der Warnung vor diesem Problem unverzüglich einen elektrischen Heizgerät bereitstellte, blieb der Raum unbehaglich kalt. Der beeindruckende Teil meines Aufenthalts war der Zustand des Bettes. Der Füller in der Duvet hatte zusammen geklappt, wie das beigefügte Foto zeigte, wahrscheinlich aufgrund unzureichender Waschung. Das hat mich mit etwas mehr als zwei dünnen Blättern in Nullgrad-Wetter, mit einem nicht funktionellen Heizungssystem verlassen. Um etwas Wärme zu finden, habe ich mich aufgezogen, zusätzliche Kleidung und die Jacke über die Duveta weit aus einem komfortablen Schlaf zu tragen. Ich muss das Hotelpersonal loben, das in diesem ganzen Stamm ausgezeichnet war. Der Service war der einzige warme Aspekt meines Aufenthalts.

К моему сожалению. Будет в основном критика. Я проживал в отеле с 26.04 по 30.04. Бронировали через trip.com Стоимость номера вышла около 1550€ за 4 ночи без завтрака за стандартный номер с видом на площадь для 2 взрослых. К сожалению в этом отеле если вы с коляской, вы не сможете просто зайти в отель, там ступеньки. Если вы с обычной детской коляской тогда это не большая проблема, но если вы человек в инвалидной коляске, тогда это проблема. И нигде об этом не сказано. Завтраки на 6 этаже, но, когда вы прибудете на этаж номер 6 вы увидите лестницу по которой вы не сможете подняться если вы в инвалидной коляске, а если вы с ребенком который в коляске тогда вам придется нести коляску в верх. Поэтому хорошо подумайте имеет ли смысл платить за завтрак если вы с ребенком который в коляске. Персонал на ресепшен не подскажет вам об этом, они попробуют продать вам завтрак учитывая то что они увидят то что вы с коляской. Про номер, сам по себе номер просторный, но в нем нет вида на город, только на соседнее здание. Подогрева полов в туалете тоже нет, поэтому придется использовать тапочки. Напор воды очень слабый в туалете, не пойму зачем там ванна так как вы все равно будите принимать её в еле теплой воде. Уборка в номере отличная. Бесплатный мини бар в который входят 4 бутылки воды и 4 маленьких колы и пополняется он ежедневно. У нас окна выходили на тот самый вид на город и было достаточно шумно вечером. Швейцары молодцы и очень отзывчивы. Спасибо им за это работу. Так же мы столкнулись с ситуацией в которой нас не с могли заселить в 14:00 а вместо этого пытались предложить другой номер с повышенной категорией. Мы отказались и нам пришлось ждать 15:00. Впервые у нас такой опыт. Так же в номере нет адаптеров если вы приехали с Европы, вам придется просить их на ресепшен, они не подумали о том что бы оставить один адаптер в номере. В номере имеются USB порты. Но если вы с type C, тогда будут проблемы. Так же иногда лифт приходится ждать слишком долго. Подводя итог я не уверен что все выше перечисленное стоит своих денег. Расположение отличное. Основные достопримечательности в этом районе в 10 минутной ходьбе. Вокзала Victoria 25 минут пешком. Но учитывая все выше перечисленное, впечатление от отеля осталось очень странное. И я не уверен что этот отель стоит тех денег которые они просят. Это мой первый негативный опыт с отелями Marriott.

Schönes Hotel in einer großen zentralen Lage für alles, was man tun wollte. Das Personal war so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wahl für das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und wir essen in dem Restaurant ein Abend und wieder, das Essen war schön. Sie werden sicher wieder hier bleiben.
