Beautifully designed hotel, they made good use of the space and in the rooms the finishings are super high end. Pillow was great one night and then the next I swear they changed my pillow. Room service is VERY SLOW - they will tell you they are coming but they do not. Staff are generally ok - one very typically rude person at reception, rolled her eyes a few times and was quite unhelpful Had a room without breakfast (Pauls and Laduree are up the road so there is no need to have it in the hotel) You can find street parking easily if needed. We had a kitchenette in our room - which was super useful It's a brilliant location for Champs Elysee shopping and for the George V metro line which takes you into the more central parts. There is no lobby / lounge as such so its worth getting a room where you can relax a bit. We had a deluxe room on the 1st floor

Ich habe mit meiner Schwester während unseres Urlaubs in Paris hier geblieben und kann sagen, dass ich sehr glücklich war, dass wir die Wahl getroffen haben! Zwei Schritte von Moulin Rouge und seiner U-Bahn, 10 Gehminuten von MontMartre , reich an Räumlichkeiten, vor allem am Abend geöffnet, ein Starbucks vor der U-Bahn-Haltestelle, dann Brauereien, Poke, Hamburger, Lokale für alle Geschmacksrichtungen + ein großer Supermarkt (auch es genau am U-Bahn-Ausgang). Rezeption h24 - ein wenig veraltet, kleine und ein wenig unkomfortable, aber wesentliches Zimmer, kleine, ein kleines Schrank und ein Spiegel, aber für Position und Preis, für zwei Mädchen ist super empfohlen! Ich hatte nie das Gefühl, in einer schlechten Gegend zu sein, am Abend, der lebhaft aber völlig ruhig. Bad nicht neu, aber auch hier, für den Preis ist völlig präsentierbar und nutzbar. Die einzige Sünde (die für uns nichts zu tun war) : am Abend ist es nicht wirklich eine ruhige Zone, nur keine leichten Schlafprobleme und nichts zu lachen. Telefon und Fernbedienung des Fernsehs sind auf der Rezeption zu verlangen. Was uns betrifft, super empfohlen!

Marbeuf 33 is an amazing place in the middle of everything. Just a few walks from the top boutiques, top restaurants and many monuments. Very fresh and clean with unique character and very friendly and helpful staff. I fully recommended to anyone

Das war das erste Mal, dass wir in Paris waren. Das Hotel war fantastisch! Wir lebten im Stadtzentrum, was bedeutet, dass die Lage extrem gut war.. Der hochwertige Service hat auch einen Eindruck auf uns hinterlassen.

Wir waren sehr überrascht, als unsere Gepäck bereits in unserem Zimmer waren, als wir versuchten, abends nach unserer kurzen Reise nach Hause zu checken. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und würden dort bleiben, wenn wir noch einmal Frankreich besuchen. Die Mitarbeiter helfen, 10 Gepäck am letzten Tag ohne Beschwerde zu halten, während wir weiter Erforschung und Einkaufen. Das einzige negative von diesem Hotel war die Haartrockner in der Toilette war überhaupt nicht wirksam in kaltem Wetter und der Counter hatte nicht den schwarzen Handtrockner, als wir nach unten gingen, um es zu beantragen.

Nachdem wir uns eincheckt und festgestellt haben, dass unser Zimmer mit dem Landgarten konfrontiert ist, was nicht das, was wir bevorzugt. Auch ist das Zimmer neben dem Servicelift.

We recently stayed in this hotel as we were having renovations in our apartment. The first thing we noticed was the natural and warm professionalism of the lady on the front desk. Some people are just perfect for working with the public, and it was the case here. Always a natural smile, and ready to help or answer any queries without any hesitation. There is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs are very narrow,which made it a bit complicated with a large suitcase. The lady on the desk offered to help, but we managed. The room was newly renovated, and it was quite small, but this is par for the course in Paris. It had a window to a charming courtyard which was so incredibly quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open without any problems. The sliding door on the bathroom was quite a surprise but we soon got used to it. It was the first time we had stayed in a hotel where there was already a good, strong fan in the room upon our arrival, which was necessary as it was quite warm. The lady who was working in the breakfast room sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially on our last day, when it was very busy and she was working alone. The gentleman on the front desk as we were leaving was very friendly and professional too. All in all I would like to thank to thank the staff for their warm welcome and help. Un hôtel qui pourrait être bien, cependant le robinet de la salle de bain ( eau froide ) ne marché absolument pas ( partie eau froide casser) mais il y avait une fuite qui rendait le sommeil moins facile à trouver. L’isolation sonore des murs n'est pas très important ce qui nous permet d'entendre nos voisins de chambre sans difficulté. Nous avions pris une chambre avec 2 lits simple mais ils étaient tellement proche que nous étions à la limite d'un lit double. J'ai perdu aussi un objet dans l’hôtel et en appellent après le passage du nettoyage des chambres la réception me dit qu'elle n'a rien trouver alors que je n'est pas pu perdre mon bien à un autre endroit car c'est le dernier endroit où il se trouvé. Le reste de la chambre était correcte mais je trouve que le prix et trop élever par rapport à la qualité fourni et que 2 étoiles semble beaucoup pour l'hôtel.

My husband and I recently had an 11-day stay at GHM. On the negative side, there were some problems in the room. It was missing a dresser, or even a set of shelves to unpack clothing and a ridiculously small closet that had a mini-fridge inside, and one shelf. We had to live out of our suitcases for the entire stay. The bed’s vinyl headboard was peeling and had visible fingernail marks, sections of wall had paint scraped away, and there was no operable telephone in the room or the hall. What if there was an emergency, we were on the 6th floor, and couldn’t call reception? Also, there were no washcloths and no towel bar in the separate toilette/sink. The sink in the toilette was laughably small, perhaps 6 x 9 in. Despite promises, the telephone never worked. One receptionist, annoyed by our repair reminders, told us that our room was their biggest and best - yet they didn't feel there was room for drawers or shelving. After 9 days, a worker replaced the disgusting headboard, cheerfully saying all the others had already been replaced, all except ours. On the positive side, GHM is in a great location in The Marais, and only a short walk to Metro St. Paul, the Seine, MEP and other cultural locations. The lobby is modern, the hotel is kept clean, the room was large by Paris standards with good light, a modern bathroom, and the queen bed was comfortable. Generally the staff was pleasant. Other than the location, I’m surprised it gets 3 stars.

Great spot for solo travelling. Basic room, very clean and has everything you need. Breakfast in the hotel each morning and the staff are absolutely lovely! Very friendly and busy neighbourhood with loads to do around. It took me about 35 mins to walk to the touristy spots but if you don’t feel like walking there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. If you’re staying as a couple it may be a tight squeeze but if you’re staying for a night or 2 I found this hotel perfect!
