Good place for a short stay

老住處了，離展館還算比較近，性價比高，周邊也有超市和餐飲店，如果吃不慣外面餐廳的，還可以買菜自己做點吃，房間廚具齊全。

前台十分耐心也很友善!非常棒的體驗。

最主要的是可以自己煮，邊上家樂福買點東西，煮點自己喜歡吃的，超棒

酒店很安靜

Staff ok. However, mould growing on bathroom ceiling. Lower levels stank of sewage. The really bad bit though is the fact that 1 month after departing the hotel removed £197 GBP from my account without any warning or permission. Upon emailing them they eventually told me it was a mistake and I would be refunded. 1 week later and a refund of £185 appeared in my account. So I am still not fully refunded and this hotel still holds my card details which is really worrying. There has been no proper apology, in fact, when I have subsequently emailed to tell them that I haven’t been refunded in full for their mistake I was told that I would have to prove this by sending the hotel my own bank statements! So in summary! A substandard hotel which retains your credit card details and then steals money from you. Then claim that they don’t trust you. Frankly, astonishingly bad.

The apartment was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help. Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments. The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.

This place is outdated and need serious refurbishment. The staff there could not care less. The room was dirty and the door broken. The only good thing is I've asked to be reimbursed and they did right away which prove they are well aware of the state of this hotel. For this price, you can certainly find better place.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stinks of urine as soon as you go in and that’s not the worst part. Staff are so uninterested it’s like they have been forced to be there. A lovely lady checked us in but that was it. We were told breakfast was in another adagio not too far which wasn’t a problem but wasn’t told we needed to get a ticket from reception so we got to breakfast and 2 ladies were so rude until I raised my voice and asked how we were meant to know we needed a ticket. We had our room key but obviously not enough evidence. They did let us in but the funny part is we shouldn’t have bothered as breakfast was literally dirty water(capuccino) and a sad excuse for baguette. The bathroom was mouldy and water won’t drain from the bath. Room is tired and need lots of work. One service they are really prompt at though is when it’s time to kick you out. The staff rang our room bell at 10.40 even though checkout was 11. Like after all the crap we been through u can’t at least wait until check out time before you ring the room?
