Ich liebe diesen Aufenthalt! Es war ziemlich und gemütlich, während Sie nahe der großen Straße sind, aber nicht hier. Das Personal ist die süßeste Person, die ich je getroffen habe. Ich habe meinen Finger gebrochen und die Frau hat etwas aloe vera für mich (ohne zu fragen, ob). Sie fragen mich jeden Tag, wie ich war und ob ich Hilfe benötigen würde. Ich fühle mich so sicher und gut da!

Кровать удобная, большая, белье чистое и новое. Завтрак был Включен в стоимость, можно было выбрать из нескольких позиций. Завтраки вкусные, порции большие. Персонал очень отзывчивый и готов помочь во всем. Большое спасибо персоналу, отдельное спасибо Янди и Али, что старались сделать пребывание максимально комфортным и позитивным. Вилла находится вдали от достопримечательностей и если вы не берёте авто или байк и не планируете передвигаться самостоятельно, имейте в виду, что такси Grab, Gojack не приедет или вызвать его сложно. Можно взять авто с водителем в отеле на целый день. Оплату принимают картой. В целом все понравилось, спасибо еще раз

Sugi is avery nice guy and share a durian with us :) The room is nice with a patio and a wonderful view (see picture) The room has no air con but we are in the Mountain so it is ok. Love the hammock in the patio! The waterfall around are just crazy!!!

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

Eine große Villa für einen großen Familienurlaub, sehr geräumig und schönen Innenraum. Ausgezeichnete Lage, zum Meer und Cafés sehr nahe zu gehen, gibt es eine Bühne. Tagsüber schnell und sauber Reinigung, sogar der Pool wird einmal alle 3 Tage gereinigt!! (Es ist immer sauber und groß, sehr schön zu schwimmen). Mega freundlich und responsiv Mitarbeiter! Sie bedecken alle Minus sogar! )) genau wieder in diese Villa zurück! Still super Jacuzzi auf der zweiten Etage, viele Grün und im Allgemeinen alles ist schön! Von unten an die Anmerkung (nicht für Kritik, sondern für die Überprüfung zur Verbesserung): - viele Moskitos (wir haben in jedem Fumigator-Schlauch gekauft, es gibt einen Penny im nächsten Geschäft) ”Es gab keine Seife, nur Shampoo und Gel für die Seele (noch beachten Sie, dass auf der 2. Etage der Villa keine Hygiene-Seele oder Ershika, was ein wenig unbehaglich war..), aber nach der Anfrage wurde die Seife gegeben, Allerdings, Es war nicht so etwas Seife, sondern ein Waschgerät für die Tische 😅, wie es in der Küche war! Und der Schaum war so sehr bequem. Im Allgemeinen wird es sehr empfohlen, hier zu stoppen!

Thanks to him, we had such a smooth, fun, and memorable trip. Every suggestion he made—from local attractions to hidden gems—was spot on, and he made sure we experienced the very best of the area. The service was absolutely outstanding. Whenever I needed anything, he responded immediately with patience, kindness, and a big smile. His dedication and sincerity really touched me. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Every morning, he served a delicious and thoughtfully prepared meal that made my day start off perfectly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It was honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had during my travels. The homestay itself was newly renovated, which made the whole place feel fresh, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully put together. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and inviting atmosphere. This stay made my trip even more memorable. I would definitely come back again.

The Trip.com app in Russian presents an incorrect and misleading description of the rooms. In reality, a villa with two or three bedrooms is rented, but the listing claims it’s a 25 m² room with one or two king-size beds. This description is inaccurate and creates a false impression of the accommodation format. The villa itself is decorated in a Greco-Roman style and is pleasant to stay in. However, in the living area, there is a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sink, resembling the smell of a fecal septic tank. Most of the air conditioners operate quietly, but in the first bedroom, the unit started making noise as early as the third day. The water in the pool is maintained at a comfortable 30–31 °C, but it’s important to note that chlorine is added — a critical detail for guests with allergies. The kitchen has no towels at all. In the bathroom, the liquid soap dispenser is broken, and the hose of the bidet spray releases water with a foul smell. There are dishes available, but no deep bowls — only flat plates. During our stay (4 nights / 5 days), it rained only once and briefly, which was fortunate: the noise of raindrops hitting the roof is very loud and can interfere with sleep in rainy weather. Overall, the villa left a positive impression. I hope the owner takes the above comments into account and resolves the identified issues.

We stayed at the hotel in a villa in January 2025. The hotel is located in a quiet place. The rice terraces are 5 minutes away by car. There is a local market next to the hotel. Prices at the market are pleasant. The territory is large, well-kept. Lots of greenery. There is a large swimming pool and pools in the villas. There is a swing near the large pool. All pools are finished with stone. The villa had a good large TV with Internet. King size bed with an excellent mattress. The bathroom is large, finished with stone. Hot and cold water, There is a bath and a separate shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel and other accessories. Towels are good. Breakfasts at the hotel are varied, the portions are large. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The portions are large. The staff is friendly. Great hotel.

Book this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Ubud. Amazing amazing staff. We were greeted by Ade who showed us around the hotel and apologised for the traffic we faced while on our way from Seminyak ( not his fault hahaha). He explained us where all the amenities are and how we can maximise our stay in Ubud. The hotel is on a cliff so all rooms are downstairs which is super cool! All the rooms are suites with either Pool or Jacuzzi. Because of small number of rooms, the hotel feel intimate and staff is always there to assist you with smile on their face. Coming to the room; the room we stayed in was Jacuzzi Suite. Massive room and very new and clean. Comes with free mini bar (yesss). Breakfast options are alright but the best thing is they have three set menus which they make fresh based on your order apart from A la carte. Yes they have vegetarian options too. The best part about this hotel and I urge the staff and hotel to promote is the massive art collection/museum that they have. When I say massive; it is 5 storeys!!!! We went for a tour and were blown away with how much effort the owner has put in curating the art and showing the rich culture of Bali. One of the staff member named Rai also showed us the traditional Balinese house and explained how it is built. They also have free shuttle to Ubud Centre which is a huge plus for anyone looking to go to the main market for shopping/ eating/. Don’t think twice about booking this hotel. If you do; you may miss what this hotel has to offer!

Und der Service zum Frühstück ins Zimmer wird als floating Frühstück geschätzt. Die Art und Weise, wie sie kommunizieren, ist sehr gut, die erste Eintragsrekord wird den Watten hinzugefügt, in der alle Aufsichtsbehörden des Resorts sind , und sie kommunizieren mit ihnen jederzeit in Watten, und die Antwort ist schnell von ihnen. Selbst Frühstück schicken Ihnen ein Frühstücksmahl, und Sie wählen Ihre Gerichte und fragen sie zu der Zeit, die Ihnen passt, ob im Zimmer oder in ihrem Restaurant

Als wir da waren, gab es zu dem Zeitpunkt kein Wasser im Pool. Alles in allem haben wir sehr gut geschlafen! Das Bett war bequem und die Aussicht überwältigend, die man direkt vom Bett aus genießen kann. Der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis hat für das was man erhalten hat perfekt gestimmt und ist super günstig gewesen. Von da kann man sich direkt mit dem Jeep abholen lassen und eine schöne Tour zum Mount Batur Berg machen.

Overall, it’s good. It’s very cheap, and the hotel service is excellent. However, you need to bring your own personal items because they don’t provide a toothbrush, towels, or body wash. You have to prepare everything yourself. Also, the blankets here are quite thin, but you can ask the owner if you need one. I will definitely come back here if I return to Bali.

Super Wert für Geld & super freundliche Eigentümer, Zimmer sind sauber, da es scheint neue Eigenschaften, Wasserheizer funktioniert gut, aber bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Toiletten oder kaufen in der Nähe Alphamart. Es fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause, aber wenn Sie nicht gewöhnt werden an natürlichen Lärm wie Hunde, Gecko oder Rosters Sie vielleicht möchten, Ohrschneider für besseres Schlaf bringen. Auch es sehr nahe Griya beji Wasserfall, wenn Sie dort für spirituelle Zwecke sind.

We enjoyed our time in the Prana Mountain resort quite a lot and appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The garden and surrounding of the resort is remarkable in the middle of the nature and invites to take hikes in rice terraces or the rain forest far away from the typical tourist spots on Bali. The resort is build on old rice terrace and the garden is beautiful and natural. The pool with fresh water without chemicals is a nice highlight after a hike. We stayed for three nights with the children and could get well along. The restaurant is also nice and serves good delicious food throughout the day. A few things could be improved: - the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, also the bedding cleanliness - the mosquito protection around the beds is getting old and could be replaced or repaired - a hair dryer in the rooms would have been nice

Die Reise nach Faro Cabin war scenisch, und Sie erhalten eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Berg Batur und den See. Dann gehen Sie nach Faro Cabin und es ist nur die perfekten Komfort für eine Ruhehalte. Es ist etwa 20 Minuten Motorradfahrt zum Mount Batur, wenn Sie denken, die Trek zu machen. Das Innere der Kabine ist so neu, mit geeigneten Einrichtungen. Und wir wurden so gut von den beiden Mädchen auf der Pflicht beobachtet. Selbst hatte die Freude, Maje zu treffen, die uns freundlich hilfreich war, einen Führer (ihre eigene Pa und Ma!) für unseren Zug nach Batur zu arrangieren. Wenn ich mich jemals entscheide, Kintamani wieder zu gehen, wäre ich sicher zurück hier! PS. Nur eine kleine Frage war, dass es am Morgen tendenziell Hausfliegen, so nur vorsichtig, nicht zu lange Ihre Fronttür Ajar zu verlassen!

Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht, aber weit entfernt. Das Gebiet ist klein, aber schön. Die Zimmer hatten wir klein. Frühstück für die Wahl von 4-5 Gerichten, nicht der schwedischen Tisch, aber wir hatten genug. Sehr ruhige und frische Luft, die sehr geliebt war. Die einzige große minus(!) - Es gibt Bau in der Nähe des Hotels und am ersten Morgen nach der Straße, die wir aufwachen wegen der Klangen der Reparatur um 08:00 Uhr. Ich war wütend darüber, aber leider wird nichts darüber tun. In den folgenden Tagen gab es kein solches Problem.
