Schöner Ort. Mit Blick auf den Strand. Aber auch, wenn Sie transportiert werden, um sich auf dem Rest der Insel fortzubewegen. Das Zimmer war nichts Besonderes, aber immer noch ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, aber etwas laut für diejenigen, die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Wir persönlich haben es vorgezogen, nachts zu schneiden. Das Parken ist kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super! Wir können es kaum erwarten aufzuwachen, um es zu genießen. Beachten Sie, dass für das Abendessen im Restaurant Cap Roig sowie für die Terrasse/den Pool im 5. Stock eine Kleiderordnung gilt, die für Kinder verboten ist.

Overall, a mixed experience…. Positives: - fantastic position near the beach, on the ‘quieter’ side of the bay - quite new sun loungers and umbrellas - pool was clean, no sun lounger wars - fast, reliable Wi-Fi - breakfast was buffet style and on the whole of a good enough quality - air con was great, free safe in room - room we had looked over pool and was very quiet - perfect! Negatives: - overall we felt the hotel was short staffed - so some of the below comments may be due to this - room was cleaned every day but this was a very quick basic clean. Level of cleanliness was just about acceptable. The women who cleaned were lovely and may well be pressed for time. - some of the towels and bedding were not in great condition (but were clean) - no drinks service round pool, had to go into bar area where it was confusing as they didn’t really want you to order from bar. Waiter was taking orders from customers in front area - but not the pool. It was just awkward really, and no option to have a tab. - standard room was very small, and some of fixtures and fittings were in odd places. ie tv near sliding door and wall lamp no where near bed. - often no one at reception, multi tasking doing other things - this is understandable but a buzzer would be helpful - no shower room available if you have a late departure. We had to pay 60e to keep our room. Not ideal but easier for us to just pay it. I think this hotel probably just about scrapes into the 4 star category. It was ok for us - position in resort and peace and quiet are really important to us. But would we stay again or recommend it? No, we wouldn’t. For the price we paid there are plenty of other hotels to try. This hotel is in the “not quite” category.

Check in at Reception was quick and easy. Given tv remote and air condition remote without deposit. 👍 Tourist tax paid by credit card as was explained by receptionist that no euros were allowed. On visit to room 207 we were pleasantly surprised by size. Balcony faced into street with partial view of beach. Air con in bedroom was super. Basic kitchen with micro, toaster, kettle, 2 ring hob. Usual cups and crockery. Hairdryer and powerful shower in bathroom. Clean towels ever 2-3 days. Sheets changed once in our 12 day stay. Asked for blanket. Beds were comfortable wirh lovely plump pillows. 2 swimming pools, one with children’s pool. Supermarket/bar on site. First floor had a relaxing area with tables, chairs and plenty sun beds. Would highly recommend this Aparthotel. Staff friendly. Opposite beach literally and good supermarket facing apartments. You will not be disappointed in these apartments

Great little hotel we stayed for 5 nights pool area is really cool and unpacked we went bank holiday weekend and could get sunbed anytime off the day but the best part of the hotel are the staff which work tirelessly for there customers they work in the bar they work in the breakfast buffet and one guy not sure his name (older guy ) would cook paella buy the pool at midday and it was lovely and only €7 rooms good for 3 star and hotel in a great location 5min walk to beach restaurants would definitely return great find keep up the good work guys and a shout out to Maria best bar lady ever 😄👍

Da ich selbst in der Hotellerie arbeite, kann ich nicht fassen, wie sämtliche Mitarbeiter ganz egal welcher Hierachiestufe in diesem Unternehmen sich gegenüber den Gästen verhalten. Es ist eine Sache, Probleme in einem Zimmer zu haben, sich aber nicht darum zu kümmern, dass der Gast dennoch den Urlaub genießen geschweige denn erholen kann, ist eine andere. Sogar der Manager verweigerte überhaupt das Gespräch mit uns, obwohl uns verpsrochen wurde, dass er sich melden würde. Als wir praktisch am Büro klopften, ignorierte man uns weiterhin. Und wir hatten wahrlich eine Menge Dinge, die nicht in Ordnung waren. Hier eine kleine Aufstellung: - Die Bilder in der Anzeige bei Booking versprachen einen Meerblick. Stattdessen durften wir auf zwei stets reichlich befüllte Mülltonnen blicken, die defekt und ohne Abdeckung in der prallen Sonne dahinfermentierten und entsprechendes Aroma freisetzten. Somit war der Balkon für uns nicht nutzbar. Uns war klar, dass man vielleicht nicht 100%ig den gleichen Blick wie in der Anzeige hat, jedoch sollte man, wenn anstelle Mülltonnen und kein Meer zu sehen sind, das in der Anzeige als Info hinterlegen. Für uns ist das irreführende Werbung. - Wir haben eine Menge Ameisen Sanitären Bereich erdulden müssen. Uns ist klar, dass es immer mal wieder vorkommen kann, dass Ameisen auftauchen, aber hier waren es hunderte, die sich eine Straße in der Küche und im Badbereich gebildet haben. - Das Internet war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die Geschwindigkeit ging nicht über 500 kbits/s hinaus. Man kann noch nicht mal Emails checken. Der Techniker wurde dreimal versprochen, ist jedoch nie aufgetaucht. - In der Anzeige stand, dass ein Bügeleisen mit im Zimmer vorhanden sei, was nicht der Fall war. Stattdessen mussten wir es mit Bügelbrett von der Rezeption gegen eine Kaution von 10 Euro abholen. Das Bügelbrett war 50 cm lang. Ich habe mich wie in einer Jugendherberge gefühlt. - Im Bad klafft ein Loch in der Wand, was nicht abgedeckt wurde. - Es wurde eine wöchentliche Reinigung versprochen – never happened. - Es gibt keine Reinigungsutensilien, um mal etwas vom Boden aufzuwischen, falls man etwas verschüttet. - Die Poolnutzung ist eine Art Lotterie. Für die Menge der Zimmer ist der Pool samt Liegen zu klein bemessen. Wer morgens nicht direkt um 8:30 Uhr das Handtuchbesetzungsspiel spielt, kann die Poolnutzung gleich abschreiben und muss in Liegen am Strand investieren. Wir haben keinen einzigen Cent an Kompensation angeboten bekommen. Ich vermute, das Hotel nimmt es in Kauf, dass Kunden sich über den Zustand beschweren und nicht wiederkommen. Das kann man an den Kritiken bei Google sehen. Wir wären bereits mit 20 % zufrieden gewesen. Doch bevor man hier auf den Gast eingeht, ignoriert man diesen lieber. Ich kann vor diesem Appartment nur warnen. Wir fühlen um unser Geld bestohlen.

Das Hotel liegt im schönen Stadtteil Santa Pons - Berge, Grün, Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt einen Balkon. Ein ruhiger Bereich (Sie können nachts schlafen). Auf dem Gebiet des Hotels zwei Schwimmbads - Erwachsene und Kinder, gibt es Animation. Fußgänger für 15-17 Minuten können Sie den Strand erreichen. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, Cafés. Von den Nebenwirkungen : Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine 🥲 Zahlungen im Hotel / Café nur mit Karte. Das Bettwäsche war mit dem Geruch der Feuchtigkeit. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, hält der Kühlschrank nicht mehr an (so bitten Sie um eine zweite Magnetkarte, sonst wird das Essen im Kühlschrank zerstört).

Ich war im Sommer dort und muss sagen für ein Malle Hotel ist es ganz oke also auch für preis leitungs-verhältnis. das hotel ist ziemlich stark in die jahre gekommen und ist dementsprechend altmodisch auch der frühstücksraum ist sehr dunkel und mit altenen stühlen ist aber nicht so schlimm. das frühstück war eigentlich ganz reichhaltig und am abend gab es musik und so am pool das publik ist eher älter oder familien mit kindern. das hotel ist auch sehe zentral und hat einen schönen pool auch der ausblick vom hotel zimmer 10/10 in der nähe gibt es auch leckere restaurants. das einzige wo ich nicht gut finde ist, dass ich am letzten abend meinen koffer gepackt habe und im zimmer stehen gelassen habe und wir dann zurück ins zimmer kamen war der ganze koffer voll mit wasser und auch DIE STECKDOSE was lebensgefählrich ist (siehe bilder) ich bin dann zur rezeption gegangen weil all meine kleider nass waren und auch das kabel beschädigt wurde, jedoch hat die dame an der rezeption nicht gut englisch gesprochen und konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen es wrde einfacj so stehen gelassen. meine ganzen kleider waren nass und eben das ladekabel auch da es au der lüftung gertopft hat und sie hat uns einfach gesagt wir sollen die lüftung ausschalten. jedoch liegt das tropfen des Wassers daran, dass mehrmals eine Reinigung und Reperatur betrieben werden solte damit sie einwandfrei funktioniert. echt schade dass mir am letzten tag so die ferien versaut wurden und da konnte nicht mal die dame an der rezeption irgendwie eine entschädigung oder mir eine mail geben wo ich mich melden kann finde ich echt sehr schade.

Wohlfühlen schon beim Ankommen. Unser Zimmer (Juniorsuite) war ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Der Service aller Mitarbeiter war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unser langes Wochenende in diesem Haus sehr genossen und werden es garantiert wiederholen.

19/2/24 - 23/2/24…My studio/apartment had everything I needed , bed was comfortable and slept well. Not much of a view as didn’t request sea view but it wasn’t noisy. The staff were really helpful and everyone seemed to be having a good time. A must do:- visit Valldemossa… I mastered the bus system thanks to jet2 rep Lesley and jumped off the city bus tour at Peublo Español which was stunning . Overall a very simple no fuss holiday which I really enjoyed… I would stay here again. Not a great deal open at that time of year but weather around mid to late 20s 😊😊 supermarket right across the road too.

We have been staying at the Jardin del mar since 2005, 1 or 2 times a year. The Hotel has so much to recommend it, The location , Views are second to none, cleanliness, and polite and helpful staff. The Hotel is a little tired and needs refurbishment . It is clean,tidy and comfortable. We will be returning April 2024.

Stattdessen durften wir auf zwei stets reichlich befüllte Mülltonnen blicken, die defekt und ohne Abdeckung in der prallen Sonne dahinfermentierten und entsprechendes Aroma freisetzten. Somit war der Balkon für uns nicht nutzbar. Uns war klar, dass man vielleicht nicht 100%ig den gleichen Blick wie in der Anzeige hat, jedoch sollte man, wenn anstelle Mülltonnen und kein Meer zu sehen sind, das in der Anzeige als Info hinterlegen. Für uns ist das irreführende Werbung. - Wir haben eine Menge Ameisen Sanitären Bereich erdulden müssen. Uns ist klar, dass es immer mal wieder vorkommen kann, dass Ameisen auftauchen, aber hier waren es hunderte, die sich eine Straße in der Küche und im Badbereich gebildet haben. - Das Internet war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die Geschwindigkeit ging nicht über 500 kbits/s hinaus. Man kann noch nicht mal Emails checken. Der Techniker wurde dreimal versprochen, ist jedoch nie aufgetaucht. - In der Anzeige stand, dass ein Bügeleisen mit im Zimmer vorhanden sei, was nicht der Fall war. Stattdessen mussten wir es mit Bügelbrett von der Rezeption gegen eine Kaution von 10 Euro abholen. Das Bügelbrett war 50 cm lang. Ich habe mich wie in einer Jugendherberge gefühlt. - Im Bad klafft ein Loch in der Wand, was nicht abgedeckt wurde. - Es wurde eine wöchentliche Reinigung versprochen – never happened. - Es gibt keine Reinigungsutensilien, um mal etwas vom Boden aufzuwischen, falls man etwas verschüttet. - Die Poolnutzung ist eine Art Lotterie. Für die Menge der Zimmer ist der Pool samt Liegen zu klein bemessen. Wer morgens nicht direkt um 8:30 Uhr das Handtuchbesetzungsspiel spielt, kann die Poolnutzung gleich abschreiben und muss in Liegen am Strand investieren. Wir haben keinen einzigen Cent an Kompensation angeboten bekommen. Ich vermute, das Hotel nimmt es in Kauf, dass Kunden sich über den Zustand beschweren und nicht wiederkommen. Das kann man an den Kritiken bei Google sehen. Wir wären bereits mit 20 % zufrieden gewesen. Doch bevor man hier auf den Gast eingeht, ignoriert man diesen lieber. Ich kann vor diesem Appartment nur warnen. Wir fühlen um unser Geld bestohlen.
