Hotel muy bonito a 100m de la playa, puedes coger el autobús a Palma en la esquina del hotel, desayuno muy abundante y variado, muchos bares y tiendas alrededor. Sin duda genial, el personal súper amable

Die Lage im Ort ist prima mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Strand ist in Sichtweite, und im Umfeld gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Aber Leute könnten sich über den Verkehr beschweren.

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, nett eingerichtet und sauber. Badezimmer mit sehr wenig Platz. Super neuer Pool mit reichlich Liegen und Sonnenstühlen. Frühstück gut und reichlich Leider sind die Handtücher hart, haben Löcher oder sind zerissen, die Liegen haben schon Jahrzehnte am Buckel und die sonst weisse Liegefläche ist gelb, ...und das stört dann den grundsätzlich guten Eindruck doch ziemlich

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war Super, aber man muss ein paar Zugeständnisse machen. Inventur ist schon sehr abgewohnt. Teppiche und Polstermöbel so wie Sitzauflagen müssten dringend erneuert werden.
Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand und im direkten Umfeld mindestens 10 verschiedene und gute Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super! Wer nicht die Ruhe benötigt sondern lieber mitten im Trubel seinen Urlaub verbringt ist hier genau richtig. Taxistand und Busse in alle Richtungen direkt vorm Eingang.
Auf einen Mietwagen könnte man hier sogar verzichten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer mitten im Zentrum von Santa Ponsa ein gutes Hotel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Strand, Restaurants etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar. Unmittelbar vor dem Hotel Busstation und Taxistation. Wer es lieber ruhig mag, ist hier sicherlich falsch. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und eine nette Cocktailbar machen den Urlaub komplett.

Advertised as a boutique 4 star and booked with this in mind , the hotel has been subject to a low quality refurbishment so their is nothing boutique about it just a uniformed theme , poor quality front of house service Great barman friendly and helpful and polite , good pool area and adjoining Russell,s restaurant serves great food , Overall experience is great location and food but spoilt by unfriendly front of house staff as we had to complain about smell in room and got moved to the furthest room in hotel overlooking dustbins and directly underneath a noisy machine on roof what kept us awake

Wonderful hotel in the hub of Santa Ponsa. We were greeted by a friendly, polite member of staff. She checked us in quickly and offered us a chilled glass of Cava. She took us up to our room and quickly explained all the things we needed to know. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of plug sockets, and a lovely balcony overlooking the Main Street with a view of the sea. The bathroom again was spotless, plenty of hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices and very attentive staff who quickly cleared tables and chatted to everyone. The pool area was very welcoming, plenty of sun beds and you could use the hotels towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel, hopefully we will return in the not to distant future. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so memorable.

Hotel area is good for beach,restaurants, bus stop and taxi rank just out of the hotel,room 313 corner room,nice large room,large bed and t.v,small fridge,ask for a kettle from reception and they bring to room,chairs ,table and loungers on balcony,great choice of breakfast,but cooked not hot,taxi from airport approx 48 euros,bus to Palma 4 + euros regular.
