Leider in der letzten Nacht über den Balkon ungebetenen Besuch gehabt. Dieser hatte wohl Informationen, wer am nächsten Tag abfliegt und wer auf welchem Zimmer wohnt und nicht mehr auf die Polizei warten kann, da der Transfer zum Flughafen am nächsten Morgen kommt. Bargeld und Bankkarten weg. Rezeption zuckt mit den Schultern und sagt nur, sie hätten keine Kameras in den Zimmern. Sie wüssten daher nicht, wer es war. Eine Kurznotiz wurde auf einen Zettel geschrieben und auf eine ausstehende Zahlung einer Rechnung über einen Euro für zwei Kaffee hat man bestanden, obwohl unser Geld ja weg war... Man kennt ja diese Automaten aus denen sich der Hotelgast einen Kaffee aus Kaffeepulver ziehen darf. Im Speisesaal war es sehr laut und ungemütlich, was auch an den harten Holzstühlen lag. Überrascht war ich von dem hohen Anteil an Fertigprodukten/Produkten schlechter Qualität am Büffet: Rösti aus Tüten, Flüssigei aus Kanistern, Käse ohne Geschmack in den Farben hellgelb und Cheddar-farben (besser waren der Schmimmelkäse und der (Art) Hirtenkäse) Pancake, der nicht nach Pancake schmeckt, unaufgetaute Ananas und Beerenfrüchte. Leute... das geht besser! Man kann den Salat auch in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden und nicht einmal quer durch den ganzen Salatkopf oder die rote Paprika, das Gemüse muss man nicht völlig zu Brei kochen. Gut war hingegen immer der Fisch, auch teilweise das Fleisch: Frisch und vor Ort zubereitet von guter Qualität. Der Nachtisch war auch gut. Eine italienische Ecke bot eine zusätzliche Auswahl an. Die Pizza und Pasta habe ich nicht probiert, nur einmal die Lasagne. Diese war etwas matischig, der billige Käse hat dem Geschmack insgesamt nicht gut getan, aber es ging so. Am Pool war es recht lebhaft, wenn man Ruhe wollte, gab es eine sehr schöne Alternative an einem höher und vor der Poolbar abseits gelegenen Bereich. Die Animation gab es, aber das Angebot wie Bingo war nicht ganz unser Geschmack, ich kann es daher nicht beurteilen. Die Lage ist super. Toller Strand vor dem Hotel, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Außerhalb des Hotels gute Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Hotel gab es auch. Highlights gab es für mich nicht, aber das möchte ich auch nicht beurteilen. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr schön und sauber. Vor der Einbruchanfälligkeit nachts sollte man allerdings warnen, statt so zu tun, als wäre es bei uns ein Einzelfall gewesen. Leider lag viel Dreck in den Gängen wie schmutziges Geschirr und abgeplatzte Farbe von den Wänden. Die Tische draußen waren zu bestimmten Zeiten auch sehr dreckig, sodass Wasservögel sich diesen Bereich als Jagtgebiet ausgesucht haben. Das kenne ich von anderen Hotels in diesem Gebiet auf Fuerte nicht. Bisher kenne ich auch nur Hotels, die ihre 4 Sterne mehr als verdient haben.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Und das Tolle, wir bekamen sogar ein Superior-Zimmer, obwohl wir keines gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend ausgestattet, groß, hatte einen tollen Balkon mit Liegen und einen phantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Da wir in diesem Urlaub unsere Goldene Hochzeit feiern wollten, hatte ich im Vorfeld Verbindung mit dem Hotel aufgenommen und in Vorbereitung auf unsere Feier um Unterstützung gebeten. In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich mich nochmals bei Herrn Alonso bedanken, der uns hierbei mit großem Engagement unterstützte. An unserem Hochzeitstag stimmte einfach alles. Hierfür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an das beteiligte Personal. Da wir all inclusive gebucht hatten, waren wir sehr überrascht, was dieses Paket alles beinhaltete. So bestand die Möglichkeit den Spa-Bereich kostenlos in Anspruch zu nehmen, mittags in der Snackbar alacarte zu essen und die Getränkekarte sehr umfangreich zu nutzen. Die Tischgetränke nicht zu vergessen. Das Essen fanden wir sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass das Fleisch und auch der Fisch immer frisch zubereitet wurden und man diesen nicht aus einem Warmhaltebehälter nehmen musste. Die Tische waren immer sauber eingedeckt und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Nun noch ein paar Worte zum Personal. Das komplette Personal, egal an welcher Stelle, war stets sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. So hatten die Bedienungen in der Titanbar auch immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen. Das Abendprogramm war sehr abwechslungsreich und ansprechend. Zusammenfassend gesagt, ein wirklich toller und erholsamer Urlaub! Nochmals danke an Alle. Ihr habt Euch vier Sterne Plus verdient. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
