Tiziana und ihr Team waren fabulös, und sie stellten sicher, dass das ganze Wochenende sehr reibungslos ging und dass wir alles hatten, was wir wollten. Unser Hochzeitstag war unglaublich und Tiziana stellte sicher, dass der ganze Tag reibungslos ging, sie und ihr Team waren da, um uns und unseren Gästen mit allem zu helfen, was wir wollten. Das Essen war absolut lecker, und der Koch ist sehr talentiert, seine Mahlzeiten waren exquisit und sehr gut vorgestellt. Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, da es rein Luxus ist und die Lage ist erstaunlich. Wenn Sie daran denken, hier zu heiraten, dann bitte tun Sie es nicht bedauern! Wir hatten das magische Wochenende und wir machten wunderbare Erinnerungen. Danke Tiziana und all ihr Personal, ich würde nicht zögern, zurückzugehen, und ich werde sicher wieder zurückgehen. Tiziana organisierte die ganze Hochzeit für uns, und sie tat eine wunderbare Arbeit!

We stayed at this hotel on our arranged holiday with interski. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and our children from the minute we arrived. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. The rooms were fantastic and very clean with daily maid service from the friendly team. The bar service with a smile too offering a lovely selection of drinks and snacks. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help and have a joke with the children. This place is very special and we will be back. What a great team!

3 girls doing the TMB. This was a great stop for us. We wanted out of town, somewhere quiet but close enough to the supermarket, pizza and gelato. This place gave us exactly that. An old school hotel but with charm. Room was clean and prepared well. The breakfast service was great and the member of staff (tall man) was super helpful and efficient. Affordable and definitely worth the price.

The bar, hotel, rooms, restaurant and all the staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing and so helpful. The only thing is that at peak times the small bus is not enough to get everyone down to the town should you be venturing out at night or not brave enough yet to ski in and out. My only criticism is the ski hire. Never ever hire anything from the ski hire place in the garage. It is pretty difficult to as it is always closed as the lady who works there is always on a break or outside smoking and the opening times are when you want to be out skiing. If you miraculously manage to hire equipment you will regret it. There is a poor range. The lady is rude and unhelpful and clearly hates her job. They have a very poor selection of equipment and most of it very old and clearly damaged and they don’t care. We were given helmets with dents in them, poles that were bent. Snowboarding shoes that were so worn that mid red run they ceased to hold the foot in. The ski boots were in such bad condition that I had to go up three sizes from my normal ski boot size and only after there were no extra sizes was I forced to take the boot she had given me, whereby the surly lady forced my foot into the boot manually and when I told her it was sore, this is life, she told me. Feeling intimidated and like I had no option I took them. When I headed up to ski school the following day I could not put them on and the instructor was horrified at the state of the boot and that anyone had forced my foot in and the amount of pain I was in to achieve this. I mean I know that ski boots aren’t a slipper but this was different level. I had to immediately hire new boots at the nearest hire shop which actually felt like slippers and have my dodgy skis altered by the shop who seemed a little distressed about the state of the equipment. The new boot felt like fluffy slippers in comparison and my friend who had boots from the white angel was jealous at how I slipped in and out of them and my foot emerged with no damage, bleeding or blisters. A hotel where the standard is so high in all facilities and staff the ski hire place and the thoroughly unpleasant human that works there is a real downside. When I returned my boots and told the lady what had happened on the mountain she just smirked and walked away. She clearly could not care less. The good news is there are plenty of very good places to hire equipment and easy to get to from the hotel, so don’t settle for it ever. Hopefully the opening times and the horrible lady working there will thwart you before you start.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Aosta an einem Berg. Mit dem Navi schwer zu finden, aber gut beschildert (enge Zufahrt). Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr rustikal eingerichtet, es steht viel Nippes rum. Eigentlich eine gute Unterkunft, aber drei Dinge haben uns weniger gut gefallen: die Dusche ist winzig, auch wenn im Bad viel Platz vorhanden ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Weinberg, so dass wir nachts viele Mücken im Zimmer hatten. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, so dass das Fenster nachts geöffnet bleiben musste. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll, da er auch von einer Jugendgruppe aus einem anderen Haus genutzt wurde. An pandemiebedingte Schutzmaßnahmen war leider nicht zu denken. Sorry, das muss leider in die Bewertung einfliessen.

Отель вызывает смешанные чувства. С одной стороны это прекрасное и уникальное место- пожить в реальном замке, получить весьма необыкновенные эмоции, которым не мешают даже подьем в 4 лифта. Номер буквально огромен! Отличная соответственно звукоизоляция от метровых стен. Но на этом все положительное заканчивается, ибо в отеле системная проблема с сервисом и их много: 1. 0 безопасность днем, ибо кто угодно по сути может из посетителей замка пройти в зону номеров. 2. По факту не круглосуточный ресепшен и даже не с 8 до 20. При том, что говорили что кто-то там что-то сменяет- в реальности никого вообще с 20 и этак до 9 утра. 3. При той цене, что платишь в отеле вообще слышать не слышали о тапочках и халатах. 4. Раздолбанная сантехника. 5. Очень большая проблема зимой - отопление. Без него холодно (ожидаемо), но оно не жидкостное и не тихое конвекционное, оно какое то с диким шумным вентилятором. В результате сильный шум с котором если хочешь тепла- придется спать и это мешает. Регулировать это толком не получается в виду глючности управления. Итого или жара или холод. 5. Проблемы не устраняются. Забилась душевая. Говоришь об этом на ресепшене. Говорят что все сдеоают и никто не устраняет. 6. Посредственный завтрак, не предназначенный для детей, нет кашек и т.п. Итого или соглашаетесь на указанные проблемы и получаете эмоции от проживания в замке или это не стоит указанных денег как в целом отель.

Ho trascorso una notte presso l'Hotel Ottoz a Courmayeur da sola mentre il mio ragazzo affrontava la scalata del Monte Bianco. Oltre alla straordinaria pulizia, alla comodità delle stanze provviste di ogni cosa necessaria a rilassarsi (doccia, asciugacapelli, tv e scrivania) devo elogiare soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'intero staff e della direttrice. Il mio check-out, previsto per le 10:30 è stato posticipato di un'ora per via di una chiamata di lavoro e il receptionist è stato così gentile da farmi fare la chiamata nella tranquillità della stanza. Inoltre, lo staff mi ha permesso di trattenermi in reception mentre attendevo che il mio ragazzo tornasse a Courmayeur, cosa non scontata dato che per le condizioni meteo ha fatto svariate ore di ritardo. L'hotel è poco distante dal centro di Courmayeur, che è perfettamente raggiungibile a piedi. Nei dintorni della struttura è anche presente un buon ristorante, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di un paio di minuti. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente per la nostra prossima vacanza a Courmayeur!

Das Hotel ist großartig und befindet sich im Zentrum von Aosta. Ausgezeichneter Service in Reinigung und Rezeption. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag im Café neben der Tür serviert und ist erstaunlich. Das Personal war auch sehr an Allergien gehorcht. Das einzige, was wir verpasst haben, war ein Pool und ein Fitnesscenter. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Balkon, der die fehlenden Merkmale aufwiegt. Das Zimmer war auch sehr geräumig. Wir genossen die Fähigkeit, Tee zu machen , die große Klimaanlage und die Minibar ( nicht mit Sachen gefüllt, sondern die Fähigkeit, Wasser zu kühlen )

Wir haben hier mit unserer Wandergruppe für 8 Nächte geblieben. Die Lage des Chalets ist großartig, leicht zugänglich für viele Fahrten. Das Personal war erstaunlich, sehr freundlich und freundlich und unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag ohne dies zu fragen gereinigt. Wir hatten hier Frühstück und Abendessen jeden Tag und ich kann sagen, das Essen war lecker! So viel zu essen auch! Die meisten Tage konnte ich nicht mein Abendessen beenden. Viele Optionen für Frühstück auch. Wir haben die Sauna und die Heißräder ein Abend, sehr entspannend verwendet. Es gibt viel Platz, um mit Ihren Freunden auf der Terrasse und im Loungebereich in einem wirklich komfortablen Raum zu sitzen. Der einzige Nebenteil war wirklich das alte Badezimmer. Es braucht eine Renovierung sicher und die Bleitung war manchmal sehr laut. Es kompensiert mit großer Nahrung und Atmosphäre trotzdem ☺️

Sehr schlechter Service. Schöne Einrichtung ( bis auf die Bettdecke, sehr dünne Decke, eher ein Lappen, eingeschlagen in Leintücher, bei ******* steht Daunendecke.). Als ich nach einer wärmeren Bettdecke mit einem richtigen Bettbezug fragte, legte man uns 2 unbezogene sehr dünne Decken auf das Bett. Diese mussten wir dann selbst in die Leintücher wurschteln. Beim Frühstück fragte man nach unsere Zimmernummer und ließ uns dann Richtung Buffett gehen, wo wir feststellten, dass dort hauptsächlich leere Schüssel und ein paar Kuchen und Marmelade standen. Nun mussten wir das Personal suchen das sich im anderen Restaurant aufhielten. Erst dann erklärte man uns, dass wir aus einer Karte auswählen müssten, die man uns dann auch gab. Wir setzten uns und wählten aus, dann dauerte es ca 10 Minuten bis eine der 3 Damen die Bestellung aufnahm. Nach weiteren 25 Minuten haben wir den Frühstücksraum verlassen ohne Frühstück. Die 3 Damen haben es nicht geschafft uns innerhalb von 25 Minuten wenigstens einen Kaffee hinzustellen. Als wir uns bei der Rezeption beschwerten, kam ein sorry, das war alles. Das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag wollten wir stornieren, hier teilten man uns mit, dass wir über ******* gebucht hätten und das damit nicht möglich sei. Wir haben auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Als wir nach dem Skifahren zum Schwimmen wollten erkläre man uns, dass der Pool um 18 Uhr schließt. Usw….

Dieses Hotel ist das perfekte Ziel für einen erstaunlichen Familienskiurlaub! Unsere Party bestand aus zwei Familien, darunter Kinder ab 9 - 17 Jahre und jeder hatte eine tolle Zeit. Wir verstehen die wenigen negativen Bewertungen hier nicht und müssen die Aufzeichnungen direkt festlegen. Dieses Hotel ist nicht im Zentrum von Courmayeur, aber wir wussten, dass wir zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung und jetzt, da wir im Hotel geblieben sind, noch zurückkehren würden, statt im Dorf zu bleiben. Wir gingen zum Dorf zum Einkaufen und zum Mittagessen. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Bus, der 5-10mins nehmen wird. Wir reservierten die Hälfte des Board, das groß war, da die ganze Familie fand fantastische italienische Speise genossen. Das Frühstück war perfekt, alles was Sie brauchen und mehr, wir genossen Vor- und Post-Dinner-Getränke in der Bar jeden Abend und das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem Celeste, die sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war. Das Abendessen wurde zu einem hohen Standard mit Buffet-Appetit / Salat dann eine Auswahl von Starter und Hauptkurs gekocht. Es gibt auch ein separates Kindermenü, das mehr als ihre Geschmackbuds zufrieden! Sie haben eine umfangreiche Weinliste, darunter viele lokale Erstklasse-Weine. Das Hotel macht die Skierlebnis sehr bequem. Es gibt einen Ski-Mietkauf im Grundstück, der gute Qualitätsausrüstung hat und sie sind sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel verfügt über erstklassige Ski-Wärme-Lockers, aber wir haben für die erstaunliche Skispeicher in den oberen Stockwerken gewählt, wenn Sie an den Spitzen der Val Veny gondola ankommen. Dies ist eine kostenlose Option, wenn Sie aus dem Hotel-Basis Shop mieten. Sie haben auch einen weiteren Shop im Gondola. Sie können zum Basisstation der Val Veny Gondola gehen, aber das Hotel macht es viel einfacher mit einem kostenlosen Shuttlebus in den Morgens und Nachmittags. Dieses Hotel hat es als Platz. Sehr saubere und komfortable Schlafzimmer, gute Qualität Restaurant, große Bar-Bereich mit Live-Musik zu entspannen, erstaunliches Spa und Pool, das mit unserer Buchung frei zu benutzen war. Wir müssen das Hotelpersonal, insbesondere das Generalmanager, das Barpersonal Celeste, Manuel & Cosimo, das Restaurantpersonal Carmelo für seine lokalen Weinempfehlungen erwähnen. Alle Mitarbeiter gingen über und über die Standard-Service-Ebenen. Wir würden sicher 100% zurück in dieses Hotel.

Forse la carenza di personale o il fatto che questa struttura possa andare bene per viaggiatori, di passaggio, che non hanno esigenze particolari, purtroppo al mio arrivo, appena entrata in camera (diversa da quella di due anni fa) non me la sono sentita e sono dovuta andare via subito. Camera con angolo cottura: non a norma, cucinotto di fronte al bagno, piccolo frigorifero vecchio e pieno di muffa, fili di polvere antica all’interno del mobiletto dove avrei dovuto mettere cibo e bevande o piatti e posate. Residui di cibo di vecchi viaggiatori, pavimento molto sporco, copriletto molto sporco, letti in più non richiesti. Peccato, perchè conserva lo stile montanaro, ma credo ci siano davvero troppi lavori di ristrutturazione da fare e soprattutto schermature solari. Alcune camere possono diventare forni in estate. Odore di vecchio e di muffa. Sicuramente non adatto a chi è attento alla pulizia. La signora all’inizio infastidita dalle mie lamentele, ha poi compreso e ci siamo salutate pacificamente. Purtroppo non me la sono sentita. Due anni fa invece sono stata meglio, tutto leggermente più accettabile e camera più in ombra e con ampio spazio esterno. Adesso non lo consiglio. Peccato.

Un buon hotel un tre stelle adeguato per chi cerca una sistemazione tranquilla senza tante pretese ad un prezzo adeguato. Parcheggio comodo proprio davanti all hotel...unico neo il rumore che ogni tanto si sente provenire dalla fabbrica vicina. Camera grande come il bagno tutto pulito buona l.idea del bollitore per l acqua calda in camera con a disposizione vari tipi di tè o tisane visto che non viene offerta la colazione. Accoglienza cordiale e discreta.

Nur von einer Woche zurück zu diesem wunderschönen Hotel im 15. Jahrhundert. Es ist sicherlich wie in der Zeit zurückzusteigen.Die schöne junge Dame auf der Rezeption hat uns immer mit einem angenehmen Lächeln begrüßt und war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war eine gute Auswahl an kalten Fleisch, Krusten, Getreide und kochierte Eier, die uns für einen guten Morgenski einsetzte. Ein kurzer Spaziergang entlang der gekochte Straße bis zum Dolonne Skilift, perfekte Lage für uns. Vor dem Abendessen trinken wir in der Hotelbar unter Steinschritten und verschiedene Bogen, die wir von jemanden serviert wurden, der um Ihnen herum war, was wieder ziemlich freundlich war, wir sicherlich die schöne Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Die Abendessen waren lecker und reichlich, Komplimente an den Chef. Liebe den Touch, dass jeder nicht fertige Wein wurde gehalten und an Ihrem Tisch zurückgelegt am nächsten Abend . Das Schlafzimmer war unerträglich sauber und warm. Das Doppelbett wurde aus 2 Einzelmatratzen zusammengepresst, mit Bettwäsche und Wolle-Wäsche alle sehr komfortabel. Hausaufbewahrung jeden Tag. Das ganze Team war außergewöhnlich, Rezeption, Fürsten und Wächter, Hausbetreuung, Nachtmanager und nicht vergessen Alba . Die Eigentümer sollten sehr stolz auf all ihre Mitarbeiter sein. Das Hotel ist datiert, aber das ist Teil seines Charakters. Sicher würde zurückgehen.

Der Herr am Rezeption war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war spotless, mit einem Kühlschrank, einem sicheren und viel Speicher. Das Dekor ist sehr ungewöhnlich! Das Badezimmer war auch spotless mit einer großen Dusche. Sehr gutes WLAN. Es gibt eine Wasserquelle auf jedem Stock, mit komplementärem sauberem Wasser und spitzen kaltes Wasser. Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Hauptplatz von Aosta. Wir parkierten in Carrel, der Untergrund am Busbahnhof, kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel. Nette Kaffee und Croissants am Café Frapappo neben der Tür. Ich hatte eine tolle Calzone am Break House auf Via de Lostan. Ich würde wieder in dieses Hotel, Break House und das Café zurückkehren, wenn ich in Aosta bin.

Treated ourselves to a two night stay in the middle of our Tour Mont Blanc hike. Management must do a good job selecting and training staff, because everyone we encountered was attentive, professional, but also comfortable to interact with. Great breakfasts and lovely view from the room. We appreciated the hotels flexibility rescheduling our stay from Covid-year-one. We write this review five months after our stay, but, I believe that the card in the room with the hotel manager's contact info, actually included her mobile phone number.

Das Frühstück ist so schlecht, Chinesen sollten es nicht mögen. Aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit, es gibt kein anderes Leckeres in der Nähe, lass es einfach sein. Zustellbett ist vorhanden, die Lage ist sehr gut, es fährt ein Bus direkt zur Seilbahnstation daneben, 4 Euro pro Person (Hin- und Rückfahrt) ist sehr praktisch. Es wird jedoch empfohlen, nicht am Straßenrand zu wohnen und von morgens bis abends das Rauschen des Autos zu hören. Das Hotel ist noch sehr sauber.

Hotel in ottima posizione con un bel panorama e un giardino rilassante con giochi per i bimbi. Bus navetta per le meravigliose Val ferret e Val Veny appena fuori dall'hotel. Camera family e spazi comuni molto puliti. Una nota positiva per la cortesia di tutto il personale e del proprietario che ti accoglie come in famiglia dando ogni tipo di consiglio su visite ed escursioni. A 300 mt. dall'imperdibile Sky Way monte Bianco. Ristorazione molto buona con scelta tra tre opzioni per la sera con ottimi piatti della tradizione. Unico consiglio: ampliare un po' l'offerta e varietà della colazione ancora con servizio legato al sistema del periodo Covid, un buffet libero, anche misto al servizio, sarebbe molto apprezzato dalla clientela, da consigliare sicuramente, bravi.
