I would like to talk about the house in a second before you book. I recently finished a home renovation. Brand new bathroom, flooring, and painting.IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!The property is located in a working-class community, and it’s a pretty safe area with the friendly neighbors and close to the Strip. The property's street view is attached to the photos.There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a sofas.The house has powerful Internet and three Smart TVs. All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected. The property is equipped with 4 security video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard).Inside the house is a noise detector.It is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's. 6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip) Please note: Private swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside.There is no pool heating fee in the summer.In May, September, and October, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $95.00. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $65.00. During the cool season from November to April, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $150.00. Then, for each day you stay at the property, the pool heating fee is $95.00. Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated.Guests swim in the pool at their own risk. Children should be monitored at all times by an adult.The water dispenser and ice maker of the fridge are not working.You will see not fast drainage but not too slow either.Living room light switches are on the back side of the kitchen cabinets under the countertop.The backyard isn't perfect in detail, but it's really nice and you can definitely have a good time.That being said, if you are looking for perfection then my house is not for you.No smoking inside the house! Improper removal and reinstallation of this vacuum hose by the guest will result in air being introduced into the pool pump, which causes permanent damage to the water pump. Ich habe nur eine Nacht hier verbracht und bedauert, nicht die ganze Woche geblieben zu sein. Tolle Lage, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und einfacher Zugang zur anderen Seite des Strips (MGM) für 6 $ mit der Einschienenbahn (knapp 14 $ für 24 Stunden) oder 2 $ mit dem Bus (langsam, aber Sie können sich orientieren, wenn Sie ein paar Stunden Zeit haben und einen Platz im Oberdeck, vorderste Plätze bekommen – möglicherweise müssen Sie bis zum Ende der Fahrt bleiben und den Bus dafür umsteigen). Ein 24-Stunden-Ticket kostet 8 $. Der Bus fährt bis zur Fremont Street und auch weit über Mandalay hinaus. Wenn Sie spät am Flughafen ankommen, würde ich Ihnen ein Uber oder Taxi zu Ihrem Ziel empfehlen. Sie können einen Bus der Linie 108 nach Sahara nehmen, aber das würde ich alleinreisenden Frauen spät in der Nacht nicht empfehlen.

Es ist okay. Einige Zimmer sind viel älter als andere. Service braucht etwas Arbeit. Wir blieben im November am JW Marriott in Las Vegas über Thanksgiving. Ich buchte eine Studiosuite und beantragte eine Upgrade über Marriott mit meiner Suite Upgrade-Zuweisung. Es hätte mich in einem Schlafzimmer gestellt. Am Tag vor meiner Ankunft, erhielt ich eine E-Mail, die mir sagt, dass ich auf ein Schlafzimmer für $60 pro Nacht upgrade können. Ich antwortete zurück, dass ich die Upgrade mit meiner Suite Nachtzuweisung beantragt hatte. Sie sollten es ohne Kosten bestätigen können. Ich erhielt keine Antwort. Als ich zum Hotel kam, versuchten sie mir zu sagen, dass ich ihnen 60 Dollar pro Nacht für mein bestehendes Zimmer zahlen musste. Dann entschieden sie, dass das falsch war. Als sie mir den Zimmerschlüssel gegeben haben, sagten sie mir, sie hätten meine Suite aufgebaut. Ich ging nur ins Zimmer, um zu sehen, dass es die Studio-Suite war, die ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte. Ich ging zurück zum Büro, wo sie herausgefunden haben, dass ich in einem Schlafzimmer sein sollte. Sie prüften mich wieder und schickten mich in einen anderen Turm. Es war ein Schlafzimmer. Die Suite war groß, aber sicher verbracht und datiert. Es war sauber, aber das Zimmer hatte keine Persönlichkeit. Das Essen im Hotel ist einfach nicht groß. Wir essen zweimal in ihrem Kaffeegeschäft. Der Eisthee war schrecklich. Es war von einem Tape. Das Essen war sub par. Wenn Sie in diesem Hotel bleiben, verwenden Sie Lieferung oder gehen zum Essen.

Das männliche Personal in der Abendschicht ist sehr freundlich, sehr geduldig, immer lächelnd und der Service ist sehr gut! Draußen hat es geregnet und ich habe mir auch einen Regenschirm ausgeliehen. Das Zimmer war toll, Mein Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk, es gab einen Balkon im Zimmer und das Bett war sehr bequem! Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt in der Innenstadt, zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die umliegenden Restaurants sind sehr günstig, es sollte das beste Hotel sein, in dem ich je übernachtet habe auf dieser Reise! Wenn Sie die Chance haben, noch einmal nach Berlin zu gehen, müssen Sie dieses Hotel wählen!
