We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia. What an amazing hotel this is, on the doorstep of a fantastic public transport system. The hotel is around 1 mile away from the downtown area. Don't let that put you off, the tram stop is directly outside the entrance. The room was spacious and had all of the necessities to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The fridge was a really useful addition. The bed was huge in the king room!! The housekeeping staff were great and serviced our room daily. The breakfast was a continental buffet style. Again, this was a great start to the day and was included in our room price. A good selection of hot and cold options. There is no bar area in the hotel however there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to take away to consume in your room. All of the staff members that we met were professional in their conduct and were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the luggage room availability - as we had a late flight, the staff agreed to look after our luggage so that we could enjoy our final day in this beautiful city. The hotel price was an absolute bargain. This alongside the quality accommodation and friendly/helpful staff makes this a great choice of hotel. I would highly recommend and will return here in the future. Don't be put off by previous comments about the area around the hotel. As in any city in the world, you need to be vigilant. We had no issues at all. We found the Bulgarians to be extremely polite and welcoming.

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel, da unser erstes Hotel in Sofia schrecklich war. Wir wurden von einem wirklich freundlichen Empfangsmann begrüßt, der während unseres Aufenthalts nicht freundlicher und hilfreicher gewesen sein konnte. Unser großes Geschäftszimmer hatte King Size Bett und volles Fenster mit Blick auf die Stadt. Liebe und sauber mit Luftkon und nass Zimmer. Große Kleiderschranke und Kühlschrank plus Tee und Kaffee. Frühstück hatte wirklich eine gute Vielfalt von Artikeln und ständig wieder gefüllt. Wir essen meist draußen. Einige der Umgebung sehen ein wenig schränkig, aber so handig für Eisenbahn, Busbahnhof, Zug und U-Bahn.

This hotel is in an excellent location: about 10 minute walk from the bus/train station; 5 minutes walk to the metro; 20 minutes walk to the city centre. So from that perspective, it fit my needs perfectly. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, so that was a major plus. The rooms, well, a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were VERY spacious, and had a great little balcony, from which I enjoyed a few drinks in the evening, the room really needed to be renovated. The word I described it is “shopworn”. Look at my photos of the room and you can see the broken couch and stained carpet. I would also say that the cleaning staff is a little lacklustre. While not “dirty” per sae, it certainly could be cleaned better. Some minor renovations and better cleaning would have me rating this hotel as a “five”.

Als wir ankamen, um im Hotel zu parken, sollten wir wissen, wo wir parken und wohin wir gehen sollten. Dies machte die ersten 15 Minuten unerträglich. Uns wurde bei vielen Gelegenheiten gesagt, nicht hier. Bitte geben Sie in Zukunft positive Anweisungen. Das Hotel selbst war nach dem schlechten Anfang ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einem guten Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Obwohl meine Frau das Bett und die Kissen als unbequem empfand, tat ich es nicht. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und der Essbereich war geräumig. BITTE BITTE BITTE bringt jemand dem Koch bei, ein Ei zu braten. Egal, ob Sie es vorziehen, ob es sich um leichtes, umgedrehtes oder hartes Eigelb handelt, alle Eier hatten einen fantastisch verbrannten Plastikrock. TIPP Verwenden Sie die richtige Ölsorte, drehen Sie die Hitze nicht so hoch, lassen Sie das Öl warm werden, bevor das Ei hineingeht, und verwenden Sie keine eiskalten Eier. Das Hotel organisierte Taxis für uns und diese waren ausgezeichnet.

Die Zimmer des Hotels lebten sicher nicht auf unsere Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war gut erhitzt und es war immer warmes Wasser, aber ich musste das ganze Badezimmer duschen, nur um duschen zu gehen. Ich habe auch wirklich starke Zweifel an der Reinigung. Der Besitzer war im Allgemeinen recht freundlich, aber unterstützte uns nicht auf einem Argument, das wir mit einem Taxifahrer hatten, der uns mit dem Geldwechsel ausschüttete und unverhältnismäßig viel Geld nahm. Er hat uns eigentlich ”malakas” genannt, weil er nicht bereit war, den armen Taxifahrer einen Tipp zu verlassen.Für mich war das der schlimmste Teil. Nicht schützen Ihren Kunden und ermutigen das Verhalten der Taxifahrer(wer, Glauben Sie mir, sind ganz berühmt) ist der Hauptgrund für diese schlechte Überprüfung und warum ich es nicht in Zukunft noch einmal vorziehen werde.

Superlage, direkt an einer Ecke am oberen Vitosha Blvd. Für Touristen ideal weil viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Für's Auge nett eingerichtete Zimmer, das eingesetzte Material allerdings ist von minderwertiger Qualität. Billigstes Spanholz oder Presspappe oder was auch immer. Die Böden der Schubladen teilweise lose, weil mit Ministiften vernagelt, die sich auch bei leichter Beladung lösen. Wasserspartaste der Toilette ohne Funktion. Die Betten waren okay - mit gutem Schlafkomfort. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus - was sehr ruhig war. Nach vorn hin dürfte es laut werden. Eine echte Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nicht, Handtücher wurden aber tgl. gewechselt und Abfalleimer (der auch für's Toliettenpapier genutzt werden muss) geleert. Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr nett, mit Einweisung zu Zimmer und Gebäude. Gute Lösung mit codierten Türen (Eingangstür Gebäude, Eingangstür Etage und Zimmertür). So braucht man nicht auf Schlüssel aufzupassen. Danach saß eine junge Dame an der Rezeption, die für den Job m.E. völlig ungeeignet war. Wir hatten eine einfache Frage. Sie blickte kurz vom PC hoch, antwortete 'no!' und starrte sofort wieder in den PC - wohl in der Hoffnung, dass wir wieder verschwinden. Ich war geneigt micht für die Störung zu entschuldigen, bis mir einfiel, dass wir ja die Gäste in dem Hotel waren. Wir haben jeden weiteren Kontakt vermieden. Also niemand sollte mit der Rezeption als Ansprechspartner zählen.

Wir waren hier als Teil einer Gruppentour im September 2022. Einchecken war schnell von der Hotelpersonal und wir wurden ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock gegeben. Da wir Teil einer Reisetaaltour waren, waren einige Zimmer Zwillinge und einige waren Dreier. Ich war in einem Dreibettzimmer für die eine Nacht, die wir hier verbrachten - für drei Jungs mit Taschen, das Zimmer war ein bisschen auf der kleinen Seite, aber wir machten es funktionieren. Die Betten waren bequem genug, das Bett und das Zimmer waren sauber und die Ausstattung war in guter Zustand. Neben den drei Betten gab es einen Desk, TV, Schrank mit Sicherheit und Hangplatz. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Dusche über das Badezimmer, großes Tauchbad und Vanitätseinheit und Toilette. Die Handtücher waren sauber und es gab keine Probleme mit Wasserdruck oder Temperatur. Das Hotel-WLAN war gut - gute Reichweite und Geschwindigkeit. Wir gingen in einen der Konferenzräume für ein Informationstreffen vor unserer Tour und es war eine gute Größe. Es gab eine Hochzeitsparty neben der Tür in einem der anderen Konferenzräume. Frühstück war gut, mit einer guten Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Das Personal war hilfreich und sprach gut Englisch. Lage-wise, Sie haben einen großen Supermarkt neben der Tür, so wenn Sie etwas brauchen, einschließlich was von einer Apotheke wie wir, dann haben Sie Glück. Insgesamt ein guter Kurzaufenthalt hier - empfohlen.

Was sich hier ab gespielt hat ist nicht zu glauben. Ich dachte ich bin im falschen Film. Aufgrund des Lärm der Klimanlage, welche auch ausgeschalten schlaflose Nächte und bei genereller Anwesenheit nicht auszuhalten ist, wollte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Achtung es geht los, man gab mir ein anderes Zimmer und half mit mir meinen Sachen und bevor wir gingen fragte ich dem Pagen, ob das Problem da auch bestünde, nein. Also zogen wir um. Ich habe eine sehr starke Erkältung und es strengte mich generell alle sehr an! Im Zimmer angekommen gleiches Problem. Wieder neues Zimmer. Gleiches Problems. Einer von Rezeption kam und zeigte weitere Zimmer aber da fehlte dann Der Schreibtisch und dafür kein Lärm. 7 Zimmer Später war ich ich in einem neuen Zimmer mit gleichen Problem. Ich fragte, ob sie mich verarschen wollen, warum ich dann erst umgezogen bin? Keine Antwort. Sorry! 2,5h Stunden später erbarmte sich dann der Manager mit ein Zimmer direkt neben meinen Alten zu geben. Der Lärm war weg aber die Temperatur auf 23 grad fixiert und diese ändern zu können. Alles gute an meine Erkältung. Ich checkte aufgrund dieser Vorkommnisse und dem generellen Verhalten des Management und Rezeptionisten 3 Tage vorher aus. So etwas ist mir ein Leben lang noch nicht vorgekommen. Asozial sogar! Ich hatte ca 200 plus x 5 Sterne Aufenthalte bis dato, dies als Nebeninfo! Selbstverständlich wollte man mir keinen Cent rückerstatten aufgrund non-refundable Rate. Das sind sie zu 99% wenn man bereits eingecheckt hat und freiwillig abreist!!!!

Große Wahl, wenn Sie in Sofia bleiben, vor allem wenn Sie Flughafen nutzen, da es sehr nah ist und das Hotel bietet einen Shuttleservice kostenlos. Auch im Hotel Parken während Sie im Ausland bleiben ist ziemlich handvoll und vernünftig zu Preisen zahlen sie pro Nacht. Zimmer sind ziemlich groß und gut ausgestattet .Nur TV ist ziemlich klein und nicht viele Kanalwahlen ,vor allem internationale . Sehr gute Empfehlung für alle Arten von Reisenden trotz der Reisen für Geschäfts- oder Freizeit. Letzte, aber nicht zuletzt die Lebensmittelwahl im Restaurant ist sehr gut !

We stayed with two young children for 4 nights whilst we attended a wedding in Sofia. The hotel is in a quiet location with parking. The staff on arrival are friendly especially George he made us feel very welcome and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the family room. The room was nice big and spacious. It is in need of a few repairs and upgrades. The sofa is dipped in the middle, the corners of the bathroom are grubby, the bath has jets that need gutting and the door to the balcony is hanging off and doesn’t close properly which is a safety concern. Breakfast is simple and not a lot was out although hot food is made at your request and room service is available. The breakfast staff were lovely. A young man called Alex was very impressive, polite and diligent. Such an asset to the company to have staff like Alex. An incident with the cleaner ruined our time here. We returned to our room to get ready for the wedding that we went to Sofia for to find the cleaners had turned the room upside down. They had pulled the sofa out and the larger lady with short hair yelled at us because there were crumbs from our children eating biscuits. She was very rude and refused to leave so that we could get ready. This made us late for the wedding. And it left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. My husband complained. And it was explained to us that they just want us to keep the room tidy. It was tidy there were just a few biscuit crumbs on the sofa and floor. We paid for house keeping and it was unreasonable of the cleaners to expect to clean already clean rooms. The fact that we were shouted out by the cleaner is outrageous. The lady with the short hair is a liability. You cannot shout and be rude to guests over crumbs on the floor and sofa. I don’t want to penalise the rest of the team for one hostile cleaner. The rest of the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful especially at night. Lots of fairy lights. The staff are easy going and there is a play area in the gardens including a huge trampoline. There is a well which is covered so just beware to watch young children. The pool looks nice but is deep and cold. It would have been nice if it was heated but in September it was too cold to enjoy. Food is good and room service was great. Overall it was a comfortable experience and cost effective.

Had a wonderful stay this winter. Very quiet and pleasant place, the room was clean and tidy. Breathtaking panoramas over the snowy Sofia mountains. Definitely check out the rooftop bar! I highly recommend both for business visits and tourism. It took only 12mins from the airport of Sofia.

I had a great experience with Hotel Zoo Sofia, I stayed for 3 nights with friends, we visited the zoo which is behind the hotel 5 minutes by foot from the entrance, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff at the reception were very kind and explained to us what we can visit and see in area, they have a parking lot which is paid with a symbolic amount of 10 BGN, but we were calm because there was always a place to park and our car was in a protected place. something that first impressed us were the maids of the hotel who were very funny and kind, they always asked us if we needed anything, they cleaned the rooms very carefully! thank you for your attention and care.

Wir blieben hier ein paar Nächte, während wir Sofia erkunden. Dieses perfekte und schöne kleine Hotel, nur irgendwo zu schlafen für die Nacht. Wenn Sie Fantasie wollen, bleiben Sie im Zentrum. Aber was brauchen Sie auf einer Stadtpause? Sie erkunden die ganze Zeit! Es ist einfach und effizient und haushaltsfreundlich, es war die Hälfte des Preises der Flüge und weniger als unsere Flughafenparkplatz! (Zahlte £50 für zwei Nächte). Sofia ist sehr preiswert zu essen und zu trinken, so dass Sie einfach nicht falsch gehen können. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich bei der Ankunft und beim Auschecken, und sie lassen uns unsere Taschen nach dem Auschecken, wenn wir zu spät fliegen. Nicht zu weit vom Zentrum, gingen wir am ersten Tag, aber nachdem wir es erkannt haben £2 für den ganzen Tag auf der U-Bahn, ließen wir auf der U-Bahn. 30 Minuten zu Fuß, oder vielleicht 6 Minuten mit dem U-Bahn. Der Flughafen ist etwa eine halbe Stunde auf dem U-Bahn und keine Probleme dort oder zurück zu kommen. Schlankes Transportsystem! Es gibt einen Supermarkt 3 Minuten entfernt, der für Wasser und Snacks nützlich ist. Wenn ich nachts wandele, werde ich sagen, halten Sie sich an der Hauptstraße, da die andere Seite des Hotels ein wenig unsicher und dunkel fühlt. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber praktisch, das Badezimmer ist etwas kleiner als ich erwartet hatte, aber es funktionierte noch. Meine einzige Frage ist, dass ich sagen würde, dass das Zimmer bei der Eincheckung sauberer sein könnte. Ich musste das WC reinigen und mit Sanitär schlucken, da es ein wenig schmutzig war. Nehmen Sie Flip-Flops zum Duschen, da Sie sehr nahe an das WC sind, wenn Sie duschen und sehr nahe an die Dusche, wenn Sie das WC benutzen. Dusche Gel wurde gut schmelzen und der Hand sanitären auf der Rezeption! Wir hatten eine brillante Zeit und würden das Hotel sehr empfehlen und wieder aufhalten, wenn wir jemals eine weitere Reise nach Sofia nehmen.

It’s an awesome hotel with a minimalistic good design, great restaurant, pool and team of professionals. I advice to book higher floors to enjoy the Mountain View. Breakfasts were great, not huge choice but good quality. Specific thanks to Slavka for giving such a good service.

Gute Lage nicht weit von allen Aktivitäten und zum öffentlichen Verkehr. Wandern Entfernung zur Nevresky Kathedrale und St Andrew Russischen Stil Kirche mit Zwiebeln. Freundliche Mitarbeiter wahrscheinlich Familienbesitz, aber Hausbetreiber kommunizieren nicht in Englisch. Gutes Frühstück und variiert. Großes Zimmer mit Terrasse, aber konnte nicht die AC bedienen.

Die Lage war fantastisch. In der Nähe des Vitosha Boulevards und des Stadtzentrums. Alles war leicht zugänglich und alle Arten von Dienstleistungen und Geschäften waren ziemlich nah. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gemütlich. Es war mit allen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, die Sie antworten konnten. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ok. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber die wichtigsten Dinge waren immer vorhanden. Und am Ende gehen die höchsten Marken zu dem Personal, das sehr freundlich und freundlich war. Ich würde sicherlich das Niky Hotel wählen, wenn ich nach Sofia zurückkehre.

Aus der U-Bahnstation ５ Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr leicht zu verstehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück ist sehr selten, aber es ist sehr lecker. Besonders yoghurt ist großartig! Ich bin zufrieden mit diesem Preis.

We spent only one night in one of the ”panorama” rooms so this review is resticted to just those things that left an impression. The room itself is very large, being divided into three areas: a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Arguably there is also a separate hallway in front of the main door. Note however that only the bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by its own door. Everything was very clean and mostly comfortable. There was both a shower cabin and a separate bathtub, and a large selection of bathroom toiletries was provided. So far so good. It was clear that the hotel was not busy at all during the period between Christmas and new year, but despite that, there was an excellent selection of things for breakfast, hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy, together with decent coffee from a machine. One thing I didn't like, though, was that the oranges were just cut into quarters and not peeled. There is a balcony where you could take your breakdast if the weather is a bit warmer. When we arrived in the room, it was very, very warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. There are two air conditioning controls in different places in the room, and we turned them down to the lowest possible temperature (marked as 10 degrees on the control) and turned the fan speed up to maximum but it made absolutely no difference. There was still warm air coming out of the vents. The only option to cool the room was to open the windows and turn off the aircon. This of course makes it rather noisy, since the hotel is located in the city centre. This lack of effective aircon is a serious problem and given the price of the room, it should be working properly. Other people have complained about this in their reviews; the hotel really needs to do something about it, because it seriously discourages us from coming to this hotel again, especially during the summer - and we are regularly in Bulgaria every summer. Certain other things could use some attention from the hotel. The pillows on the bed are filled with some rubbery substance that provides no support and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There seems to be no alternative available. There is a minibar in the room with items priced as high as you would expect, and when you check in, they insist that you pay a Lv50. deposit against use of the minibar, which is refunded when you check out - provided that they've checked that you haven't used anything. This is the first hotel where I've ever had to do that. The staff on reception, especially on checkout, were mechanical and not pleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's just a lack of confidence in English but it really doesn't feel great to deal with such robotic people and it is neither a good first or last contact with the hotel. The room has a safe and slippers are provided but no bathrobe. Also no iron to iron out the creases in your clothes that they've got from being in a suitcase for hours. Zunächst waren wir in einem großen Doppelzimmer untergebracht, was man tatsächlich als Suite bezeichnet hatte. Völlig verdreckt und das Badezimmer nur nach Volldesinfektion nutzbar! Die Dusche läuft nicht ab, die Teppiche rochen streng und wir froren fürchterlich, da dass Heizungssystem nicht funktioniert! Nach Lösung des Zimmerproblems in ein moderneres Zimmer nach etlichen Vorsprachen an der Rezeption bleibt konsequent das Problem eines völlig inakzeptablen Housekeein dieser Hotelkategorie- man hat ständig das Gefühl, das Personal nerven zu müssen. Wir wissen alle, dass due Bonvoy Mariott Group alles dafür tut, ihre Shareholder glücklich zumachen mit höchsten Renditen- so bleibt natürlich nur das konsequente Schleifen des Personals (die wirklich, bi auf wenige Ausnahmen ) immer wie die Feuerwehr die Brände zu löschen, die in einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht vorkommen dürfen! Spa- und Wellness Bereich sind unbenutzbar und der Fitnessraum ist eher eine Abstellkammer für alte Sportgeräte! Das Frühstück ist jedoch das allerschlimmste, was mir in all der Zeit; in denen ich hochklassigen Hotels besuche, untergekommen ist- Zucker, Zucker und nochmals Zucker, frische Lebensmittel sind schon in einem Zustand in dem man sehr genau nachdenkt sich das anzutun! Personal, das während des „Auffüllens“ des sogenannten Buffet sich in der Base herum fummelt gibt einem dann den Rest, was selbst die imposante Architektur noch zu überdecken versuchte! Mir tut das Personal einfach nur leid! Trotzdem NIE WIEDER

My wife and I were in Sofia for business. Booking at Be One Hotel was a last minute decision for us as we weren’t actually planning to stay for the night. The first thing that flashes is that the entire hotel is brand new. When going down the hallway to your room, you can still see and smell that everything has just been built not long ago. Rooms are clean as well and fairly spacious. You’ve got fridge, TV, safe, balcony. We haven’t had a breakfast here so we can’t really tell how was it. But it’s definitely not a bad choice for one or two nights in Sofia.

Das Rila Hotel ist ein altes Hotel mit alten Einrichtungen, Aufzügen in Schuhkartongröße, aber in einem sehr zentralen Teil der Stadt in der Nähe von allem. Unsere erste Nacht verbrachten wir in einem kleinen Standardzimmer (ich glaube, es kostete $46, vielleicht $50 mit Steuern usw.), was nicht zufriedenstellend war. Am nächsten Tag für $10 - $12 pro Tag Upgrade zogen wir in ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer/Suite Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen!! Sehr schön, um bei der untergehenden Nachmittagssonne auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und ein paar Kleidungsstücke auszuwaschen und von der Sonne trocknen zu lassen. Keines der Zimmer hatte Duschvorhänge in den Badezimmern. Als ich mich danach erkundigte, wurde mir gesagt, dass dies wegen Covid geschehen sei. Hhmmm nicht sicher, wie ein Duschvorhang Covid beeinflusst? Wir blieben insgesamt 7 Nächte und nur einmal, nachdem ich an der Rezeption angerufen hatte, kam ein Zimmermädchen und brachte den Müll raus und wechselte die Handtücher. Um fair zu sein, hat meine Freundin die Angewohnheit, all ihre Sachen in den 2 Zimmern zu verteilen, also zögerten wir, ein Aufhebens zu machen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass eine Magd schockiert ist, hereinzukommen und nicht weiß, was sie in dem ganzen Durcheinander tun soll. Das Frühstück kostete extra und war nur ok, aber genug, um den Tag zu beginnen. Es gab einen großen Flachbildfernseher, den wir nie angemacht haben, es gab keinen Safe im Zimmer, aber wir konnten unsere Wertsachen unten an der Rezeption abgeben. Es gibt auch andere Hotels in der Nähe, die wahrscheinlich renovierter und moderner sind und wahrscheinlich etwas mehr kosten. Bei unserer nächsten Reise werden wir höchstwahrscheinlich andere Optionen sehen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich denke, es hängt von Ihren Erwartungen ab, aber für uns hat es funktioniert.

Großer Nacht Aufenthalt. Ich und mein Freund wollten irgendwo hinunter schlafen, bevor wir Vitosha fahren und dieser Ort war perfekt. Krasimir war fantastisch. Wir sind spät nach einer 3-stündigen Reise von Kazanlak angekommen und hatten nicht gegessen, so Krasimir fragte das Restaurant nebenan, ob sie uns etwas Essen kochen könnten, obwohl sie um 9:30 Uhr aufhörten zu servieren. Service und Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten auch am nächsten Morgen Frühstück dort. Obwohl wir um 12 Uhr auschecken wollten, konnten wir unsere Taschen am Rezeption für den Tag verlassen, während wir nach Boyana Wasserfall stiegen. Auf unserem Rückkehr reservierte Krasimir uns ein Taxi, um in den zentralen Teil der Stadt zurückzukehren. Wirklich hilfreich, da es unser erstes Mal in Sofia und unsere bulgarische sehr begrenzt ist. Danke Krasimir & Villa Boyana für Ihre ausgezeichnete Gastfreundschaft.

Ich kam auf einen Urlaub von 4 Nächten. Das Personal ist sehr nett, bereits im Scheck in sie halfen mir mit der Tasche, zeigte mir das Zimmer und erklärte mir alles. Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich, sauber mit sehr komfortabelem Bett. Qualitätsschampo und Duschegel in der Dusche. Das Frühstück war verschieden und sehr gut. Ich aß Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant, das Essen war sehr gut und das Menü ist verschieden. Ich hatte angenehmen Aufenthalt dort und ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

We had a delightful four-night stay. I'm not sure what I can add to the other great reviews—I'm reading them and thinking yes it's spotless and beautifully appointed, yes Ludmil is an amazing host, yes it's a great location, yes the pastries are great (also the Bulgarian yogurt!). Ludmil offers inexpensive airport transfers, and cultural tours so don't bother booking anything else, as he's an avid, enthusiastic and interesting historian. There's a LIDL nearby for snacks & whatnot. It's about a three-minute walk to catch the bus to the airport and there is ample space for luggage.
