Die Einrichtung war nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall sauber. So sauber, dass das Chlor in den Kissen unsere Augen reizte. Meine Tochter wachte mit einem Ausschlag unter beiden Augen von ihren brennenden und tränenden Augen auf. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße und die Autos, die spät in der Nacht vorbeifuhren, waren ziemlich laut. Die Shuttle-Service-Fahrer waren alle ausgezeichnet und die Rezeption gab meiner Tochter ein Tiger-Plüschtier und eine Busch Garden-Sonnenbrille.

我這次經歷必須要分享給大家，提高警惕！⚠️ Brand在凱悦裏算是頂尖檔次了，但是我們接受的服務從來沒有的差！ 1） 首先到達機場，訂酒店的時候特意選的離機場近，打電話給酒店，很傲嬌的説：我們沒有shuttle bus你們自己打的/Uber過來吧。因為還沒有下載Uber於是去打了一個的，黑司機10刀的路程收了我們25； 2） 到前台，貌似很熱情，説要信用卡擔保，以為衹是做個記錄，沒有通知我們，直接刷走200刀/也沒有收據，到了房間打開手機才看到。投訴給攜程，説可能是擔保，等最後一天結賬再看； 3） 半夜2-3點走廊還有人興奮地呼朋喚友，國內/歐洲都沒碰到過，美國人就是這麼肆無忌憚，也沒有人管（樓廊裏貼的21點後保持安靜，就是一張廢紙）； 4） 第二天早上吃早餐，明明含餐的，要讓我們簽單（以後每天如此）解釋了，服務員衹説要留個記錄，簽單還一式兩份/還要小費，我們衹簽一張，第二張拿走（備查）也不給小費；（服務員給我們的感覺也是，太高調了，太強調自己的存在，給客人一種壓迫感（我們喜歡的是沒人打擾）他們總喜歡錶現熱情，其實沒有必要； 5） （因為每天都收到手機扣款的提示）到前台確認含早餐的問題，小姑娘一問三不知； 6） 給攜程客服投訴，攜程找當地代理，攜程天天催，代理一直不回覆，態度特別怠慢； 7）. 退房當天，特意前台再次確認含早餐的問題，説含早餐的，有一個當地費用扣掉/有一個收據，等到機場再看手機，又另外扣掉幾百刀（沒有任何説明/收據； 🤔️ 當時，就惱了。凱悦欺人太甚！！！ 代理不回覆，沒關係，直接找銀行，凍結所有的扣款。 銀行凍結的當天，攜程通知説，代理回覆了，是有幾筆扣錯了。🤑 所以，店大欺客，不要怕！找更權威的（跟美國人打交道，衹能這麼樣，誰硬誰説話！） 後續，和朋友聊起來，説凱悦是這個樣子的！ 所以，前車之鑒！ 建議，大家能不選凱悦，就不要選凱悦了！！！👎

This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in years. The staff and manager are very professional and accommodating. They go out of their way to help and treat you like family. They also have free networking hours around dinner time when free beverages and food are provided. Two kinds of near and two kinds of wine are served! Price for the hotel is reasonable as well. I did not have a chance to try breakfast but I can imagine it must be very good as well.

Es war der perfekte Ort für alle meine Termine am Vortag und am nächsten Tag. Alles war sauber und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. War enttäuscht, dass es aufgrund von Covid-Bestimmungen immer noch keinen Zimmerservice gab. Aber ich habe es geliebt zu sehen, wie ein älteres Bankgebäude umfunktioniert und nicht abgerissen wurde.

Der Eingang zum Hotel könnte viel besser sein, aber das Hotel war schön. Das Eckzimmer hat einen tollen Blick auf die Autobahn. Das Frühstück war aufgrund von COVID-19 ein Muss. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Es ist sehr üblich, es gibt keine Neuigkeiten, es ist etwas alt. Dieser Ort muss noch eine halbe Stunde vom weißen Strand fahren. Ich habe mich falsch bestellt. Ich habe vor Weihnachten gelebt und ein kleines Song geschickt.

Dieses Hotel war zum ersten Mal hier, der Name Hilton ist gut, es hat uns wirklich nicht enttäuscht, aber der Preis kann perfekter sein, wenn man nett kann. Waren nur für zwei Nächte dort, weil der Preis des Hotels dahinter, zu viel kann nur die Plätze wechseln. Warmes Teilen: Frühstück sollte auf eigene Kosten erfolgen, 15 US Dollar, das Hotel kann kostenlos parken, die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es gibt einen kostenlosen Bus am Flughafen, die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, zu empfehlen

Ich genieße meine Aufenthalte in den Embassy Suites immer! Das Zimmer war bemerkenswert sauber, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, der Komfort war großartig und diese Lage war in der Nähe der meisten Orte, die ich besuchen wollte. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass die Annehmlichkeiten, die ich am meisten genieße, aufgrund der Pandemie nicht verfügbar waren. nämlich die Frühstücks- und Cocktailstunde. Insgesamt würde ich immer noch sagen, es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Ich bin so glücklich für das Personal namens YUNI, sie machte meinen Aufenthalt noch erinnerlich, ich kann nicht ausdrücken, wie sie mir viel geholfen hat! .. als Seeleute, die alle Kosten von der Arbeit-Pause, es hart! Aber, sie gibt den größtmöglichen Rabatt sie konnte die Kosten minimieren, sie bringt mich sogar zum Frühstück, bevor ich dem Schiff beitreten.. Daumen auf Sie! Halten Sie die ausgezeichnete Arbeit!!! Und, vielen Dank!!!!

Das Hotel ist ein wenig verwirrend, was das Parken angeht. Ausstattung ist fair. Das Zimmer war sauber. Als Nachteil kann ich erwähnen, dass das Hotel direkt an den Bahngleisen liegt. Sie können den Zug die ganze Nacht hindurch hören. Der Zug lässt die Hupe laufen, also seien Sie vorbereitet, wenn Sie hier übernachten möchten, um den Zug zu hören. Ein zweites Manko war das Thermostat im Zimmer. Ja das Thermostat. Wieso den? Der in unserem Zimmer beleuchtete buchstäblich den gesamten Raum. Es war so hell wie ein blaues Feuer. Ich bin mir sicher, dass viele von uns Erwachsenen gerne im Dunkeln schlafen. Nein, das schien buchstäblich so hell, dass man im Licht ein Buch lesen konnte. Ich würde empfehlen, sie für die Kunden vor dem Betreten des Zimmers zu dimmen. Oh, wir hatten auch einige Krachmacher in unserem Zimmer nebenan. Musste unten anrufen, um ihnen mitzuteilen, dass es Zeit zum Ausruhen war. Dieses Hotel liegt in einer Partystadt. Wenn Sie also gerne feiern, wäre es gut für Sie.

Ich habe diese Marriott wegen des Innen-/Außenpool-Bereichs gewählt! Perfekt, weil es regnete, als ich ankam und ich wirklich wollte schwimmen. Das Front Desk war super freundlich und hilfreich. Der kostenlose Shuttle war bequem und der Fahrer war lustig und gesprochen. Ich habe den Geschäftskonzern-Balkonraum. Großer TV und schöner Balkon. Ich habe den Konzern-Lounge für Frühstück verwendet. Es war bequem und das Essen war angemessen. Das Restaurant auf der Website war etwas teuer und das Essen war nur OK, aber die Cocktails waren großartig! Mein Aufenthalt war perfekt für eine Nacht vor dem Kreuzfahrten.

Es ist ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit, es gibt nicht viele unterstützende Einrichtungen in der Nähe und das nächste Restaurant muss mit dem Auto fahren. Gesundheitlich ist es in Ordnung, es ist sparsam und das Zimmer ist für eine dreiköpfige Familie etwas klein. Das Frühstück ist einfach und Kaffee, Kuchen und Kekse werden in der Ecke der Rezeption serviert.

Gutes Hotel nahe zum Bushgarden. Man hat uns zum Bushgarden gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Frühstück war amerikanisch doch ok. Was uns gestört hat ist, dass das ganze Geschirr aus Plastik bestand.
