Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but sharing facts. Did not receive email prior to arrival with details so I had to call first and received email with front door code. Upon arrival we received no email with room nr. Check in was self service with iPad and activating a key, that’s where you find out what room you are in. Very small room for price and not what you see online, (overpriced difficult to move around in) squeeky AC making it difficult to sleep crackling every 20 seconds. Bathroom extremely small and cold, no central heating in room. Could not use restroom with door closed for leg space, roof is slanted and bathroom as well so you can’t stand fully in shower if you are tall. Loud / heavy doors so other visitors would wake you. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Cleanliness is okay but not spotless which you would expect. Bed cover had hole in it. There is a night shop located next door with some shady people hanging around at night which makes entering and using the code uncomfortable if you are a woman with child (like us) Centrally located. Bed was super comfortable. Bed was made after the first day which was nice. Overal would not stay again but it’s easy if you need a quick last minute central place to sleep if you are out and about during the day.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in ´s-Hertogenbosch und hatten uns das Hotel ´t Keershuys ausgesucht, ein Haus voller Geschichte, wunderbarer Atmosphäre und positiver Überraschungen sowie vortrefflicher Lage. Der Delyxe Room verfügte über ein Kingsize Bett, eine Minibar mit gratis (alkoholfreien) Getränken, elektrischer Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Maschine und eine herrliche Bad- und Raumausstattung, was alles zu einem äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen hatte. Nicht zu vergessen auch das inkludierte Frühstück mit einem reichhaltigen Angebot von Eierspeisen bis hin zu Pancakes und vieles mehr. Wir werden diese herrliche Unterkunft noch lange in bester Erinnerung behalten, so auch den Abschiedsabend zu später Stunde auf der Hotel-Terrasse, wo wir den einmaligen Service von „Job“ noch einmal vollends genießen konnten.

Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 9 - Katastrophe beschreibt es am besten. Die Lage war Äußerst gut. Leider war die Signatur in der Mail falsch sodass wir bei Ankunft erst zum Hotel geschickt wurden. Dort sagte man uns ob wir kein Englisch lesen können. Die Adresse vom Ablageort habe ich mir dann aus dem Internet rausgesucht. Unser Apartment mit der Nr. 9 war im Nachbarhaus. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche. Angeblich war das Apartment für 4 Personen ausgelegt. So wurde das Sofa zum Bett umgebaut. Für 2 ausgewachsene Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Die extra Toilette im Erdgeschoss hatte kein Handwaschbecken sodass man in der Küche die Hände waschen musste. Der Toilettendeckel war unansehnlich und defekt. Durch direkten Kontakt mit der Straße konnte jeder in die Wohnung reinschauen. Leider gab es Schimmel an den Fenstern. Im Kellergeschoss befand sich das Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bad mit Dusche ohne WC. Bei Benutzung der Dusche von 4 Personen war es so feucht. Das Lüftungssystem hat leider nicht funktioniert. Handtücher wurden unten sowie oben nicht trocken. Feuchtigkeit ging nicht aus dem Raum raus das kleine Fenster konnte man nur einen Spalt Kippe . Die Dusche war ebenfalls mit Schimmel befallen. Für 4 Personen war das Apartment nicht geeignet. Der Preis war leider unverhältnismäßig teuer. Denke man zahlt eher die Lage statt das angekündigte „Design“ oder den „Luxus“ Wir werden die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. Viel zu teuer für so

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum, so dass es einfach ist, diese schöne Stadt zu entdecken. Sie können auch den Auto im Parkplatz gegenüber dem Hotel zu einem Mehrpreis verlieren. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig genug für zwei Personen. Wir erlebten das Bett und die Küsse als komfortable. Einige nicht Minpunkte sind: - Der Kleiderschrank hatte nur einen Haufen und keine Bügel, um deine gefalteten Kleidung aufzuhängen. - Das Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon, nur ein Fenster, das nur auf der Kieseite geöffnet werden konnte. - Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht großartig, wir sahen die Parkgarage Trotz dieser Minenpunkte haben wir uns von unserem Aufenthalt genossen! Das Frühstück ist groß, es gibt für alle etwas süßes zwischen. Alles war frisch und es sah gut aus. Auch hier ist ein kleiner Minpunkt, während der Erläuterung wurde über weiße Blumen in Tomatensaft gesprochen, aber leider habe ich diese nicht zu meiner großen Enttäuschung gelebt :p Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel ein Anreiz, wenn Sie in der Nähe der Stadt ein Zimmer suchen!

Overall, my experience at The Den hotel was fantastic, from start to finish. Stayed here for 3 weeks and would definitely look forward staying here again. This new(er) hotel offers pleasant modern rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful to provide info about the city. The breakfast is top notch. Lots of great Dutch cheese options, fresh fruit and salads and even smoked salmon and apple cake was being offered. Service was excellent by very dedicated staff members who greet you each morning with a smile. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to a super market Jumbo and some restaurants. Although the hotel doesn't offer any parking, there is ample public parking nearby at the Paleiskwartier with lots of EV charging stations. Also try out the roof bar on the 9th floor which offers a great view of the city Den Bosch. Even though the trains pass by on a regular basis, you barely hear them, so not an issue at all. The hotel offers direct access to the bridge that brings you to the other side of the train tracks. From there, it's a 15 min walk to reach the historical city center. Last but not least, do visit the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel if you have time for an exquisite tasting menu. The chef has worked in several top restaurants in far away countries such as Australia and China and brings the best of local and international cuisine. Truly a memorable experience and I hope you appreciate the unique flavours at the restaurant The Current. In short, do yourself a favor and book your next stay at The Den Hotel in Den Bosch. You won't regret it!

We arrived later than we had hoped after a long journey but received a very warm and friendly welcome from Senna on reception who gave us good information about the hotel and the city. It was King's Day so the hotel looked beautiful with all the decorations. We were travelling by car and were able to get a space in the hotel's secure garage under the hotel which was excellent - it is a pedestrian zone so you do need to follow the instructions provided by the hotel to gain entry to the area. Our room was nice - a good size with a comfortable bed and heavy wooden furniture. The bathroom was a little disappointing though - unlike the communal areas of the hotel which are very smart and modern, the bathroom didn't look as if it had been touched for 30+ years and was very small. The breakfast room is large and nicely decorated with flowers and the tables are well spaced. The buffet was extensive with so much choice of both hot and cold food, lovely breads and pastries, all sorts of toppings for yoghurt or cereal - you couldn't have wanted for more. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

There is a night shop located next door with some shady people hanging around at night which makes entering and using the code uncomfortable if you are a woman with child (like us) Centrally located. Bed was super comfortable. Bed was made after the first day which was nice. Overal would not stay again but it’s easy if you need a quick last minute central place to sleep if you are out and about during the day.

Es ist bequem, zum Hotel zu kommen, der Bushalte ist nicht weit entfernt, in der Nähe von McDonald's. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, gemütlich. Der Schleif ist sauber. Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr. Es war am ersten Tag nicht gut, am zweiten Tag war es großartig. Das Personal ist nett. Hotel empfohlen)
