Breakfast is luxurious, did not expect such amount for a budget hotel. However, for improvement, I advise to provide heating facilities for the food such as microwave oven. The location is far from the city center but the superb bus services provide seamless connectivity to the city center. The location is also close to the airport, accessible by bus number 33 and 41. The room service is also commendable, they did not forget to top-up my coffee, tea and sugar, and even replace my towels and clean the toilet. However, guests are to be reminded that they will enter your room to do those, even though you hanged the 'do not disturb' label on your door knob, which I think is not acceptable. The receptionist is not particularly friendly, never smile, but he can understand and speak english well. However, be mindful if you have some disputes and try to discuss with him, he may not entertain you or pretend not to understand you, which I found very rude.

首先我要澄清一下，所拍攝的照片比實際的狀況漂亮太多了！實況非常一般比想像中更差！第一次住入像公寓式的老宿舍房間內很特別！沒有空調（只提供電風扇），沒有冰箱，設備簡陋老舊，電視掛在牆上像裝飾品不使用！房型全部都一樣沒有任何選擇！住了4晚清潔人員連招呼都不打，人与人完全沒有互動看起來很冷漠（可能語言不通的緣故吧！）本人4晚住下來完全沒𠕇倒過垃圾也沒有作清潔工作完全我自己自助！估計什麼叫「服務」她們應該不懂？！我想可能承襲以前蘇聯時代遺留下來的壞習慣吧！這回總算讓我大開眼界見識一番也算是難得的旅行經歷吧！提醒想入住此宿舍的旅人要有心理準備！簡單純樸習慣就好…. 平安順利。

這家好在衞生搞得很勤快，東西看起來都乾淨，作為膠囊旅店，很不錯的獨自旅行的選擇。房間雖然不大，但夠用且舒服，早餐不錯，推薦不用買含早，因為可以直接付款。酒店的位置很好，門口有公交站 去哪裡都方便，citywalk也沒問題。服務生基本都會英語，交流沒有障礙。值得推薦！不過來的人記得，早餐吃完需要自己收拾，門口有換鞋的地方，可以帶上鞋套，這裏大家都很有禮貌，我喜歡這樣的環境。

老闆是中國人，哈薩克族小帥哥，語言溝通沒問題，對於境外旅遊商務人士來説，很重要的；民宿在阿拉木圖富人區，是一棟帶有小院的獨棟別墅，房間數量不多，有廚房，可以自己做飯，民宿離市中區各景點需要打車前往，周邊有一箇中國餐館，廚師是新疆哈薩克族，離民宿10分鐘路程有一個較大規模的生活超市，老闆生意做的很佛系，民宿房間各類酒店類配備物品基本不全，待改進升級，個人覺得，民宿整體氛圍應該更温馨一點，多多參考一下國內的民宿風格，住了一週時間，整體感覺還是很好，小院裏麪的蘋果樹上的蘋果可真好吃，隨時自己去打，老闆都準備好工具的，開心！

Das Restaurant ist sehr groß, die Frühstücksarten sind nicht besonders groß, aber komplett, die Tee ist köstlich Dieses Hotel ist nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber der Verkehr ist nicht sehr bequem, der Tourismus wird nicht empfohlen hier zu leben.

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

I like the stay and Adiva she is good cook. She is very accommodating though she cannot speak English. Google translate helped us to communicate with her. Der Inhalt des Kühlschranks ist in der Mini-Bar gezahlt (wenn Sie ihn beim Austritt fragen, ob er verwendet wird), aber das Wasser in der PET-Schale auf dem Tisch ist kostenlos. Es dauert Zeit, bis das Warmwasser aus dem Kühlschrank herausgeht, aber wenn Sie eine Weile warten, wird es richtig aus dem Kühlschrank herausgelassen. Es gibt relativ viele Arten von Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe. Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

酒店位於阿拉木圖市南邊 kok tobe 山下的別墅區，房間不多，但每間面積都很大，設施也都很好。有中國廚師，提供午餐晚餐自助餐，也可單點。步行 20 分可到山頂（約 1.3km） 有非常不錯的餐廳，其中 abay 有哈薩克餐，有室外的座位可以看到阿拉木圖市的風景，晚上還有演出，需要提前訂位。 酒店工作人員可以帶着去射擊，騎馬，釣魚等活動，需要額外付款費用。也可以免費寄送機，我們到阿拉木圖的時候，由於哈薩克斯坦海關係統問題，出關延誤了幾十分鐘，工作人員也一直在等。 酒店距阿拉木圖 Medeu 雪場也不算遠，大概 12km 左右。距送機的小夥説，已經有人預訂冬天來滑雪時住他們酒店了。

神仙級別的住宿體驗。 1.酒店離機場很近，不堵車15分鐘就能到，yadax打車去2000堅戈，人民幣25－30元。機場出來寒風瑟瑟，一眨眼就能帶温暖的酒店。 2，酒店安全，有獨立的門禁，位於富人別墅區，總共3層，一樓客廳，廚房，二樓住宿，負一層有健身房，進大門有花園，冬可隔窗賞雪，夏可聽蟬鳴，離各種景點和展館20分鐘內車外出很方便，打車也很方便。 3，房間設施齊全，有標間，大床，還有三人間，出差遊玩性價比極高，床單被罩六星酒店同款，放佛躺在陽光裏，蓬鬆乾淨，不起靜電。 4，最後一點也是最重要的一點，老闆帥氣高大，熱愛運動，還可以帶着滑雪，籃球，做飯好吃，各種美食信手拈來，拌麪，炒菜，自製牛肉醬，衹能説太全面了，常年出差在外，能吃上地道的中國飯菜，真的是身心疲憊的良葯。

Front desk staffs are helpful to any enquiry and  made arrangements for our transportation to the airport 👍 The cleaning crew is very responsive ( especially one middle aged lady , a bit plump). Probably our room is located at the end and hidden behind the corridor ( room no 5014) , they probably have missed. We requested her to clean the room and job accomplished 👍👍  The only setback is the bad smells of vape at the breakfast lounge. The seats are not suitable for dining.

Die Lage ist gut, je nachdem, was Sie suchen. Tobe Hill und lokale Küche sind innerhalb von 50 Metern zu finden. Der Teppich sah im Allgemeinen ziemlich neu aus, die Toilette ist gut gepflegt. Ich bekam ein neues Handtuch. Das Frühstück war gut, lecker und üppig. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Bei frühzeitiger Buchung ist es das Geld wert. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Zimmergröße. Aber wenn man schon einmal in Hongkong war, wird man sich über die Zimmergröße im Vergleich zum Zimmerpreis nicht beschweren. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten. Danke.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards. Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark. The location of the hotel is great though. Difficult to recommend.
