The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

A few suggestions for future guests: the bed is surrounded by mirrors, which might feel a bit unsettling at night, so it’s good to be mentally prepared. I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation. After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay.

The checkin and checkout process was well structured and fast. The 2 bedroom apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. Owner/management had all cooking utensils and hotpot ready for steamboat. I was on the 23rd floor hence view was superb. I will come back again as it is the best alternative location other than genting accomodations itself during peak season as you can avoid the jam and hustle staying in mid mountain location.

All are good, just thought they would give us towel and soap, and actually not at all.

Highly recommended for couples or family looking for a comfortable & enjoyable stay in Genting Highlands. The swimming pool at the top floor with stunning night scenery.

Location is good with nearby eateries within 5mins walk. Check in is easy with whatsapp info before coming. Love the stay with amazing view of hill top from balcony. Will book again in future

Das Tekoma Resort ist ein bisschen wie zu Hause zu sein. Wir hatten sofort eine tolle Kommunikation mit Sophia, das Mädchen, das in der Rezeption arbeitet. Sie war sehr nett, immer bereit, alle unsere Fragen mit einem wunderbaren Lächeln zu beantworten. Er hat unser Bus-Up-Station am Tag unserer Ankunft organisiert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf dem Aufzug, aber sie haben den Shuttleservice und dennoch dauert es nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß, um ins Zentrum zu gehen und ein paar Minuten zu erhöhen. Sehr nahe auch der Trail Nummer 10 und 6. Mr. Chan hat uns alle Informationen gegeben, die wir brauchen, um uns in den Cameron Highlands selbst zu bewegen. Ich erinnere mich nicht an den Typ des Schiffsdienstes, der auch immer lächelt. Das Frühstück ist gut, vor allem für diejenigen wie ich, die Salat lieben (es gibt alles) Kammerkühler und Wasser-Refill in den Korridoren. Ich empfehle es sehr.
