Die Eincheck-Erfahrung war schrecklich, wurde von der Immobilienverwaltung informiert, dass der Raum noch nicht um 4:30 Uhr (chk in sollte 3:00 Uhr) bereit war. Trip.com muss insteigen, aber die Kommunikation zwischen Trips.com und Immobilienmanagement ((Stonez7) scheint nicht gut zu gehen. Ich konnte irgendwie nach einigen Runden engen Nachfolgen in die Einheit zu kommen bei 5.00pm. Das Zimmer war freundlich, aber die Sauberkeit konnte verbessert werden. Staub noch auf dem Boden gefunden. Die Duschetemperatur ist schwer zu kontrollieren. In den meisten Fällen müssen wir mit kaltem Wasser baden. Wir wurden gebeten, die Einheit am letzten Tag um 11:00am zu verlassen. Obwohl wir während der Kontrolle informiert wurden, dass sie unsere Abreisezeit um weitere 2 Stunden verlängert haben. Dies ist eine große Enttäuschung, da hier und da offenbar Misskommunikationen stattgefunden haben. Und dennoch ist es auch so, dass die Einheit mit Balkon und Aussicht schön ist. Wir sind froh, dass wir einen doppelten Regenbogen aus unserem Balkon sehen.

Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Hi, everthing was smooth and nice. Unfortunately , had a disappointing experience during my stay. Although a toothbrush may seem like a small matter, it was listed as an available amenity, so I did not bring one as I was travelling from out of town. When I realised it was missing, I called the staff and was asked to look for it. I explained that I had already checked but could not locate one. I was then told that it would be brought to me the following morning because there was no staff available to deliver it that evening. I understood the situation and agreed to wait until the next morning. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and the toothbrush was never delivered before I checked out. I am not usually a critical guest, but when an amenity is listed, I believe it should be provided or the guest should be informed beforehand. I hope the management can improve its communication and service in the future. Thank you

I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.

Schöner Platz und schöner Raum, aber als schwere Regen in der Nähe des Fernsehbereichs und die Seite des Zeltwassers kam. Beide Seiten des Nachbarn sind sehr laut und spielen Musik sehr laut. Die Restaurants Servicepersonal hat den Kunden nicht Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, denn der Hot Pot Hühnchenslice ist sooo dünn nicht geeignet für Hot Pot kann Hühnchen besser verwenden. Das Badezimmer ist zu schüchtern, vielleicht nicht für mich, weil wir beide sehr groß sind. Die Badkarte kann nicht verwendet werden, was die Nacht zu schweren Regen führt. Für mich ist es nicht wert, überpreis für die Nahrung und Aufenthalt.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

It located at Genting Permai (mid hills). Check in is only allowed at 3pm and not early or a S$50 surcharge will be applied. Check out time is 11am on the next day. The biggest problem in staying at this place is that the check-in office is at Windmill upon hills, and you have to walk across the street to get into GEO38, which is very much inconvenient.
