Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit neuen Einrichtungen, sauber und ordentlich, reichhaltigem Service, bequemem Transport, Meerblick aus dem Fenster, bequemem Check-in und herzlichem und aufmerksamem Service an der Rezeption.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Januar 2025, das Hotel ist schön, zum ersten Mal ein Zimmer ohne Fenster verwendet, um Interesse. Das Zimmer verfügt über alle Hygieneanlagen, sehr komfortabel, einschließlich einer Heizung Klimaanlage. Das Essen ist schrecklich, es ist besser nicht zum Frühstück zu gehen, sondern in der Nähe zu essen im Café. Frühstück von 7 a.m. bis 9-30. Es kann sehr knapp gewesen sein, weil das kleine Hotel füllt. Auf dem Atemweg, ein junger Mann, der am 28. und 30. Januar arbeitete, wurde ausgezeichnet punktiert, hilf uns in allen Angelegenheiten, hilf uns, ein Taxi zum Mond-Neujahr zu rufen, wenn niemand arbeitet. Sehr nett und intelligent, spricht Englisch. Das Mädchen, das am 29. Januar arbeitete, versuchte auch sehr hart, aber wegen ihrer Bemühungen um korrekt Englisch zu sprechen, war nichts klar, so verwendete der Übersetzer. Das Hotel wurde mit einem Fitnessraum versehen, aber es sagte, es sei nicht, es wäre gut, wenn es sie hätte Im Allgemeinen sind die Eindrücke des Hotels positiv

Neues Hotel-/Apartmentkomplex mit direkter Lage am Strand und Meerblick. Allerdings hätte man hier erwartet, dass man als Hotelgast auch die beiden Pools im 2. und 40. Stock kostenlos nutzen kann. Hier werden dann nochmal ca. 420000 VND pro Person verlangt. Rund um das Hotel gibt es nicht viel. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen muss man sich also ein Taxi buchen. Das wären aber die einzigen Mankos. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert für den Preis.

As I wrote my last review, I was waiting for my transport back to Hanoi as Super Typhoon Yagi was well approaching. It just so happened that minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, the transport cancelled, leaving us stranded in Ha Long with nowhere to go. So I booked another night at The Yacht. It has BY FAR the best staff I have ever seen at any hotel. The storm was the biggest that’s hit Ha Long in decades and it caused ALOT of damage. The staff kept all the guests calm and assured and even switched our rooms from high floors for safety reasons. Thank you to Nga at the front desk, bye very special Thank you to Thao (also at the front desk). She made our very challenging couple of hours after the storm disrupted our plans (rebooking flights and hotels in Hanoi, dealing with transport and everything else) a lot less stressful. I cannot thank the team at The Yacht enough. Best hotel experience ever. Thank you all and I will be coming back.

Das Hotel Wyndham Legend Halong ist das ”non plus ultra”. Wir genossen sechs Tage in diesem traumhaften Hotel. Die Rezeption ist aufmerksam und kompetent, die Dame beim Tour-Desk hat uns Ausflugshinweise gegeben und einen optimalen Bustransfer organisiert. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind herrlich und das Zimmer/Bad war einfach sauber und grossartig. Zimmerservice, Portier, Schwimmbad- und Gym-Aufsicht waren stets aufmerksam, freundlich und gut. Ein Hit ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben noch nie ein so reichhaltiges und frisches Buffet erlebt. Das Ambiente im Restaurant, welches wir auch öfters abends zum Abendessen besuchten, ist sehr angenehm. Ganz herzlichen Dank für unseren unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.

Considered one of the best accomodation at Ha Long province. The restaurant dishes is delicous and big portion. The price is affordable and there is one place to have drinks during night time. Will repeated the booking again for my next visit.

Overall a nice weekend outing from Hanoi. Standard twin rooms didn’t have bath tubs, just a shower without any doors or partitions from the changing areas, so it was a bit chilly taking showers in winter time. The rooms are facing the field with a thick wooden sliding doors ( for standard room, 1st floor), which made the room very dark even during daytime. It might have been so much better if there were glass doors for both the shower room & balcony, but that’s the design of your preference, so avoid first floor if you want to stay in brighter rooms. We booked for 4adults (2rooms), inquired the hotel directly via email for a transport back to Hanoi before our trip, and we only got a quotation for 3pax. A bit weird answer for a “5-star” hotel, isn’t it? Therefore, we decided to book our own transport instead.

Der Service des Hotels ist sehr gut. Aber als Touristenort ist die Lage sehr gut, aber wenn Sie die alte Stadt besuchen möchten, denke ich, dass sie weit entfernt ist. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr scharf.
