Mom und ich hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt für die ersten 6 Nächte, die wir beschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt für weitere 5 Nächte zu verlängern. Das Hotel ist extrem sauber und gut gepflegt. Es ist mit einem Mall mit vielen Mahlzeiten und einem Supermarkt verbunden. Eric, der uns angemeldet hat, war auch über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt mit allem, was wir brauchen. Wir schätzten seinen Service wirklich. Frau Dong, die unser Hausbetreuung gemacht hat, war auch wirklich gut. Jeden Tag würden wir in ein gut gereinigtes Zimmer mit täglichen Bedarf wieder aufbewahrt.

We are very happy about our stay at Wanda Realm Hotel in Fushun. The service is exceptional. My daughter developed rushes right after arrival. The hotel manager Mr. Wei Huang drove us to see a specialized physician, which was very helpful and beyond the ordinary service scope. We couldn’t say enough about our appreciation. The hotel’s gym and swimming facilities are well maintained, as well as room size and amenities. Highly recommended this hotel. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Mr Huang also helped me find my sun glasses that was dropped during the move to another room.

We enjoyed a lot the stay at this hotel. Nice location beside a large park, excellent food and service. Wang Jing, service manager at the reception, was especially helpful to book tickets for our visit at the Imperial Palace. The ladies at the Horizon Club Lounge made us the spent time there pleasurable.Thank you all!

Location was slightly off the grid, but still giving it a 4stars for location because the view there is to die for. By the time we arrived around mid oct, already 30-40% of the autumn leaves were yellow/red. Could imagine the view being much more amazing when 100% of it turns yellow/red. Room was clean, service was great. The in-room hot spring spa was already great, but the outdoor ones were even better. Nothing beats a hot spa in freezing weather. If you're not local/doesn't have your own transport it might be a bit of a inconvenience, but the hotel service/staff definitely helped by bringing us to the nearest scenic spot. Will definitely recommend this place.

Es fühlt sich immer nicht sauber genug an. Essen: Ich habe nicht das Buffet des Hotels bestellt, sondern das Essen auf dem Zimmer bestellt, was ziemlich gut war. Ich habe gesehen, dass es am Eingang des Hotels einen speziellen Take-Away-Schalter gibt. Wenn Sie Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen, müssen Sie es am Take-Away-Schalter abholen. Service: durchschnittlich. Das Mädchen beim Auschecken war sehr freundlich.

Der Hotelservice war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Carrie kontaktierte uns nach der Buchung und half uns beim Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Ich bin also schon gut gelaunt, bevor ich ausgehe. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Aussicht und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gesund. Besonders loben möchte ich das Fitnessstudio, das über eine komplette Ausstattung verfügt und der Functional-Training-Bereich ein separater Raum ist, was großartig ist! Der Service im Zimmer ist auch sehr sorgfältig. Jeder Mitarbeiter, mit dem ich zu tun habe, ist herzlich und rücksichtsvoll

Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut und das Frühstück schmeckt sehr gut. Ich habe bei meinen früheren Reisen in andere Städte bereits im New World übernachtet und habe mich bei meinem Besuch in Jinzhou für dasselbe Markenhotel entschieden. Das Zimmer ist außerdem sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und jeder Mitarbeiter ist sehr enthusiastisch und proaktiv im Service. Kurz gesagt, es ist die richtige Wahl. Wenn ich wieder nach Jinzhou komme, werde ich das Jinzhou New World Hotel wählen!

Ein altes Hotel, jetzt offiziell ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Seine Ausstattung und Ausstattung entsprechen trotz seines Alters immer noch dem Fünf-Sterne-Standard. The check-in experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. The concierge Clark, knowing that it was my first time in Shenyang, enthusiastically introduced me to the city's scenic spots and routes. My phone couldn't connect to the domestic WiFi, and he actively sought help from his leader Sean to solve the problem for me, which took a lot of time. I was very grateful. The Guest Relations Manager Alisa saw that l was in a hurry and processed my check-in procedures in advance, and even sent a fruit basket to my room, showing great concern for my stay experience. It was wonderful. This is a very human hotel and llove it so much!

Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.
