Was a pleasant one. But room is a bit mehh... Lacking a bit of cozy feel. The items in room can be taken care better. Seems like the cleaning services can be improved. Other than that the service service reception and hotline all works good. Hotel location is nice and have some good access to food and restaurant. But sadly gym closes at 5pm. Guess I can never make it then if I am here for business trip.... Hopefully the time range can be extended in the future. Breakfast was not bad. Decent amount of choice and quality can definitely be improved.

Ich war in einigen 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels. Aber das ist es, von dem ich bisher am meisten beeindruckt bin! Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, die Qualität des Zimmers und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sind unglaublich! Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen, wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Surabaya bin!

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Schweiz-Belinn Tunjungan wirklich genossen! Die Lage ist perfekt recht im Herzen der Stadt und gerade über die Straße von einem Einkaufszentrum. Wir lieben, um zu gehen und in der Lage zu gehen und in der Nähe Restaurants und Straßen-Food-Stallen zu erkunden. Es war lustig, einen lokalen Markt von etwa 10–15 Minuten entfernt mit einigen charmanten Souvenir-Shops zu entdecken. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen bequemen und komfortablen Aufenthalt!

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.

The hotel is not very cozy, a lot of fuss, you don't want to come back here. The bed is big and comfortable, but the room is dark and the shower is uncomfortable. Also, I was the first day in the country and was late for an event, I asked the hotel staff to help me call a cab, I didn't get any help, I had to walk in the rain to another place in an unfamiliar city, as a result I was an hour late. The location of the rooms is inconvenient, when I tried to leave the hotel I got lost and ended up in some service kitchen. The hotel looks beautiful in the picture, but if I ever find myself in Surabaya again, I will stay somewhere else.

Fasilitas bagus, pelayanannya juga bagus. Sarapan ada banyak pilihan menu.

This hotel near to shopping mall and easy access I will stay there again if happen to Surabaya again.

I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!
