Ahmed begrüßte uns und, von da an, sorgten wir uns warm, sorgfältig und professionell. Wenn wir nach Fayetteville reisen, wollen wir im Hotel Avid bleiben, und wir hoffen, dass Ahmed noch bei Ihrem Personal ist.
Der Rest Ihres Personals, unter der Person, war auch warm und freundlich, unabhängig von ihrer Aufgabe/der Aufgaben oder der Tageszeit!
Das Grab-n-go Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und der Kaffee ist jederzeit ein Muss.
Das Zimmer war perfekt, sauber, gut gepflegt und die Betten waren GREAT!
*Trip Type - wir waren in der Stadt, um an einem Larkin Poe Konzert an George's Majestic Lounge teilzunehmen

Nice hotel near a mall and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Was a stop over from Fort Worth en route Memphis. Staff friendly,clean and tidy and breakfasr OK.

Ich hatte eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, machte mich das Personal willkommen und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt bequem war. Das Zimmer war spotless, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was ich brauchte. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, und ich schätze die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Dekoration und Einrichtungen.
Die Einrichtungen waren top-notch ruhig, entspannend und perfekt für die Entspannung nach einem langen Tag. Was wirklich herauskam war das Frühstück. Es war phänomenal! Es gab eine breite Palette von frischen, hochwertigen Optionen, von heißen Gerichten bis zu frischem Obst und Gemüse. Sie machen sogar frische, angenehme Omeletten. Alles war lecker, und die Präsentation war ausgezeichnet.
Insgesamt überstieg dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall meine Erwartungen. Ich empfehle es jedem, einen erinnerebaren und hartnäckigen Aufenthalt zu suchen. Ich werde definitiv zurückkehren!

Zimmerausstattung etwas alt, Stuhlgriffe kaputt, Bettzeug klebrig beim Anfassen und die Klimaanlage roch schlecht, Make-up, aber die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, wir haben das Auto für uns früh angerufen, und das haben wir auch? nicht frühstücken vor der Abreise Gab uns Obst und Wasser

MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

GGastnutzerCould definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

GGastnutzerFamily favorite! We've stayed here several times over the years given we have had two sons in Univ. of Arkansas, and this is more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are professional but personable and friendly. Coffee is brewing by 03:30 Am. Good breakfast with cereals, fruits, eggs (omelettes, scrambled), sausage and bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, breads, blueberry rolls, etc. And a Happy Hour with free food (meatball subs, salads, etc) and drinks. The rooms are large and spotless, and we especially like the suites with living room, kitchen (fully stocked), and two bedrooms with 3 large beds. They even give us microwave popcorn and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. Next time I'll take photos!

RRebecca daughtreyI had requested early check in if at all possible as I am a stroke survivor and I had been driving all night. I got there about noon and told the girls up from o was there. The one young lady told me she didn't have any rooms available but would have one for me a son as she could. I got back in my car and hunkered down for a nap BUT within fifteen minutes the little girl was there telling me she had me a room ready. I was shocked and o so thankful! These young ladies at this front desk were so pleasant and so nice and made me feel so good and welcome. It was like like seeing old friends. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family

GGastnutzerThe important things first. Cleanliness, Safe Environment, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Nice TV, Good Size Refrigerator, and an AC that would freeze you out. The only downside (if any) was the front desk is only staffed from 9am until 9pm. So you are basically on your own outside of those hours. The complimentary continental breakfast has been eliminated since my stay last year. However, you can still get complimentary coffee from a Keurig in the common area that previously hosted the daily breakfast. For the price, I think it's a great bargain. I have another booking here within 30 days.

GGeorgina DotsonWe had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help, making us feel right at home. Our room exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and notably free of any musty odors that can often linger in hotel accommodations. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the attention to detail and excellent service.

GGastnutzerWe stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the casino. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.
