O atendimento da recepção foi fundamental para nossa estadia. Fizemos um up grade do quarto e descobrimos o quarto família ou conjugado, que ainda não conhecíamos. Esse up grade foi ótimo! Serviço e instalações estavam excelentes, uma vez que a arrumação dos quartos foi primordial. O café da manhã estava excelente também. Uma sugestão do café: que a salada de frutas volte a ficar concentrada em um pote único e não em várias tigelas individuais, dessa forma, a pessoa que não goste de determinada fruta não irá pegá-la se estiver num pote único e não desperdiçará esse tipo de fruta. Indico esse hotel para amigos com toda certeza!!

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind gut, die Einrichtungen und die Zimmer sind auch relativ neu. Es gibt nicht viele Wahlen zum Frühstück, der Service ist auch verfügbar. Die Hotelgesundheit ist auch gut. Ausflüge sind gewählt, die Erfahrung ist gut.

Das WiFi in diesem Hotel ist das schlimmste, was ich je gesehen habe. Wenn Sie Arbeit brauchen, bleiben Sie nicht in diesem Hotel. Da das WiFi in diesem Hotel keine Nachrichten schicken kann, lassen Sie sich allein für Internet-Konferenzen verwenden. Verstehe ich nicht, dass die Aufrüstung des WLAN kostspielig ist? Warum nicht bereit sein, Ihr WLAN-Signal zu aktualisieren?

Tudo muito bom, inclusive o café da manhã. Porém esquecemos uma garrafa térmica no hall bem próximo a recepção e ao voltarmos para buscar havia sumido. A recepção informou que não viu nada.

Das Hotelzimmer ist eine Suite, das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit Balkon, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, das Frühstück ist gut, der Preis ist nicht teuer, lebe sehr komfortabel, werde das nächste Mal in Betracht ziehen?

Wir lieben die Unterkunft, saubere Reinigung, sehr gutes Frühstück.

The hotel is awesome considering the location and closeness to the airport, I chose it because I had an early morning flight, but it's too far from the center. Room is okay, some things are worn out, feels like there isn't much water pressure in the shower and it's not warm enough. Breakfast is amazing, but would love to see more vegetables and fruit choice. The only thing i'd like to complain about is service, hotel was pretty much empty when we stayed there, there was no welcoming bottles of water in the room, called the reception and asked to bring it over, they said they had ”no such service” and basically forced me to come downstairs myself... the next morning (as I ordered a taxi through the reception desk downstairs), I doubled checked with the lady, she confirmed that the taxi will arrive. Time has came, there's no cab, i'm fearing I will be late for my flight, went to her again, she didn't even bother checking if the driver is on the way or not and told me to wait. I decided to get an uber myself and was lucky to find a taxi at 6:20am in the morning. Also, it's upsetting to see them not even trying to speak english or other language to me. She was super stubborn and told me she can speak only Portuguese, on top of not making effort. Disappointing.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich toll! Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Betten sind komfortabel wie ein Schneelöffel, die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist angenehm. Der Servicepersonal ist enthusiastisch, das Frühstück ist vielfältig und das Aufenthaltserlebnis übersteigt die Erwartungen. Die geografische Lage ist bequem, der Verkehr ist bequem, die nächste Reise wird hier bestimmt wählen, stark empfohlen!

Die Luft des Zimmers war sehr schwach, und die Kontrolle war ohne die Hinterdecke und der Stapel war die ganze Stunde fallen, außer dass die Service und Umgebung sind ausgezeichnet
