Die Lage ist neben der Ausfahrt Nr. 40, sehr nahe der alten Stadt, viele Geschenkgeschäfte und Restaurants in der Stadt, das Hotel ist sauber, die Ausstattung ist nicht provokierend, es gibt Mikrowellenschrauben, die Videokanalen sind bequem zu betreiben.

Das Wohngegend war großartig! Aber es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass die Badegewässer zu niedrig sind, weil es die Beziehung zwischen der Lieferung des gesamten Hotels ist, die Wassertemperatur nicht anzupassen, andere Wohngegend sind großartig!

Global Ambassador ist neu, seit ich letztes Mal im Tal war und darüber hörte, so dass ich eine Nacht gebucht habe, um zu sehen, was das ganze Schlagwort war. HIGLY überraschend. Wenn Sie in der Lobbybar ein Getränk haben wollen und die Leute sehen, es ist eine gute Unterhaltung, aber ich würde nie wieder da bleiben. Zimmer: Sie sind sehr schön, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Ich bin sicher, es gibt schöne Aussichten auf Camelback aus den Zimmern auf der Rückseite des Hotels, aber vor Ihrer Aussicht ist der Valet fahren und Ferienwohnung Gebäude weniger als 30 Meter entfernt. Er wurde um 6:50 Uhr von Blütenblüten vor dem Hotel geweckt. Absolut unzulässig. Badezimmer: Noch einmal, schön, aber nichts besonderes und NO regnerische Dusche oder handhaltige Dusche Option, nur eine einfache Wand Dusche. Dach: Sehr lebhaft und schöner Blick auf Camelback, aber aus irgendeinem seltsamen Grund haben sie eine abgedeckte Partition hinter den äußeren Tische am Dachkant, die die Ansicht vollständig blockiert, sobald Sie sitzen. Das verstehe ich nicht. Pool: Tiny und Sie müssen aus dem Voreingang gehen und aus dem Hotel gehen, um zum Pool zu kommen. Sehr seltsam. Dienst: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, wahrscheinlich der einzige Teil des Hotels, der den Preispunkt widerspiegelte, den sie zahlen. Food: Ich hatte nur eine Salat in der Lobbybar, die ok war, nichts besonderes. Ich habe versucht, Dessert vom Zimmerservice zu bestellen und 30 Minuten später, als es zu bestellen war, erhielt ich einen Anruf, der sagte, sie waren aus dem Artikel. Insgesamt: extrem enttäuschend. Ich habe bei vielen, vielen Hotels geblieben, die so nett oder nett waren für die Hälfte oder sogar ein Drittel der GA-Gebühren.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, ich sagte früh, dass es Frühstück gibt. Aber Chinesen sind vielleicht nicht daran gewöhnt. Als ich zum ersten Mal in die USA kam, konnte ich dieses kalte Zeug nicht essen. Sie können ausgehen und etwas kaufen oder selbst kochen und essen.

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Sehr neues Hotel, das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Bad ist auch sehr groß, das Zimmer ist groß, die Beleuchtung ist sehr gemütlich, die Lage ist in der Innenstadt, der Parkplatz ist für ca. 20 Messer über Nacht nicht frei, das Frühstück ist Starbucks & Bistro-Kooperation, Kein richtiges Abendessen, ein leichtes Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff? I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout. The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them. It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed. Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!
