Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wirklich gute Lage, toller Stadtblick. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out, Gepäckaufbewahrung vor dem Check-in möglich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel verdient seine 5 Sterne absolut. Die Zimmer sind äußerst komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man von einem Luxushotel erwarten kann. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung – von den bequemen Betten bis hin zu den hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten im Badezimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, was ideal ist, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage gibt es natürlich etwas Straßenlärm, aber das ist für ein Hotel mitten im Herzen der Stadt nicht ungewöhnlich. Für mich hat die perfekte Lage die gelegentliche Geräuschkulisse mehr als wettgemacht. Der Service im Sheraton war erstklassig. Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out wurde ich bestens betreut. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen, die keine Wünsche offenlassen. Alles in allem kann ich das Sheraton Hotel in Posen jedem empfehlen, der eine luxuriöse Unterkunft in zentraler Lage sucht. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Posen auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Gute Lage.nahe der alten Stadt. Frühstück ist gut und Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel.Wird hier wieder bleiben.

Im Allgemeinen kann es sein. Rein. Die Umgebung ist etwas dürftig, da sie neben den Gleisen liegt und es nichts in der Nähe gibt. Rezeptionistin sehr wenig hilfsbereit, der Rest des Personals ok.

Serdecznie polecam. Doskonałe położenie, miła i profesjonalna obsługa, ładne i czyste pokoje. Komfortowo i profesjonalnie. Napewno tam wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w Poznaniu.

Convenient, comfortable, nice breakfast , very good for a short stay when catching morning flights. Only 20min away from city center by taxi. Mac Donald’s at walking distance. 5 min walk from the airport . Overall a good experience.

Hotel in einem ruhigen Bereich. Zurück zum Parkgebäude. Ich war im Winter, aber in anderen Jahressaisonen muss es schön grün sein. Personal sehr schön und aktiv. Frühstück sehr gut und variiert. Tram-to-Tram-Tram - sehr gut, so dass Sie nicht in den Verkehr zu fahren.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered.
