A beautiful hotel with a stunning view of Lake Biwa. The Shuttle bus to and from Katata station made it convenient, as long as you time your transport well, and the staff were very friendly and professional. We recommend staying here for a more peaceful and luxurious experience in Kyoto outside of the city, and it would also be good to visit shirahige shrine and cycle around Lake Biwa!

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's onsen, which offered a truly relaxing experience. The only downside is its somewhat remote location, making it a bit far from other attractions. However, this is compensated by the superb view from the room, which provides a breathtaking and serene backdrop.

Very good hotel. Love the room and the hot spring area. Staff are very friendly. Just a comment on the food arrangement: suggest the hotel to contact the guest prior to the check-in on the dinner or breakfast arrangement and offer the choices.

Das Zimmer selbst verfügt über ein Bad-Zink, das ziemlich bequem ist. Nicht viel erwarten angesichts des Preises, aber es hat alles, was Sie für einen Grundschlaf brauchen. Überraschend ist das öffentliche Bad nur warmes Wasser nicht unsen.
