The rooms (just regular guests rooms, not even the premium ones) were very spacious and comfortable given their price. The warm atmosphere was very healing and I loved being able to bathe in hot springs after a tiring day of snowsports! Although the hotel seemed quiet from the outside, we saw many guests staying inside and it was a pretty lively atmosphere, which is something I like. The landscape is quite lovely too. Although there was little natural snow, the slopes were still fine to ski on due to their artificial snow machines. The slopes were very beginner-friendly as well, however, as they get more frequently used through the day, they tend to become really icy and difficult to ski on. Overall, I had a great time! It was a shame that there wasn’t snowy weather to match.

Wir gingen mit meiner Cousinfamilie in dieses Hotel und genossen die Atmosphäre, das Design und den Komfort. Die Zimmergröße ist ca. 32sqm, die für 3 Personen im Zimmer sehr komfortabel gilt. Es ist ein neues Hotel und ist gut im Herzen der Stadt Karuizawa gelegen.

Good location, train station is just opposite. Nearby also have many F&B. Cleanliness is good. Room is not very spacious, it makes me think of Shinjuku Washington Hotel size. But service is very good, more friendly, and they help us to move the luggage up to our room straight after our bag hv transfer via luggage transfer service. So when we reach hotel, we just need to check in and go up straight. There's washing machine and dryer provided with fee, however is a small one. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. Will consider to stay here again if I visiting Nagano.

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

Die Nacht ist sehr gut, ich ging persönlich, ich fühle mich nicht so viel gesehen, der Weg ist nicht gut, ich fühle mich sehr gefährlich. Der Reiseleiter war freundlich und beantwortete alle Fragen und verbrachte sie sehr glücklich. (Obwohl ich selbst daran teilgenommen habe -) Ich weiß sehr gut, dass die wilden Wüstenstadt sich für die Bewältigung von Feuerwürmern engagiert hat und dass sie auch in Zukunft wertvolle Ressourcen schützen muss. Vielen Dank. Ich denke, das Essen ist Standard, aber der Preis ist nicht so hoch und das Zimmer ist auch sehr schön. Die warme Qualität ist sehr gut. Die Landschaft ist die beste. Darüber hinaus ist es eine der schönen Erinnerungen der Reise, uns nach der Nissan-Station Eina zu bringen. Die Abreisezeit ist 10 Uhr, eine Stunde früher als die andere Zeit, denken Sie, etwas langsamer zu sein, mindestens 11 Uhr.

Overall experience is good, very close to snow park. Only downside is I think that the service is very different from other hotel I went in Japan. We will need to carry our own luggage and they did not help to arrange the luggage to the room after the room is ready.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently helpful and professional. In particular, she assisted us with booking a bus and later arranging a taxi, always handling our requests with efficiency and a warm attitude. Her support made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

Awesome hotel under the hotel group chain. Location is excellent however not that near to local dinning places (average about 15mins drive). Hospitality and services were beyond expectation. Booked room was as described and as shown in hotel's website. In reality, the room was very spacious and comfortable. My family and I had a little car trouble on day of check out, and the hotel staff were kind, patient and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. Kudos to the staff going beyond their job scopes I believe.

Nice and cozy hotel, the service was very good thought not excellent, and the limousine service is very convenient and friendly to use. However, the room deco was kind of outdated and show some wear and tear. It’s time for renovation.
