Nice clean gorgeous facility. Meals are superb. Service could have been a bit more personalized, especially in the restaurants. The pace of serving food might be too rush. Please also note that the in room and public onsens are not exactly outdoor. Having said that, this property might be still the best in the area.

Moderne Komfort mit außergewöhnlicher Service. Wir haben vor kurzem für 3 Nächte in diesem brandneuen Hotel geblieben und waren gründlich beeindruckt. Als jemand, der häufig reist und gute Design und Gastfreundschaft geschätzt hat, hat dieses Gebäude alle richtigen Notes getroffen. Die Atmosphäre & Zimmer: Das Hotel verfügt über ein sauberes und mittelgroßes Design. Mein Zimmer war eine anständige Größe - nicht zu klein für 2 Personen - und perfekt gepflegt. ิิิิฺ-Moderne Einrichtungen, einschließlich einer Nespresso-Maschine und einem intelligenten Fernseher mit Netflix, machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel, wenn es außerhalb schneit. - Für die sorgfältige und konsequente Unterhaltung des Hauses. Das Zimmer wurde täglich mit viel Trinkwasser verfrisst. Dienst: Das Personal hier sind die wahren Sterne. Sie sind wirklich freundlich, sie begrüßen uns immer mit einem Lächeln. Sie gingen weiter, indem sie helfen, eine feste Taxi für unsere Flughafentransfer vorbuchen, die unsere frühe Morgenabfahrt stressfrei machte. Lage und Essen: Das Hotel ist zwar nicht in der Hügel und Büsten im Zentrum, ist aber nur wenige Gehstrecke entfernt. Der U-Bahn ist nur um die Ecke, aber wir lieber zu Fuß für Beobachtung. Das umliegende Gebiet ist mit großen lokalen Mahlzeiten verpackt. Außerdem ist das eigene Restaurant des Hotels eine gute Wahl für ein großes Abendessen. Eine kleine Anmerkung zur Verbesserung: Das einzige, was ich verpasste, war die Fähigkeit, ein Fenster leicht zu öffnen. Als jemand, der während des Schlafs (insbesondere im Winter) auf Raumtemperatur empfindlich ist, hätte ein wenig frische Luft den Aufenthalt noch perfekter gemacht. Verdict: Sehr empfohlen für diejenigen, die Reinigkeit, moderne Estetik und Top-Service wert. Wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel von Accor in Sapporo. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind wunderschön gestaltet, aber die Zimmer sind typisch japanisch: klein und exquisit. Ich schätze, dass das gesamte Hotel keine Suiten hat. Executive-Zimmer bieten nur Zugang zur Executive-Etage und entsprechende Leistungen, sind aber immer noch 29 qm groß und unverändert eingerichtet (kein Schreibtisch oder Stuhl). Zweibettzimmer sind mit 39 qm größer, da sie zwei Betten haben, aber das ändert nichts Wesentliches; das Hotel bietet im Grunde nur diese beiden Zimmertypen an. Die Lage ist auch etwas abgelegen und es gibt keine besondere Aussicht von außen.

Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially😄 Otherwise the room was big, toilet & amneties was great! Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this place if wanna good rest before flight out.

Highlights: Das Zimmer: Geräuschlich mit schönen Holzböden und einem privaten Außenkanon. Socken in der Wärme während Schneefall ist rein magisch. Die Funktionen wie der ”His&Her” sinken und ein in-Room-Massage-Stuhl machen unser Aufenthalt bequemer. Alles Komplimentar im Zimmer fügt einen sorgfältigen Touch hinzu. Essen: Das Buffet bietet eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an lokalen Gerichten neben schön geplatten Händen. Auch wenn es besetzt ist, verwaltete das Personal den Sitz systematisch, so dass wir die herrliche Winteraussichten bequem genießen. Die Hokkaido-Käse-Pizza und Dessert sind absolute Muster-Tests. Lage und Service: Perfekt im Herzen des Sehenswürdigkeitsbezirks gelegen, mit berühmten Süßwarenladen in der Nähe. Die komplimentären Parkplätze und die Pflege, perfektes Personal machten unser Aufenthalt unschön. Bemerkungen: Atmosphäre: Die gemeinsamen Gebiete können sich wegen ihrer Popularität ein wenig überfüllt fühlen. Design: Die Innenräume sind etwas veraltet und schlank in Richtung sehr dunkelen Ton, und vor allem ist Netflix nicht im Innenraum TV verfügbar. Hinweis: Windows ist befestigt; die Belüftung wird über die Tür des Balkons verwaltet. Urteil: Sehr empfohlen für Lebensmittel und Onsen Liebhaber, die das Zentrum der Aktion sein wollen.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

For us it is the second time in this wonderful hotel and every time it is like living a dream: it feels like being in a bubble thanks to all the well-being in which you are immersed. You are pampered by every service present and by the kindness of the staff, which makes you feel at home. The food is simply divine and you would just like to have a more spacious stomach so you could taste more and more. Nature is unsurpassed, every day you find yourself meeting spectacular creatures even just going out a short distance away. You will not find a similar place in all of Japan, where man meets nature in a perfect combination of balance, harmony and deep respect. The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. In all honesty, I’ve stayed in many well-known hotels around the world, but the level of service here stands out in its own unique way. Windsor Hotel is definitely a place I would return to again
