Alles über dieses Hotel war fantastisch! Die Lage ist sehr bequem, mit einem Zugstopp und einem Komfortladen in der Nähe. Es ist einfach, um sich zu bewegen, und sie bieten sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Sapporo Station, das ein Leben rettete, das Ziehen von Taschen im Schnee ist überhaupt nicht lustig. Es ist auch super einfach, zum Flughafen zu kommen, da die Flughafenlimouse-Stoppen direkt vor dem Hotel liegt. Insgesamt, eine tolle Wahl für jeden, der Sapporo besucht!

Ich war im Jozankei Onsen, aber... Noboribetsu ist einfach unschlagbar für heiße Quellen! Wenn ihr ein richtig entspannendes Thermalbad genießen wollt, geht unbedingt nach Noboribetsu, einer Schwefelquelle! Meine Mutter war total begeistert! Das Wasser ist, wie erwartet, etwas anders. Der Geruch von gekochten Eiern kitzelt zwar in der Nase, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran! Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und bietet viele Freiluftbäder, von denen jedes seine eigenen Vorzüge hat. Meine schmerzenden Stellen haben sich deutlich gebessert. Ich habe alle meine Stutenmilchprodukte ins Badewasser gegeben. Das Stutenmilch-Shampoo hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich es mir schließlich bei Donki gekauft habe. Meine Haut ist wunderbar weich. Ich bin total begeistert! Wir haben uns am Buffet bedient, und das war eine super Entscheidung. Es gab so viel Auswahl, dass ich einfach das weglassen konnte, was ich nicht mochte, und trotzdem satt wurde. Obwohl es sehr voll war, waren der Bade- und Essbereich geräumig und komfortabel, was wirklich toll war! Wir wohnten im Ostflügel, und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Yukata-Kleidung war allerdings etwas unbequem. Und da kein Mitarbeiter Koreanisch sprach, war es etwas umständlich, aber wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden! Ich habe meiner Mutter versprochen, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Das Hotel war etwa 10 Gehminuten vom JR-Bahnhof Sapporo entfernt. Durch die zentrale Lage nahe mehrerer Touristenattraktionen fühlte es sich wie ein Basislager an. Wenn Sie jedoch mit älteren Familienmitgliedern reisen, müssen Sie wahrscheinlich viel laufen, daher sollten Sie dies berücksichtigen. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und komfortabel, aber vor dem westlichen Restaurant im zweiten Stock musste man beim Frühstück immer anstehen, um den Andrang zu verringern, was etwas unpraktisch war. Obwohl es auch ein japanisches Restaurant im Untergeschoss gab, bevorzugten die meisten Leute das westliche Essen vom Buffet, und ich war einer von ihnen. Was den Service angeht, waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, sodass ich sehr zufrieden war. Übrigens war der Souvenirladen im zweiten Stock fantastisch. Die meisten Geschenke waren steuerfrei erhältlich.

We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Not too far from JR hakodate station and tram station (hakodate ekimae). You can walk to morning market. There are Lawson and 7/11 around. You can leave the baggage at hotel after checkout.

Ausstattung: Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet und alle Einrichtungen sind brandneu. Die Inneneinrichtung ist jedoch nicht besonders komfortabel. Zunächst gibt es viele unnötige Details in der Konstruktion. Über der Toilette befindet sich ein Handtuchhalter, in den Handtücher leicht fallen können. Im gesamten Hotel gibt es keinen Ruhebereich. Im Saunabereich im 25. Stock gibt es eine Lounge zum Essen und Trinken. Diese schließt jedoch spätestens um 22:30 Uhr. Essen aus dem Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss ist nicht erlaubt. Wer nach 22:30 Uhr im Supermarkt etwas essen möchte, muss auf dem Zimmer essen, was ziemlich merkwürdig ist. Sauberkeit: Es wird täglich gereinigt. Der Bademantel, den man nach der Sauna anzieht, wird immer mitgenommen. Man muss ihn an der Rezeption im ersten Stock abholen. Umgebung: Das Hotel liegt etwa 700 Meter vom JR-Bahnhof entfernt, was einen bequemen Spaziergang ermöglicht. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs finden jedoch Bauarbeiten statt, was mit einem Kinderwagen sehr unpraktisch ist. Es gibt viele Zhouwei-Restaurants, einen FamilyMart und einen Geldwechselautomaten im Erdgeschoss, aber der Wechselkurs ist ein echtes Schnäppchen. Service: Der Service ist mangelhaft. Es gibt viele ausländische Touristen, aber die Englischkenntnisse des Personals sind begrenzt, sodass man nur einen Übersetzer nutzen kann. Ich finde das Frühstück des Hotels mit 4.000 Yen und einem japanischen und westlichen Buffet anständig. Es ist jedoch schwierig, alle zufriedenzustellen, und meine Familie fand es ziemlich ungenießbar. Die Wäscherei des Hotels ist immer beschäftigt, was das Waschen erschwert. Wenn Wäsche gewaschen werden muss, muss man sich anstellen.

Lage: Innerhalb des Flughafens International Terminal. Kurz indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphäre: Ruhig, ruhig und freundlich. Warm willkommen. Als ich abends eincheckte, fühlte ich mich verlassen. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass Kitahiroshima am Nachmittag beim Auschecken überfüllt sein würde. Das Hotel ist neu und modern, der Preis ist angemessen und es gibt viele Waschmaschinen in der Waschküche. Es ist eine gute Wahl, wenn es ein Transitpunkt ist.

The hotel is small. Lobby located on the first floor and it looks like a budget hotel reception and lobby. I thought Mercure is an international chain so I expect better. Room size is pretty small but still acceptable. Hotel doesn't give much amenities like other Japan hotels that I used to stay. They just provide shower caps, razor and comb. There is no lotion, skincare products, toothbrush (need to pay) and etc. Bathroom is small so basically I sit down to take my bath. The best thing of this hotel is the location. Located in Susukino and very near to subway stations and the Nikka instagrammable location. Also, their free coffee at the lobby taste really good and I drink it every morning. You can also store your luggage with the hotel and come back to check-in again in few days time if you travel to other cities.

My first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather. The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it directly faces the ”Former Hokkaido Government Office,” and the scenery is as picturesque as a painting. The room was incredibly spacious; even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of room to move around comfortably. As for the facilities and dining: the breakfast on the 2nd floor offers a lavish spread of seafood delicacies full of Hokkaido’s local flavors. The public bath is also spacious, featuring both hot and cold pools as well as a sauna, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Toiletries are provided in the lobby on the 1st floor for guests to pick up as needed. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance between strategic location and high-quality accommodation. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!
