Very efficient service. Fast check in/out. Room is small but have all we need for 1 night. Good restaurant in walking distance. Check in/out time 3pm/10am is a bit too late/early.

Das Hotel hat ein neuartiges Design, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Izakayas und Restaurants, darunter gegrillte Meeresfrüchte und Ramen. Es gibt auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie 7-Eleven Lawson, was sehr praktisch ist. Aber es ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und es ist etwas mühsam, mit dem Gepäck vom Bahnhof zum Hotel zu laufen.

Excellent location, most connected to the airport terminal among the few hotels nearby, without having to walk a long way with your luggages along the seafront which is tedious especially in winter. This hotel has lifts connected directly to the link bridge so you can wheel your belongings (the hotel provides airport trolleys at the lift lobby) Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is simple but delicious, I had the best scrambled egg here! Highly recommend.

Kostenlose Parkplätze für Autofahrer. Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Zug in ca. 8–10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hotelarchitektur ist spektakulär und erinnert an einen Zen-Garten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Zimmer relativ groß. Wir hatten ein Queensize-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg gebucht und erwachten mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Das hoteleigene Spa verfügte auch über ein Onsen im Freien, das im Winter fantastisch war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend für ca. 4700 Yen pro Person – viele regionale Produkte wurden verwendet, und wir entschieden uns für das japanische Frühstück mit einem kleinen Buffet.

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at VIA INN NAGOYA EKIMAE TSUBAKICHO, and it was fantastic! Location - The hotel is perfectly situated right above a shopping mall and close to train stations. You can access everything you need just by taking the elevator down! - It offers easy travel to nearby attractions such as Gero's oden and Shirakawa-go, making it a great base for exploring the countryside. Amenities - The staff is incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to luggage storage before and after your stay. - The views from the hotel are spectacular, particularly from the higher floors. Overall Experience - I loved the convenience of being in the city center and, despite the hustle and bustle below, enjoying a peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel. - I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nagoya! The stunning views, convenient location, and excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Schönes Hotel, sieht aus wie ein Palast. Zimmer war sehr groß zum Preis. Achtung, weil das Hotel NICHT in Nagoya ist, es ist in einer benachbarten Stadt, und der Transport von und nach Nagoya ist ziemlich teuer und die Züge kommen nicht so oft. Es gibt eine Shinkansen Standort direkt vor ihm, es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, nach Nagoya Station zu gehen. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, die Wände in meinem Zimmer waren etwas schmutzig, es hatte einen sehr schönen und schönen Balkon, TV mit Youtube und Strömungsdienste. Bett war sehr komfortabel und Das Hotel hat einen guten Service, ich würde nicht wegen der Lage wieder bleiben.

Location is out of the way, but the service, room, and staff are all exceptional. Very spacious. There's a dining area right when you walk in that has events like live music, but make sure to reserve ahead of time (I didn't and I'm kicking myself for that).

Die Lage ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn, aber die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug ist sehr mühsam. Man muss auf beiden Seiten unterschiedliche Aufzüge benutzen, von der U-Bahn bis zur Rezeption im 24. Stock, und dann ein kurzes Stück von der Rezeption nach hinten laufen und fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug zum Zimmer. Das unterirdische Einkaufszentrum wird am 23. April eröffnet, sodass Sie vom Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station nicht direkt zum Hotel gelangen können, sondern einen Umweg nehmen müssen. Der Raum ist groß genug und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Fokus liegt nur auf Design, aber nicht auf Praktikabilität. Das ist großartig. Für den Preis, zu dem ich übernachtet habe, war es in Ordnung. Wir haben kein Frühstück bestellt und fanden es praktisch, draußen zu essen.

Excellent service, room was comfortable with superb view of the city but a wee bit noisy at night till the train service stopped, club lounge was a plus but it closed too early (9pm), breakfast was ok particularly loved the French toast and very very delicious gelato although strangely enough fried eggs weren’t available daily and fruit choices were meagre (orange, honeydew and pineapple). A pleasant stay overall.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable; every staff member was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making me feel truly valued.
