The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve.

I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and services. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.

Es war mein erster Besuch im Irak, und dieses Hotel galt für lokale Verhältnisse als recht gut. Ich hatte dem Fahrer des Fahrdienstes gesagt, dass er es kenne. Am Eingang gab es eine Sicherheitskontrolle, daher war es relativ sicher. Auch das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Steckdosen im Zimmer hatten chinesische Anschlüsse, sodass ich keinen Adapter mitbringen musste.

Das zweite Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel geblieben bin, war im letzten Juni eine Nacht auf dem Reisen und es war gut, zu essen und zu leben. Diese Reise hat dieses Hotel entschieden gewählt. Am Nachmittag kam ich zum Geschäft, und ich traf gerade den letzten chinesischen Manager im Halle, hilfte ihm sehr schnell die Abwicklung der Aufenthaltsverfahren und setzte einen Schutzsatz für den Pass intim. Sobald ich ins Zimmer kam, fand ich, dass der Manager mir eine ganze Menge Wasser für die Berge bereitstellt hat (weniger Wasser beim letzten Aufenthalt, mehr Liter), ich dachte nicht, ich könnte mich an meine Bedürfnisse erinnern, zu zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind im Gesundheitswesen und das Essen ist immer noch so gut wie zuvor. Die Art der Buffets hat einiges mehr als zuvor hinzugefügt. Die Gemeinde hat zwei Fitnessgeräte hinzugefügt, die Schnauze ist gut!

Ich habe gehört, dass es in den 90er Jahren ein sehr gutes Hotel war. Viele Leute waren im Alter, die einen Hochzeitsmonat im Hotel verbringen, und jetzt etwas alt. Die Terrasse kann den Fluss Degris überqueren.
