The hotel was fantastic, and the rooms was really clean and spacious. I honestly got the best night's sleep of 3 months at Aston. Amenities are a 4/5 for me, becuase even though the pool is quite nice, it's all the way at the lobby and it feels too crowded and exposed to just relax. Secondly the grill and bar on level 10 wasn't opened late, and I was hoping to get a drink before sleeping. But overall, everything else made up for any negatives. I will definitely come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Bintan – Special Mention to Michelle! This was my first time visiting Bintan and also my first stay at Mövenpick Bintan, and honestly, choosing this resort was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The resort is huge, and since there is so much to explore within the property, they provide buggy services to bring guests around, which is really convenient. As Bintan doesn’t have a huge variety of attractions to explore outside the resort, we specifically wanted somewhere that could keep us entertained for 3 days and Mövenpick definitely delivered. We stayed while the resort is still under soft opening, so naturally there may be a few minor things that are still being fine-tuned. However, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the entire team. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile, proactively approached guests to check if we needed anything, and even took the time to have small conversations with us. I’m also a hotelier myself, so I can confidently say that the team here is doing a really great job, especially considering they are still in their soft-opening phase. A very special mention to Michelle, who assisted us during check-in. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a smooth and seamless experience throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor room issue during our stay, but she immediately followed up and made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. What I appreciated even more was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away. Throughout our entire stay, she would proactively approach us and check whether everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. That kind of genuine care really makes a difference. Michelle is honestly one of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered, and I truly hope the management recognises her efforts. She is definitely an asset to the resort. The Kids Club is huge, and our kids absolutely loved it! They even have a sleeping room and movie room for the little ones, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The resort also has multiple swimming pools, including the ocean pool, kids’ pool and the pool at the beach club, so there’s always somewhere different to enjoy. I personally loved all the little details around the resort, especially the kids’ amenities. Even the shower amenities provided for children were so thoughtfully prepared. It’s these small touches that really show the resort has put a lot of thought into the family experience. We also absolutely loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of choices, including plenty of pastries, desserts and even ice cream! One of my favourite touches was the kids’ corner, where children can actually get their own food. It may seem like a small thing, but it made breakfast more fun for our kids and was definitely a plus point for us as parents. Overall, despite still being in the soft-opening stage, we had a really wonderful 3 day stay at Mövenpick Bintan The combination of the beautiful and spacious resort, family-friendly facilities, thoughtful little details, great food and most importantly the genuinely warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. For our first trip to Bintan, I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply stay in the resort, relax, enjoy the facilities and keep the kids entertained for a few days, Mövenpick Bintan is definitely worth considering. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind und haben im Premier-Studio mit einem Schlafzimmer übernachtet. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag, und das Personal überraschte uns mit einer Torte und einem Lied. Vielen Dank an das Team für die liebevolle Dekoration des Zimmers für das Geburtstagskind! Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein paar kleinere Probleme, die aber vom Servicepersonal umgehend behoben wurden: Die Zimmertür ließ sich wegen einer schwachen Batterie nicht öffnen, und wir hatten das falsche Zimmer bekommen (Deluxe statt Premier). Das Servicepersonal ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell auf unsere WhatsApp-Anfragen. Sie fuhren meinen Mann sogar gegen 4 Uhr nachts, um eine Grab-Lieferung abzuholen. Das Premier-Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach viel besser, vor allem wegen der Aussicht und des Smart-TVs. Das Zimmer ist sauber, und das Bett ist bequem. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und kinderlieb. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Für Kleinkinder ist das Frühstück kostenlos. Unsere Highlights waren: der Meerblick durch die Badezimmerfenster und vom Balkon, das Spa mit der angenehmen Meeresbrise, die Pandan-Drinks im Spa, das Spielen im hoteleigenen Pool, das hervorragende Mittagessen im Restaurant Tadd, die Quad-Tour, die man unbedingt ausprobieren sollte, und der Spielbereich für Kinder im Tilo Kids Club. Wir lieben den Buggy-Service; mein Sohn sitzt gerne beim Fahrer. Ein Punkt, den das Resort verbessern könnte, ist die Qualität des Essens. Es ist zwar in Ordnung, aber für den Preis könnte es im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in Singapur heutzutage besser sein. Insgesamt waren wir von dem Aufenthalt, der Atmosphäre und den Leuten begeistert und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen.

Die Unterkunft ist super, nur leider gibt es keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett zum Aufladen von Mobilgeräten und überraschenderweise nur eine einzige Steckdose am Schreibtisch, die mit der Schreibtischlampe verbunden ist. Wenn ich die Schreibtischlampe ausschalte, kann ich meine Geräte also nicht aufladen. Eine weitere Steckdose befindet sich in der Ecke in der Nähe des Fensters.

Freundliches und herzliches Personal; an allen Berührungspunkten Vom Fährterminal; Bevor Sie den Shuttlebus zum Resort besteigen, wenden Sie sich an das Personal im Hotel. Jedes Personal ist so herzlich. Vielen Dank für den frühen Check-in! Zur Begrüßung schlagen sie den Gong und servieren Ihnen erfrischende Begrüßungsgetränke. Der Pool ist unglaublich. Es ist groß genug, damit die Kinder es genießen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht schlecht. Innerhalb des Resorts gibt es einen Shuttle, der uns zum Meeresfrüchte-Kelong bringt. Der Preis im Kelong ist ähnlich wie in Singapur. Berücksichtigen Sie daher Ihre Erwartungen. Geschmacklich ist es ziemlich anständig. Der Strand hat eine Teerstruktur. Wir hatten uns darauf gefreut, mehr Zeit am Strand zu verbringen, mussten diese aber verkürzen. Es gab auch viele Korallen, was für Leute mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Pool macht den Mangel am Strand wett. Wir werden in Zukunft wiederkommen!

Ein wundervoller, fantastischer Aufenthalt! Ursprünglich waren nur 4 Tage und 3 Nächte geplant. Der Service war aber so hervorragend, dass wir uns entschieden haben, auf 5 Tage und 4 Nächte zu verlängern. Was soll ich sagen? Ein extrem nachhaltiges Resort, in dem an alles gedacht wurde. Es gab viele kostenlose Aktivitäten direkt im Resort. Besonders gut haben uns der Begrüßungsdrink mit Zitronengras und das kalte Handtuch gefallen. Ein kostenloses Frühstücksbuffet und der Hin- und Rücktransfer waren ebenfalls inklusive. Wir haben dort Silvester verbracht und das Jahr 2026 begrüßt. Jeder sollte mindestens einmal dort übernachten.

Wert für Geld Aufenthalt. Tagesbedürfnisse bereitgestellt. In der Nähe von Essen und Einkaufsvierteln und Fährterminals. Tagsbräuche mehr auf chinesischen Küchen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn die nächste Reise nach Batam.

New and gorgeous hotel close to One Batam Mall that felt luxurious. Best part of our stay was the front office service (thank you Bibiana) who put in much appreciated effort to ensure my birthday stay was perfect especially in selecting excellent rooms for me, arranging birthday decorations and cake and post-birthday, all around care for us during our stay.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.
