I had stayed earlier in this property, the service, food, hospitality and ***agement is too good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Das Hotel hat das, was man von der Gastfreundschaft von TAJ erwartet, erhalten. Von der Ein- bis Aus-Check-in war eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Service von jedem Mitarbeiter war sehr höflich, professionell und persönlich. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut, während die Aufmerksamkeit außergewöhnlich war. Mein Kollege aus Singapur, der mich bei diesem Besuch ebenfalls begleitet hat, teilt dieselbe Auffassung und war auch sehr beeindruckt.

Bislang gute Lage. Aber nicht viel Wahl auf Lebensmittel Hoffnung kann das Lebensmittelmenü verbessern

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The ambience was good. The staff was courteous. The food was average. We had opted for Breakfast and Dinner buffet and the choices in dinner items were very limited and the taste was okayish. The breakfast was good. One thing though, there was no one attending at the time of dinner or breakfast. We had do everything ourselves, be it getting more water or more chapatis or more tea. We had leave our table in the middle of eating and get those things which is not expected from such hotel. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Zimmer gut genug, große Lücke Preise Wochenende ist mehr als 30 ℅ höher als normal Tage

Das Hotel liegt an einer anständigen Lage, hat eine gute Verbindung mit Chandigarh und Mohali. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind auch schön und sauber. Sehr schöne Aussichten von der Terrasse, vor allem am Abend. Es ist auch nicht zu schwer auf der Tasche und es ist sicher für alle, alleinreisende, Familien usw.. Wird sicher wieder besuchen. Danke!

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.
